A very nice hotel, very clean and nice facility. The animation is very good, varied and fun. Especially Adam was super nice and helpful always to have fun. We felt very comfortable and like to come back!
The Saraya Resort has convinced us all along the line for two years in a row. The location is ideal for snorkelers and divers. The complex itself is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet is varied and the food skillfully prepared. The staff is very friendly, warm and always endeavored to make the stay of the guests as pleasant as possible. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

This hotel is amazing would highly recommend, this hotel is ideal for family s, couples and singles. The restaurant food in my opinion is to a high standard, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the animation are very good with all age group and have very good evening shows the people who stood out the most is Yousseif, bubbles and tazz the where very friendly and funny.

We have been relaxing at this hotel 10 times already. And every time we really like it. Friendly professional reception staff can be noted Mustafa Mohamed and Talat. A varied food for every taste, always fresh, with pleasant waiters in the restaurant and at the bars. The animation is wonderful! Fun interesting unobtrusive for any age. All animators are very funny! Julia, Polina, Shams, Max, Christina, Salam special thanks. kids club separate conversation !! His children just love. Wonderful fun animators. All the hotel staff are just wonderful.

The animation team do a very good job that is the program is very diverse of course it is the next week comparable to the week before but they are all very dedicated professional and so effort to give.
On Saturdays, the same group was performing for the show but they always have another show.

The purpose built resort of Makadi Bay is very clean and our hotel was very good. I was impressed by the food, there was a good choice and it was hot most of the time - a novelty in these "buffet" style hotels.
I am the 6th time here and thus a repeat offender, I always like to come here in my second home. Everyone is very nice, friendly and very outgoing. The rooms are big and tidy. All in all a very good hotel.

I joined the makadi Saraya hotel. I really recommend this hotel everything was perfect. The food the royal room we took. The animators at the top always welcoming smile fires at night to make us feel good. Frankly next year I come back to this hotel with my eyes closed.

The hotel complex is very well-kept, the staff extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurants have outdoor and indoor seating and always have space.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly, the food was good, the snack bar around the pool has pizza, burgers etc, the animation team are fantastic! Youssef is brilliant, we love him, he made our holiday!! bubbles also, they made our holiday amazing, we had so much fun, the water park is a 5 minute bus ride and my kids loved it, they are 14 and 8 and really enjoyed it. And it s egypt, so the weather was red hot!! We would definitely go back to jaz makadi saraya hotel. We miss everyone so much, can t wait to go back. Xx

The whole hotel and the service are very familiar and despite the large number of guests on many small details respected. The service in the restaurant and in the bars is very good and all the entertainers totally funny and warm. The food is great. A great hotel, highly recommended!

We stayed here for a week in November to play golf here. We liked it. Big rooms, good food, although not fully booked. We had room to the front pool, which can be a bit noisy if there is any animation going on, but what the hell, other people are coming here. The staff was very nice and friendly. In short, you can do that.
Animation with bubbles, bob, original, samurai, Julia, Lisa mega cheerful, and funny the holiday is really fun it will not be boring. The hotel is very nice family friendly and all staff very nice and helpful the food is delicious. In the evening the shisha is cool. We feel very well
Spent a week here with the family and we only left the site twice, once for the beach once for the water park. There s so much to do and see and the highlight for me of the evening events was the street festival. The staff were all lovely especially when on my birthday I got a letter to the room saying they had organised a birthday meal for me and the family, the table was layed out with flowers in the shape of my name and candles and the night was brilliant. The Italian restaurant was my favourite, the staff were amazing especially Assat and Maged. Our family was constantly given little flowers for our hair and the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time, especially Mohammed (chef), Maged, Assat, Ali, Ahmed and moustafa. Would definitely come back

First of all, I liked the new improvement of entertainment like Foam and Street party , the ideas are so creative and looks better than Jumerah ,Dubai, and from my experience Makady Saraya is even BETTER
I also appreciate that they use paper straws insted of plastic to help keep the environment clean
Second of all, the staff are so helpful and friendly specially ( Mr Mostafa , Mahmoud in reception , Mr George the beverage manager , all waiters specially Hany ( pool waiter ) and restaurant staff Specialy ( Hamasa ) in Mukai Tukai restaurant , also I want to thank the room service specially ( Hossam ) and finally I cannot miss the Hotel's Chef that always surprise us with many kinds of fantastic food )
