I really can recommend this hotel. Everything was very good. The animation team with Polo, Shams, Corinna and Katha made our week very funny.

Have been the second time to JAZ Makadi Saraya and it was overall great again!!! Lovely people working there, delicious food and always a clean room.

I have been here for the fifth time in the hotel jaz makadi saraya and it has always been very nice and fun. The beach is very nice and the service is very nice. The animation team is always in a good mood and playing with them is a lot of fun.

The holiday was amazing. Entertainment team really lovely and made it funnnnn. We just didn t stay long enough!! Pool is so relaxing and lovely. The spa I really recommend!!!

Looks very good even after years. We only looked at the system after about 12-13 years. At that time it was new and looks almost more beautiful today.

My stay at saraya has been over all great restuarant staff great but food could have bit more variety bar star always so helping and friendly animation are what make saraya amazing! Always entertaining and providing the best service hotel should be proud to have them alisa and shams such lovely staff!

DISHONEST RECEPTIONIST

I was checking out and requested further access to wi-fi to check my e-mail for any updates to my travel arrangements. The receptionist asked me for my tablet and said he would enter a special code for me. I was quite suprised since he had always been unhelpful prior to this (the rest of the reception team are generally helpful though). It took him quite some time! Little did I know that this dishonest piss taking person was writing a review of the hotel in my name, using my tablet. Basically he accessed my google account and personal data without my permission. A shame really, because apart from the general lack of upkeep, i.e. rooms really dated and lots of things that don't work (although they try to fix things quickly), overall, I found bar, houskeeping and restaurant staff all helpful, polite and friendly. I found the food really tasty and never got ill with it once. In actual fact I have stayed here twice and up until now had intended to stay again this March, but not now. This dishonest member of the reception team has cost his colleagues a 5 star review because of what he did. Why would I not stay here again? Because I now question whether this behaviour is actually reflective of the underlying norm for this hotel. Either way, I would advise caution when it comes to electronic devices and personal data if you stay here.

Our holidays here were great. The staff are all incredibly friendly, accommodating and fun too.

An amazing resort for relaxing, we had such a great 9 days there with our friends and the place is super clean.

I liked the animation and the daily offer of the various activities. The hotel was very clean and the staff courteously friendly. The evening entertainment was always varied and entertaining! The parties were great too (especially streetlive and beach party). It was immediately felt welcome and I'm very sure that we will be back soon!

Rested for 14 days in February. Great location, not far from the airport. Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, everything is very harmonious. Beautiful territory, excellent work of staff, good food. Cool water park, included in the price. Recommend

It was a dream that left no wish unfulfilled! Plant very well maintained. Great service with more linguistic crew & always friendly and helpful. The entertainment program was varied, has always had something for big and small. If you do not want a program you will always find an alternative in the area. Also very suitable for children.
That was vacation! I can recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel, staff are super friendly, would definately recommend! Pools, rooms, toilets and general public areas are really clean and the staff are quick to rectify issues when required.

Animation are so lovely we loved them all we loved the evening shows and the entertainment in general. The food is so tasty and the rooms are too big. The pools are so warm and lovely we totally reoccomend it

Its my 5th visit to Madinet Makadi and the 20th in Hurghada, my stay in Jaz Saraya was the worest.

My visit was from 20th to 25th july 2016 with my family

When you book a 5 stars resort for vacation you are expecting excellent service that can help you to relax and enjoy every minute.

Unfortunately I didn't get even fair service in that lousy place.

The rudness and negative attitude of most of the resort stuff , offering service to certain nationalities, smiling only according to some spoken languages and frowning at others in very racist and awful discrimination.

Check in was ok, room is below average but clean.

Alnakheel Restaurant stuff was very rude and unprofessional except one waiter named mohamed.

Normally no one will ask you what to drink , drinks are not cold even.

Live cooking stations chefs were annoyed while serving food, if you ask for a special order they will give you a rude unnessciary comment that Onion is good for health or garlic is good to your skin.

you will finish the dinner with all your meal dishes empty on your table with no one picking it up.

The swimming pools were dirty with noisy guests , it seems that the hotel management sold some nights with very low rate for noisy , rude and vulgar guests to ruin the good time of other guests that paid a higher rate for the same room.

The barmen of pools bars share the same rudness and negative attitude of the most of resort stuff.

Housekeeping and bellmen were different, they were polite and attentive doing there work in the best way.

I received a call from the GM of resort after my complain in the check out, with unprofessional excuses about my bad luck to face such problems.

The beginning of failure is blaming the bad luck instead of understandingthe mistakes and trying to solve it.

I will never visit the resort again and it even made me hesitated about the Quality of other hotels in Madinet Makadi, it's very sad that a group of unprofessional stuff is ruining a good famous name like Jaz hotels that was always known for the friendly excellent service.

Fantastic holiday in a great hotel area. Food alternately, delicious drinks, great entertainment and child care. Room always clean with great decoration on the bed. Excellent service and wonderful excursions possible.

The stay in the hotel I really liked. For the price you get everything you need, what you need in any way. The hotel was very nice and clean, the food was delicious and the animation team was very friendly and entertained us very well.

Our 1st holiday here and totally thrilled. Super comfortable area where you have to find a way to get used to. Fun is here for big and small. Beach about 5 minutes away. Lying at the pool and beach always available now also high season. There is also a reef for snorkeling.

The food is great you can also talk to the chefs directly (English) and they explain to you where and how to prepare the food. In addition it is a great family friendly hotel.
