The hotel has a nice facility and it is also very family friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful, they mostly speak several languages like English, German etc. The beach is very nice and clean, there is also catering. The pool areas are also clean and are constantly checked and cleaned. There is a bar at both pools and a bistro at the main pool. There are a total of 5 pools, two by the relaxation pool (including 1 children's pool without a roof) and 3 by the normal pool (including 1 covered children's pool). The relaxation pool and the smaller pool in the main complex are heated. At the large pool area and on the beach, activities are offered from 10:00 to approx. 12:30 and from 3:00 to approx. 5:30 pm. The activities are carried out by various animation members, who are also very friendly and fun. Finally, a big compliment to the kitchen (there is something for everyone here) and to the guest support, who are always on site and have an open ear. Actually, you can only commend every employee, whether gardener or reception.
