The best hotel in Hurghada as usual , it's my fifth time to go there and I'll will keep visiting this hotel more and more .
First of all, I liked the new improvement of entertainment like Foam and Street party , the ideas are so creative and looks better than Jumerah ,Dubai, and from my experience Makady Saraya is even BETTER
I also appreciate that they use paper straws insted of plastic to help keep the environment clean
Second of all, the staff are so helpful and friendly specially ( Mr Mostafa , Mahmoud in reception , Mr George the beverage manager , all waiters specially Hany ( pool waiter ) and restaurant staff Specialy ( Hamasa ) in Mukai Tukai restaurant , also I want to thank the room service specially ( Hossam ) and finally I cannot miss the Hotel's Chef that always surprise us with many kinds of fantastic food )
Thank you all for the celebration of my family because we reached the fifth time
