The Saraya was excellent. It had everything we wanted - daytime activities in the main pool, relaxation in the quiet pool, evening entertainment at the Shisha Bar or background music at the pool bar. Having the Waterpark and Beach so close by meant that we were spoilt for choice and stopped us getting bored with the same thing every day.

The Animation team, especially Bea, Anya and Youssef, were outstanding. Just the right level of encouragement without being annoying! They were friendly and welcoming, lots of fun and a credit to the Jaz.
