One of the best managed facilities in Hurghada (this year is the 12th time in the region)

I enjoyed the experience from start to finish, loved the pool activities, the foam party as well as the entertainment in the night by the animation team, Bubbles and Yousef were my favourites by far. There was always something to do. Service was exceptional, room was always cleaned when re-visited. 10/10 recommended visit.

My family and myself recently came back from this absolutely amazing hotel where we holidayed over the new year.
On arrival the lads on reception gave us a welcome cold drink before showing us to our room.
The room was exeptionally clean and spacious we stayed in 1241.
The sunflower's restaurant had a fantastic choice of food and the waiters were hardworking and very friendly, George the restaurant manager was a really nice guy along with all the chefs on the barbecued meat section.

To name a few where absolutely fantastic and nothing was a problem for these hard working lads.
On several occasions we attended the sauna and jacuzzi which was spotless and run by Essam also a lovely guy. The pools and there are several are spotlessly clean and lively, or you can chill out around the quiet pool where the atmosphere is more laid back.
There is a water park nearby in which a bus takes you there every 30 minutes, well worth a visit.
Several a la carte restaurant's which you can book we tried the Chinese and the Italian and the food and service was excellent.
During our visit there was a lady named lana who was always talking to the guests very polite friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our visit to this amazing hotel that we have booked already to go back this year for the new year celebrations

The entire hotel is absolutely recommendable from the area to the food and the entire staff. Kudos to the entire kitchen team around Mr. Emad, as well as to the rest of the F&B team such as Mr. Camel. Many thanks for the daily entertainment to the animation team around Salam. It's really nice here. Food and hotel great. Keep coming back. Is highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The food is varied and there is something for everyone. The pool area was clean. There is a relaxation pool and an animation pool. But we mostly went to the beach. The water is wonderful there and nice for snorkelling. The entire facility is in a neat condition and all employees ensure that it stays that way. Courtesy is very important here. There are 4 other restaurants. We liked the Egyptian the best. Definitely worth a visit. The souk is nicely decorated. At some shops you can look in peace even if you don't buy anything. You have to look at others.
Was very satisfied and will definitely come back.

Jaz Makadi Saraya is a really recommendable hotel. Very family friendly and every day varied and delicious food. The animation is very commendable.

Very nice hotel and very good service.
The food was always delicious and the rooms were clean.
Also, the aqua park only about a kilometer away is a big plus and is included in the price.
You can easily go with a shuttle.
The beach is only 200 meters.
Going for the second time in May because it was really good.

It's a nice hotel where you can go on vacation with your family. The food was ok, other hotels are better. The beach and the sea were very beautiful. The best place to go snorkeling. There were so many fish. You have to walk about 5 mins to get to the beach. You can drive to a waterpark with a bus too. The rooms were clean, but the evening shows not really interresting.

Hotel is great Animation is great it is a beautiful holiday

Very nice are there for the second time. It has changed a lot and everything is always up to date. Just yesterday, the beds were renewed. The staff try and there is action for people always want full program with the entertainers. There are large pools and always enough space for everyone so there is no crowd. There are snacks throughout the day and restaurants at the resorts which are all inclusive. Everything is perfect and I feel most comfortable here than in other resorts.

We can't recommend this place highly enough, treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, the entertainment staff were absolutely amazing, Samurai was awesome and had us smiling every time we seen him, the cleaners were fantastic and mostafa had our looking amazing every day, would highly recommend to anyone, wiil 100% be returning to this hotel. Thanks to all for an amazing time

We were here in February to escape the darkness and cold in Germany. Very clean, large rooms with good facilities. Very, very friendly staff and 1a food. Come back anyway.

The hotel is really great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The selection of food is very large, so there is something for everyone. The rooms are a bit older, but very large and clean. The entertainment and the shows in the evening are very varied, so you will not be bored. Overall, the hotel is definitely recommendable

First holiday in Egypt! Hotel is a hit, food was great, pool was great, beach was great! Service almost perfect, the people are all super nice! Recommended. We will be back! Weather always good, nice and warm! And camel riding on the beach, a real fun! Go there

We had a nice two week family vacation in the hotel.
Our kids had a blast in the kids' club.
The animation was excellent. Especially Adam at the aquafitniss!

It is gorgeous, everyone is super nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. We are looking forward to the next vacation here.

The Saraya was excellent. It had everything we wanted - daytime activities in the main pool, relaxation in the quiet pool, evening entertainment at the Shisha Bar or background music at the pool bar. Having the Waterpark and Beach so close by meant that we were spoilt for choice and stopped us getting bored with the same thing every day.

The Animation team, especially Bea, Anya and Youssef, were outstanding. Just the right level of encouragement without being annoying! They were friendly and welcoming, lots of fun and a credit to the Jaz.

Because everything just fits! And we are already demanding! Our third holiday here is really great!

I was able to visit 2 different hotels in 3 years and can say that I highly recommend the Saraya Resort. It is more personal and the stay is always very pleasant. If there is a problem, it will immediately take care of it and get out of the world. I also like to have a third, fourth .... again!

All hotels/ resorts in Makady are very special. It worth the money you pay. Continental breakfast with huge variety. The cleaning level is very high. The staff deals with guests as pioneers. Try to get a free entrance for Aqua park as an offer with room booking.

The hotel is really perfect. This is our 13th times in saraya. Everything is really amazing. People are friendly and always smiling.
Rooms are clean and the service is amazing. We cant wait to come back soon.

This was our first time staying in Egypt and we stayed at this resort for 2 weeks. On our first day all of the animation team were so welcoming and we made friends with them all very quickly. There was such a variety of food in the morning, afternoon and night. There was also a bar by the pool which you could get drinks and food from all day. There was plenty of activities for the children and adults to do inside and outside of the pool such as waterpolo, Aqua gym and table tennis. This was a great stay and we will definitely be coming here again.

The hotel is great. The animation team is great. Fred and Bubbels are really funny. All the staff of the hotel are very friendly. We would definitely recommend the hotel especially for families with children.

1 of the best hotels we have been to. Everyone is trying to make you happy. Rooms are ok and wifi usually works great. 1 day he was out for a few hours, otherwise had no problems with it.

Makadi Jaz Saraya is indeed a highly recommended hotel. Very clean. And the food changes daily. These two points were especially important to me. The service is also top quality. German, English and Russian speak almost all fluently. And unlike warm European countries, they know what good service means. For me, my wife and my 6 month old daughter a great holiday. Blow

Super rounded package; Food, service, cleanliness everything was great. There is really nothing to complain about. We are the second time here and will be back. Every wash is fulfilled.

The hotel complex itself was always kept in order, the rooms were always clean and friendly, the staff was also aaaabber I had the feeling that you were asked to tip the toilets at the pool were all clean!
The lunch tasted better than in the evening every day there was hardly any choice.
Unfortunately, the children's animations were not that big either, some children dazed certificates on the stage and the others were left standing.
The minibar was pork expensive, you don't even get in there but at some point you want to drink something other than the one at the pool.
Otherwise everything was ok. The walkway to the beach wasn't too long

We are not here for the first time and it will not be the last either. The saraya has become a second home for us.
Animation, staff and all the staff are always so warm and make the place so special to us.
We would never go to another hotel here in Egypt.
