The territory is well-kept, the staff is great and friendly, the pool is very good to spend all the time there, the sea is clean and there is a lot of space.

I really liked the hotel. I have about the tenth trip to Egypt. I'll be back in this hotel. Good area. Nice rooms. Great animation. Good service. The staff is not arrogant, does not ask for tea. I liked everything!
I spent the last week of January in this resort. It is well located, with direct access to the beach. It has nice pools with towel pick places, and drinks can be served there. The beach is a sand lagoon, and it has a jetty that takes you half way where there is always water to swim. However it does not go to the reef, so little hope to see fish. Other nearby hotels have longer jetties, but they are private.
So perfect for kitesurfing, but not for sea exploration as you have to walk or swim a pretty long distance to reach the reef. But there, you find beautiful fish
The bedroom was spacious, with a big comfortable bed, tea and coffee, and a safe for valuables. It was clean and nicely done every day
In terms of service, I was disappointed. It is a very pale 5 star hotel. Waiters are mainly concentrating of clearing stuff than having a real customer contact that makes you feel valued and welcome.
With regard to food, I was even more disappointed. It is practically always the same food served for lunch and dinner. Only the two main course vary..
It is fresh, but not terribly exciting. You would definitely expect more from a 5 star hotel. Cocktails are not great either. A mojito is served with no real mint not lemon. No fresh ora he juice offered for breakfast...unless you pay
There is no night club, and a basic musical entertainment, either a singer or saxophone player performing over a recorded soundtrack. Bars are open though to get a drink
The clientele is mainly from Ukraine and Egyptians with large families, and a few Italians. Waiters speak poor English.
So, all in all, good, but not waooo

One of the best hotels that i have been to in the entirety of sinai, the food is very diverse which is good, food is available 24/7 in the hotel. the staff is really nice and attentive, they make sure you re always having whatever you need. there s different activities to do everyday like the spa and trips around sharm, and of course the aquapark which is relatively small but the rides are super fun. the hotel is generally very very clean. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

We were on holiday the week of Christmas, the kids x luck were already 4, so they kept company, otherwise it would have been really a problem. No activities, no games, no material available x activities, nothing at all. Food definitely worth improving.
Food is descent, every dinner were specials like baked tuna, ham, kebab. Rooms are clean, spacious and have huge beds. There are two pools, also it has rooms with private pools and jacuzzi tubs. You can visit water park across the road for free. Downsides: there is no coral reef and sea. If you be there when outflow sea will go about 200 meters from shore.

Well, the rules of such a hotel, only here the beach is very small, and from all the pools only one is heated. Breakfast does not differ at all, the rest of the menu changes every 3-4 days. The rooms are large, the area is beautiful, but it is not always well cleaned.

Very nice hotel! Large, green area, lots of pools, friendly staff! Although the first line, to the sea far away to go! One minus is a long (0.5 km) pontoon! But wonderful views in the water: multicolored fish and coral! Allowed to swim for buoys! The animation is weak, but we did not need it!

We were here last week on the 4th for a week for our 7th visit, staff couldn't do enough for us think they were glad for the English to be back.
They've done loads to hotel in the years we been away
My only complaint is the awful deck chairs on the beach never sat in anything so uncomfortable, where's the comfy chairs gone no wonder nobody was at that bar
