We stayed at Jaz Makadi Saraya with our family. We had a great Christmas Eve. The show from the entertainment team was very good. The food in the Christmas tent was also very good. We want the billiard and we want to stay at nagieb for the best conditions there.
The vacation at Makadi Saraya was simply indescribable, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The animation team is always up for having fun and doing lots of cool activities. It is the best hotel in Makadi resort
Already on arrival we were warmly welcomed and they took care of us immediately.
The staff was always courteous and friendly and the entertainers were great!
We could really switch off and relax, which we only have to thank the people and the hotel itself.

The hotel is very nice. Very good service, all the people here are very friendly. For entertainment at the pool and in the whole area is provided, you can always do something. Also outside the hotel area you can do a lot; The water park is very big and you have a lot of fun there.

Mixed feelings about this hotel, the four alla carte restaurants were excellent and the cleanliness of the place was great. But on the downside we had some big issues with the hotel management over some small issues that could have been avoided, the manager did apologise in person but it put a real down on two of our Seven days. We have never experienced issues like these in 25 years of travelling abroad for our holidays hence the two star rating.

Excellent hotel, the services are of quality, the staff cares for its customers, always smiling. I recommend this hotel without any reservations, the meals are quality and varied, there is something for everyone. The entertainment is present all day and show every night.
Pool cleaned every day, friendly and clean common areas and green spaces. The a la carte restaurants are really good quality and very inexpensive.
The water park is huge, it really feels like a real park dedicated to water games.
The pleasant staff as a whole was PERFECT, both at the front desk, the entertainment and the waiters.
The room staff impeccable.
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and I am thinking of coming back and even taking the risk of recommending it, knowing that there can be no negative feedback.
After grumbling, not satisfied, there will always be, mais, but we get plenty for our money.

We are yours for the 2 times in this hotel we find the hotel just very good the rooms are clean as well as the pool. The food is always different and tastes pretty good. The teen club is also quite crowded and it also makes mega fun in the club. We can only recommend this hotel we will gladly come back.

Delicious food, good selection of food, excellent animation, karaoke, and so on. Large rooms. Everything is fine, but you need to go to the beach, the beach is small, punctuated with umbrellas and tourists, there are always no places. Sea sand and stones, corals near the beach there.
So I came here with my family it was a first family holiday and it has been amazing, I ve had a great time, the entertainment staff have made me laugh... Bubbles makes me laugh as he was always trying to get me involved in something
It was our fourth time at Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort and we have already planned the next vacation. The hotel complex is lovingly cared for by the gardeners, with great green areas. The whole hotel staff is incredibly friendly and familiar. All in all a perfect vacation in a hotel that has become a second hotel.
The hotel in general is good but the room a style are too old and need to be renovated.

The bay is super, there are corals and a sandy beach. Entrance in places with stones, but convenient. Everything you need for a good holiday!

The staff from housekeeping, reception, animation to management are all very nice, open and always helpful. We heard that the assistant of the general manager, mr. Gouda, the hotel soon leaves.
