The staff is not responsive and does not help in choosing a good.

Super store, I always visit it with a twist. There is chicken milk and pig cheese.

You can buy everything for all kind of sports! Quality is also adjusted for amateurs to advanced amateurs!

Most of all I would take a soccer ball from there, their things are very poor.

I often visit the store and it has almost never happened to find the product I am looking for. Good charging and rich assortment. The service could be further improved. Still, they are nice and smiling young people.

You can find just about anything, good quality and low prices.

Multiple sporting goods, good availability. You can always get a warranty replacement if needed. There is a bike repair shop, too.

I was there a week ago due the weekend. It was not much busy but busier than due the week. Anyway, i just want to look around and check some training equipments. If I have to be honest, u think is too expensive. Not for everything of course but almost. Here in Bulgaria we are not very famous with big salaries :) count this,please
The second thing is that the staff is not enough and when you want to ask for more information you need to be like meerkat. Too see the staff person very fast,before someone else do this.
At the end i just left unhappy and didnt buy anything.

I do not share the feedback for an adequate response of the staff. With me they were very rough, the level of communication has fallen into a neighborhood dispute about how something could not, should not have happened, and so on. They lost a mass of time to communicate in e-mails and phone calls instead of just finding a way to do what they were asking.

Same products and price/quality ratio as all over Europe.

Rich variety of cloths mostly, bikes and sports good on a good price. The quality of the cloths is very good scaled to the price.

A loot store full of kids using it for a playground, not a shop. There is no direct connection from the underground parking to the store and in the rain it gets awful.

It's not expensive and it has a lot of different flavors

We just love this store (and the brand in general). You can find almost anything for all types of sports here. This store in particular has larger area, which means it's better stocked and there are even items there that are missing in other stores of the chain. There are some playgrounds set up outside. Only downside for me is they close at 9. Would be nice if they were open until 10 at least during summer time.

One of the best sports goods stores in Sofia with an excellent price-quality ratio. It is also a good idea that you can test or simply play in the store with the sports goods you want to buy.

Great sport store with great customer service much better than other sport sites

Since the store opened, my family has been a regular customer. It was a preferred place to buy sporting goods and equipment for out-of-town walks. It is gone. All my loyalty has evaporated on the first attempt to claim an obviously defective product, namely a hammock with a maximum load of 200 kg, bursting from the weight of two children weighing 50 kg in total. The purchase was registered on the loyalty card, but any dialogue was denied, after which it became clear that we could not find the receipt.
OK, they may be right by the letter of the law, but no one can oblige me to shop at a place where I don't have a gram of attitude to a regular customer.
