Very nice, quiet and well-kept area. Friendly, attentive but never intrusive staff. About 6-7 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Food and drinks are good to very good. Can the plant with a clear conscience recommend.

Incredibly cozy, atmospheric, good food, pleasant and friendly staff, hygienic etc.etc.

Perfect place! Attentive to the requests of staff, smiling and helpful. Purity is everywhere. The cuisine is more Egyptian, but everything is very tasty and diverse, and there are still themed dinners with world cuisines. Nice try;)

I especially liked that there were so many different ways to experience things, for example, the leisure activities of the animation team, so that time has passed by in flight. It was a great experience and I can only recommend it to spend his vacation here.

we spent a great 5 days in this hotel jaz makadi saraya resort in makadi bay. the hotel is 30 km far away from the city but still in a great spot. weve been to many different hotels here but this one is almost the best

The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool area also. However, the food left something to be desired. There were mostly chicken dishes and almost no fruit.

We had a great time! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The resort is great and we really enjoyed the outlets and all the activities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hurghada.

The animation team is just great and fun for everyone and super nice!

Generally a great hotel. Very clean. The staff are all fabulous. Particularly the pool waiters and animation team. The only real criticism I have is that the hotel group are trying to blacklist external tour operators from coming into the hotel. And as our Tour Operator were both expensive and did not offer what we wanted. This is not an acceptable practice. Our external operator was fabulous and turned our holiday into a fantastic trip. There also needs to be a little more focus on adult entertainment. More vibrant music. It's all a little too tame - although the comedy show was excellent.

We arrived hete on the 12nd June and are now on 20th June. Since we got here everyone has been so welcome and they are very friendly. Staff go above and beyond to help you if you need it. The pools are huge and plenty of sun lounges to choose from. Have an active pool and a relaxation pool also. Plenty of places to get food and drink. Animation team are fantastic especially Guilia, Mostafa and Amr, he was our go to guy if we ever needed anything. Always something too do and beach is fantastic. Also entertainment in the evening which is fab also.Only down side is they need to add more cocktails too there menus as limited choice. Also if you have a sensitive stomach be prepared and take remedies that help you.

This is my second time here in Saraya. I came here last year with my friends everything is amazing. I enjoyed my vacation and this year my friends asked me to go there again. The food is really tasty and the service is SUPER. The people are too friendly and helpful. I recommend it so much

Food: Always new topics and something for everyone.
Animation: perfect. Varied and great shows in the evening :)
Language: everyone can speak English, German but also "a little" ;-)

Everything was great. The food was great, the entertainment was entertaining. The only criticism is the availability of Wi-Fi / WiFi. The connection breaks off constantly

The animation is very nice. The hotel itself is oke, what bothers me is the wifi, it is very slow and connects very bad. The room is clean and so on but I would wish that the next time I come in it will fix more sockets and in the right position. The food is oke here, it's normal as everywhere. For teenagers it's a bit boring you do not have a buddy or get to know, very little for teenagers as an attraction. Nevertheless, I would come here again the staff very hospitable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and every request was read from their eyes!
The complex, the beach and the room were very tidy.
The food was also very good, there was a large selection and there was something for everyone.
The animation team was also incredibly friendly and always managed to make you laugh and motivate you.

The hotel has a nice facility and it is also very family friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful, they mostly speak several languages like English, German etc. The beach is very nice and clean, there is also catering. The pool areas are also clean and are constantly checked and cleaned. There is a bar at both pools and a bistro at the main pool. There are a total of 5 pools, two by the relaxation pool (including 1 children's pool without a roof) and 3 by the normal pool (including 1 covered children's pool). The relaxation pool and the smaller pool in the main complex are heated. At the large pool area and on the beach, activities are offered from 10:00 to approx. 12:30 and from 3:00 to approx. 5:30 pm. The activities are carried out by various animation members, who are also very friendly and fun. Finally, a big compliment to the kitchen (there is something for everyone here) and to the guest support, who are always on site and have an open ear. Actually, you can only commend every employee, whether gardener or reception.
