For 12 years we have come to this hotel and it will certainly be many more years! Every year we are again thrilled with the hospitality. Everyone at this hotel strives to accommodate the needs of their guests. The service is great! Also at the food you can not fault anything. There is a very large selection of different dishes! There is something for everyone. The animation team was completely re-staffed this year. Again, you can not say anything negative! Everyone is so warm and friendly! I immediately loved them all. They also try to please the guests and you can honestly say they can do it! Very high praise. I'm really looking forward to coming back next year. No big bells and whistles: A great hotel that I highly recommend to all.
Very nice hotel, different choice of food in the restaurant on and evening. Very good animation team always trying to get you involved and have a good time, gives you great entertainment on a night. All the hotel staff and team always try there best for you.
I enjoyed the whole experience at jaz makadi sararya. The staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Also the entertainment team are second to none and certainly made me smile I would recommend anyone to come and hope to book again myself. The holiday as been one of the best I've had.

The processes are highly reliable and almost always one step ahead of guest needs. Requests are dealt with warmly and immediately, questions are answered with patience, every employee (including the gardeners) is friendly and personal to the guests. That children are welcome is not just an empty phrase.
The effort for the horticultural design "on the edge of the desert" leaves one amazed. Almost superfluous to mention, the restaurant kitchen offers a lot of variety, surprises and, especially with the local dishes, fresh quality for every taste.
Small defects in the buildings here and there are booked under age maturity and do not spoil the overall impression.

I love it here it is so beautiful. The food breathtaking the hotel staff are polite and always ready to help and speak a lot of languages Jensen tomorrow when I get up I am greeted and can go to breakfast first it is a hotel in which one falls in love and one always wants to come back I am now to 8 times here and it never gets boring because there is such a wonderful animation team I think it's fantastic here
What a fabulous place to holiday, room very clean and well presented over looking one of the pools, grounds well kept and immaculate, pools were clean and also well kept plenty of sunbeds and clean out door towels, staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a holiday here to anyone with or without children.

The animation team are always at hand to help make our stay even more enjoyable. Having walked around all the other hotels in the vicinity we were most impressed with this one. Very nice facility, great animation for example Bubbles, Shams, Taz, Snoopy and Corinna. The others are also trying hard and are doing a great job. The waiters are all on their toes. Some in Germany can learn a bit from that.
We'd also like to mention Emad the Chef. He always has a smile and a joke in store.
Everyone is so incredibly nice from the manager to the front desk to the room boy.

Wonderful hotel, exceeded all expectations. The staff are all so wonderful, from bar staff to gardeners. Everybody is friendly and welcoming. It's such a pleasure at this resort. Plenty of activities for children. Animation team are wonderful and so good with the kids. Kids did sand painting on the beach and planted a tree on the resort with the Sunny kids club teaching them about the environment. The children baked cookies and made pizza with the chefs. The nightly kids disco is great for kids, lively animation team who interact with the guests. Great activities by the Animation team, Bubbles, Shams, Adam, Omar, Katia, Fred, Corinne & Boogie. Entertainment varied and enhanced by animation team. Lots of activities for children & adults. Food is varied and plenty of choice. Al a carte restaurants are really nice, had the most amazing meal at the Indian restaurant Amaya & authentic Egyptian food at Sofra.

Enjoyed my vacation there with friends ... very active hotel , i liked the entertainment and cocktails as well as food is very tasty .. for sure i will be coming back again, considering taking my honeymoon there
A very nice hotel with a large area, very well maintained. The food is very crowded so there are two restaurants. The entertainers for the children are all very nice and reliable. The evening attractions are varied and well done.

A beautiful holiday and holiday resort that leaves nothing to be missed. Cozy rooms. So many different plants and flowers, a truly beautiful garden! Cleanliness and service are very important here! Nice, polite service everywhere. The food has variety and is good, there is something for every taste. To the beach on foot only meters through beautiful gardens. Also on the beach nothing is missing. Very nice water, you can snorkel directly: fish like in the movie or in the aquarium! Everything perfect!

Simply the best team the best service the best aqua park
It was a very nice vacation. The animation is very varied and it makes every day a lot of fun especially water aerobics with Marie, yoga with panda. Gelja is really great and she's having fun with her. The service at the pool is also great Michael is a sweetheart. He always brings drinks and smiles all day long. Great holiday.
We spent with our family great Easter holidays at the Saraya Hotel. We are repeaters far as it is a really great facility for families in which a lot is offered. Great food, a totally dedicated animation team. Service is really capitalized. There are fabulous coral reefs right off the beach. Polo is one of the top members of the animation team. We will be back.

We were in November 2019 in this facility. This is really getting very old, but that had actually less disturbed, because the service, no matter in which direction, was just right. All together have been super friendly and have always tried hard. The food was also delicious and for my conditions also varied. The way to the beach was a bit far, we were with two small children. Apart from that, the only thing that always bothers me is the clairaudience, but that's the same everywhere, unfortunately. You always hear the evening entertainment and I find that personally annoying, as you are looking for relaxation on vacation

The entertaining is good, you have a show every night and many activities during the day. Which means you won't get bored. There is an aqua park INCLUDE, which you can use every day, and every half hour a bus from 9 45uur to 17: 15hr.

So hello everyone ..
My husband, daughter and I stayed at Jaz Makadi Saraya for 1 week. I can only praise the hotel the food, the service, the facility and the animation team is great. My daughter spent the whole week in the kidsclub from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The entertainers amr and gelja welcomed our daughter in a friendly manner and the program for the children is very diverse. In the evening there was a mini disco every day and all the children had fun. If you are looking for a hotel where the children are well received, I would definitely recommend this hotel to you. We have only been at home for 4 days and will be booking the Jaz Makadi saraya for the autumn holidays next week. I greet the animation team and see you in October :)

We visited the hotel for the second time in October! A lot has happened! Disinfectants everywhere ...
The only stupid thing is the change of the pool bar. Last year still a la carte with plates and cutlery. This year with plastic cutlery! We forbid it and there ... the plastic waste is already unspeakable because of the bottles ..
Back to the hotel: everyone is very friendly, but sometimes a bit too friendly and a bit fake.
Everything is clean! It was my third time in Egypt and my first time without a gastrointestinal bowel!
Food could be a little more varied, but there is something for everyone! We will come back!
