We felt very well here. The staff is very friendly.

The animation team is outstanding Shams and Emily also G were the most funny and active members.
I appreciate the hard work they are doing to reach the maximum customers' satisfaction, therefore I commit that and truly thank you for all the support you are offering, and hope to see all of the team still working there when we will come next time.

Great as always. Already the third time. We will be back. Everything was very good. Room, food, service and animation. No danger and no fear to be here. It is not a dangerous piece here.

Super great holiday for the second time spent there. The 3rd is already booked. We are totally thrilled as a family with 2 kids (5j + 9j). Everything is just right here.

Everything was great and very clean, would come again. To the vacationers always a good word and friendly. Beverages are brought and empty cups always put away. Immer always happy to the kids and a good word including smile. Can I only recommend, eat perfect and good. Come back

I really like this hotel. In my opinion everything is at a high level including hotel service too. I have been to many hotels in Egypt and I can really recommend this hotel to stay.

It was a very great and pleasant vacation spot. The staff were always friendly (except a receptionist) and you could relax very well. The reefs for snorkeling were wonderful and had a huge variety of fish. Why I can only give 4 stars is because the WLAN is not the best there. Actually, it is only good in the lobby and otherwise not at all or only haltingly. But all in all, good 4 stars.

Great place ..staff is do friendly specially Mr.Mahmoud Montaser and Mr.M taqy. Everybody is doing all he or she can to make us satisfied.

Super facility, very good food, clean from the room to the pool, many lovingly designed details, just a few minutes to the beach with a beautiful house reef, top staff, competent, nice and helpful - most of them even spoke German very well - top recommendation

The hotel is very good. Good service, nice food and the animation team is very funny. Especially Shams, Corinna, Katha and Polo!

9 days of pure relaxation. A very beautiful green oasis, lovingly maintained and a visual eye candy. Room request was promptly met, friendliness and service of the staff, as the last time, excellent.
The good weather guarantee promises a perfect holiday. Organization and reservations of tennis lessons or golf rounds at the other hotels were problem-free. We will be back in autumn 2019

Are there 3 times there are very satisfied food cleanliness child-friendly everything from the finest defects there are everywhere but you can also see that they are removed, for example, rooms and public toilets were renovated we will be back

A great hotel. I am now in Egypt for the 21st time and have already seen some hotels. Lastly, I landed 6 times in a row at the Hotel Jaz Makadi Saraya and am also completely satisfied this time. I especially appreciate the excellent overall package of service, water park (included with most of the organizers), snorkelling facilities (nice house reef) and an excellent entertainment and entertainment program. Diving, Windsurfing, Huge Water Park, Makadi Olympiade, Golf, ...) make the Medinat Makadi, part of which is the Saraya Hotel. Also this summer I have booked three weeks and am glad that I can stay here for more than two weeks.

Our experiences moved in midfield.
Negative:
- Rooms only average clean
- Air conditioning was broken for four days. Complaints were often not disclosed
- Room on the top floor with a balcony without a roof. In such a country unreasonable. At noon one burned oneself on chairs and ground
- Family room separated by curtain and wall. Unfortunately, one meter is missing up to the ceiling, whereby light and noises penetrate unhindered to the child
- Beach only difficult to reach. Hand towel only by the pool, which is a lot to lug

The hotel is great and the animation is the best !!

Nice hotel but food hygiene needs to be improved. Gloves are worn and the food is served with the non gloved hand. Needless to say stomach problems were experienced.

jaz makadi saraya splash is the perfect holiday. I went with my family and it was the most amazing holiday i have been on. The food had great variety for all ages, the hotel was so lovely and beautiful with lots of swimming pools and a beach within walking distance, and the animation team always provided activities to keep everyone entertained. The animation team made the holiday 10x better they were all so lovely and funny and always putting us first with a smile on their face everyday. By the end of the holiday they felt like family! I would specifically like to thank- bubbles, shams, youseff, taz, snoopy and beau for being the best, and i m hoping to come back soon!!

Makadi Bay is highly recommended, a very nice beach area, but also wonderful for the km-long walk on the beach. Many good hotels invite you for an all-inclusive vacation.

This is our second holiday here and again they have not failed to be the best. The head chef Emad is the friendliest chef I have ever meet. Thank you to him also for the lovely basket of fruit he sent up to our room. We will be making a return visit with extra members of the family and friends. The entertainment team were brill this year again can't fault what they have done and how friendly they are. See you next year guys x

Very cool hotel. Everything was fine.
The only minus point was the trouble at the end because of 2 aquapark cards we never received.

Have had a great time in paradise, the staff are lovely and the resort is gorgeous! Adam has been so friendly.

Recently home from another great holiday at this hotel.
Can t fault anything at all and it s all down to the amazing staff.
The animation team go above and beyond to make sure you have fun in the sun. Whether it be aqua gym or an evening show they are all great at their jobs. Shams is a little star with a permanent smile on his face

We had an amazing time at the Saraya. We was so sad to come home :-(
The hotel is very well kept and maintained with some lovely areas where you can relax. The room are spacious and ideal for a family. The pool is big and the lifeguards are very friendly and helpful. The beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel and is stunning.
The Animation team are full of life and always involve everyone, our favourite is Shams, he's so friendly and a great guy to talk to, he would always see if we wanted to take part in any of the activities. We miss him and hope he is there when we return, we will definitely be visiting again

We stayed here last year as a family. It was one of our best vacations of the last years! The area, rooms and food were excellent. A big compliment to the entire staff of the Saraya, which tried everything to make the guest a nice holiday. Just a hotel to feel good. We will be back. Keep up the good Saraya-Team !!!

I have to appreciate the most welcoming staff I've ever met . The hotel is good u can use the facilities of other Jaz hotels in the area.
The food is ok but not the best. The WiFi is free but slow so I didn't use it as I had a data bundle.
U can use the Jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna for 40L.E per hour (for Egyptians)
I don't recommend the the outside spa at all.
In general I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the area.

Internet is free but has not worked in our room. Television is possible with us but there were only 3 German speaking channels and it sometimes fell off one. Room number was 9215. Otherwise everything was fine

The staff are all very friendly in the hotel.

A very nice hotel, getting on in years, but clean and nicely landscaped. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
As a family of 11 (2 to 68 years old) we stayed in the Saraya from September 29th to October 6th, 2018 ... unfortunately, towards the end of the stay, more than half of them became ill, 1 of them quite seriously. It would be better for management to urge caution than to present all food and drinks as completely harmless. It couldn't have been the heat, after this summer we were all used to it.

We had a great vacation. Very nice, courteous and happy staff in all corners of the hotel. The entertainment options are excellent. The complex and the beach are very nicely prepared and always in a clean condition.
The animation team attracts with various activities that change daily. The children are by no means neglected.
I can only recommend this hotel.
