I changed garage to have another opinion, because since my passage, my car makes noise. When it was checked, the mechanics of the dealer over-tightened the handbrake, which produced a friction noise.

After 2 cars bought there, still satisfied. But the! After 2 years my battery is defective and I am charged $ 500 for a new one !!!! Not covered by the warranty supposedly especially since I paid an extra for an 8 year warranty. Really EXAGGERATED

In addition, after saying that I did not want to change the battery at this ridiculous price, I was left for 40 minutes in the waiting room before giving me my keys.

I am very disappointed with the technical service. The worst thing is that I referred 3 friends who bought their car there! Plus me a rental and a purchase!
Yesterday we did the oil change and the tires for both cars. My husband almost had an accident on the 40th this morning because of a hatch which was badly damaged during the change of oil. She is now broken. Returning home, the technical service does not assume responsibility and puts the error on the wind and speed. ... my eye! Take responsibility! Coincidentally right after you've worked on it and at the same place! It's terrible. ... you charge him $ 400 for the mistake that your mechanic did not do his job properly. At the very least, you should have warned my husband yesterday that there was a problem on it if it was right on the case, without giving him the car as well. He could have been hit on the highway by stopping the car. The noise that made it obliged him. Not only are they not responsible but also incompetent.
Is there or vault customer service? Know that he is mediocre.
I will never do my repairs there and it is clear that the rental car will be returned to me, who wanted to keep it. .. It's finish!

I was referred to Hyundai Gabriel Anjou by a broker who assured me that I would receive the best deal for a new 2019 Hyundai Tuscon. The moment I entered the door, I was greeted like I was family. Everything that my broker promised me about my new car, I received. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions and I feel like the whole transaction was in my best interest. What I appreciated was that my experience did not end when I drove off the lot, even after my car dealer called me to ensure that I was satisfied. Could not have asked for a better experience !

I am dead serious on the quality of service and time they take to explain things and troubleshoot, you never get the feeling they are talking down to you or hurrying you out. When we arrived we could feel the hustle and bustle of the summer and the people very busy. No one knew we were coming, nothing on file and more ...

... NO CAR!

Yet as an informed consumer we had done our job.

I don't mean to be degrading but I also saw the concept of several of your employees dressed very tight and suggestive.

Yet in 2018 is it not important to welcome your guests and guide them so that they miss nothing.

The show continues when I ask your manager after 20 minutes of waiting during MY WORKING HOURS since I have appointments but ultimately none.

Manager "pissoff" tells me they don't have the car.
We ask do you have a similar to the electric ioniq?
He says no but there hybrid ioniq?
" Not the same "
Well surely he must have similarities sir?

"Mmmm no I don't know"

Repeat this kind of conversation for 5 minutes between three men and at the end he goes to look for an ioniq for 10 minutes.

I gave up on the test drive.

Irritated by his service, the lack of professionalism in making appointments and the fact of not having the car.

Seriously did you think I was going to try a new car and falsely tell me it has one?

This is why I am giving you a star.
Change your processes, train your manager and change the mood for your next clients because honestly wasting my time like that is very expensive and unpleasant for me as a potential client.

Ps: I'm not exaggerating and I know a lot of people work well and seriously but now you missed it!

I called the dealer for more information about the car, as I live 14 hours away from this location. First I had the seller hang up on me, I called back and got a price for the car. I told him I lived 14 hours away and was coming by plane. He ASSURED me the car was in EXCELLENT condition. He told me the FINAL price as I needed a certified cheque to pay for the vehicle. I confirm I was coming on a a specific date.

For the next 2 weeks I was texting him with questions and checking if all was ok. He would read my messages and never reply. I tried calling. No reply. I tried contacting other employees. No replies. I decided to take the chance and fly out to Montreal.

I get to Montreal and text him saying I'm on my way he finally replies "the car is not ready". Frustrated, I told him I'm not paying a motel room so get it ready.



I ask them why they didn't tell me. They claimed the mechanics didn't tell them but its been sitting on the lot for months.

The winter tires were on which were in good condition. The summer tires were very neatly wrapped and tucked tightly in the back seat, so we didn't bother to check them.

Moving forward a few months to today where it's time for summer tires, I open up the tires, first of all the tires have about 30% thread left and one tire is completely blown! (Look at pictures) conveniently it was the one on the bottom so they hid it. Now I'm out 8-1000$.

I had to fix this so far (which I understand is wear and tear, but for classifying it as "excellent condition" this is unacceptable)

- shock springs
- air filter
- rubber hoses
- pcv valve
- bushings
- calipers and rotors
Within 5.000km.

I am never returning there. Some of it is my fault I understand. But for a large dealership to hide things and taking advantages of people come out of town is terrible.

I hope Hyundai Gabriel Anjou sees this.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE dealership ever! I want to put ZERO STAR! Messed up my regular maintenance check up by forgetting to plug my fuel injection line back to my engine. I was lucky to be even alive! Yet, this dealership refused to pay me back for the expenses I had (towing, another checkup and repair) due to their mistake! There is ZERO QA, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES. I asked to speak to the supervisor, their representative kept telling me that the supervisor was unavailable at the moment, and that person would get back to me. NEVER! I NEVER HAD ANY CALL BACK FROM THISE DEALERSHIP. NO APOLOGY! NO RESPECT! NO NOTHING! I have all the evidences for their lack of due dilligence error, but they don't care! Whoever is thinking about buy a car from this dealership or doing the maintenance at this dealership, DEFINITELY TO THINK OVER AND OVER!!! Horrible Service! Put people's life in danger!
