The besg hotel i was in egypt. I spent here one week with my friends. The food was great. The entertainment is awesome. The stuff are too friendly and helpful. We would like to come again

What a nice hotel facility it was so nice we stayed here for the first time and very pleasantly surprised the animation for the kids over and over after the evening bread the kids disco it was so nice ... the food was super good very much choice we'll be back .. !!!

We absolutly loved this place.
The service provided by the staff was outstanding. We liked the foodcourt at the pool. The breakfast and dinner was great, especially the grill during dinner.

Hotel is getting old. 5 star hotels offer more. On the 3rd evening fleets Otto after ice ball at the pool. To get 1 free meal in one of the restaurants, you have to book at the hotel's own computer. Unfortunately supposedly always booked. At the main pool Radau, better the other pool, here it is quiet. The beach does not meet our expectations. We were in El Gouna, Marsa Alam and now here. It was better there. The food does not meet our expectations. Excursions too expensive. 0.3 can of beer from the mini bar in the room at 4, -. , Small bag of chips 2, - in the lobby bar a Campari orange 15, -

Top holiday. Clean friendly, delicious food. Maintained facility. Animation if desired but not intrusive. The staff is friendly. The restaurant staff more than accommodating and fond of children. We will come back .

It was a very nice holiday in which we have great recovered. Especially outstanding we found the exquisite food, the very varied entertainment (for example streetlive and beach party) and the beach including the coral reefs.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, heated swimming pool, very good beach and you can do snorkeling,tasty food with a good variety but dessert was not great. Beach is around 5min walk from hotel.

Hotel was very pleasant, food was great, for entertainment is provided. The beach and the sea are really nice. Clear water and while snorkeling you can see many fish. P. S ...... Water polo you have to play necessarily, makes a huge fun.

The animation team is supper entertaining and it is always fun to participate in the activities.

First visit to this resort with a family of 10 (5 kids from 6-14). Staff cannot do enough for you from the minute you arrive until you leave. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Plenty to do both day and night. The Aqua park is less than a 5 min bus ride that leaves outside the hotel every 30 mins and is fantastic for all ages ....even the big kids. The private beach is less than a 10 min walk.
Would defo recommend to others and will prob return myself at some time.

Only one thing lets this place down, the evening food menu in the main dining areas is nearly the same every night. BUT. You can use the alacarte restraunts as many times as you want so book early to avoid disappointment (our own faults as we didn't know how to book and where only there for a week so they were full when we tried) best way is to book them all on the first day you arrive.

The hotel is family-run, quiet, very green, beautiful. Animators with children are engaged in, entertain adults in the pool, lottery evenings, etc. The most fun day is Monday, there are competitions between hotels.

Amazing hotel, all staff cant do enough for you. Animation team work extremely hard and always have a smile and a chat for you every day

The devil lies in the details is a famous quote in the business context because there is always something hidden in the closet However, beauty is also in the details that never get boring. Its my first time in Makadi bay and the hotel is simply loaded with little details that are augmenting our vacation. I bow to those who go beyond the MVP and add value. Respect to those who dare and spend on customer experience rather than follow the famous " approach! Shout out to Jazz Makadi Saraya staff as well for their hospitality. I strongly recommend this hotel for a laid back and enjoyable family holiday!

Jaz Makadi Saraya is a good hotel where you can do many activities.
In addition, the staff is very friendly and the way to the beach are not 5min and also highly recommended.

I had a great vacation here the staff here is more than friendly and helpful the service is excellent. The beach is great and the pool is awesome. It's really a luxurious place to spend a vacation. I'm for sure will be back really soon.

For the second time in this great hotel. Everything fits, cleanliness, food, rooms, beach, a wonderful well-kept area, super friendly staff, always with a smile on the face and always tried the guest to make it as nice as possible. Very good location of the hotel ... Giant hotel complex with several pools ... Very good food ... short walk to the beach ... It makes you feel right at home ... very friendly people ... was always in drive the hotel because it is just mega good .. I am really very satisfied

We went there just one week back and even though the whole world was going through a crisis, the hotel was very welcoming and gave us a great experience. Super kids friendly. and we haven't eaten any ice cream or raw vegetables. Always compare prices with the organizer and act. they are also very persistent on the beach!
