Going to a car dealership has always felt like going to the dentist - a stressful and very unpleasant experience. This all changed when I met Marc Shannon at Hyundai Gabriel when looking to purchase a pre-owned Hyundai vehicle. Don't trust these guys. I Almost bought them a used car with an adulterated mileage. Only when I asked for the Car Proof before doing the purchase they said that there was a problem with the mileage that didn't add up.

Bad experience when buying a used Hyundai CERTIFIED vehicle. During the first visit, the seller promises us more things that other than the discs and pads of the 4-wheel brakes will be repaired.
Upon delivery of the car only the front brakes were repaired under pretexts that their technician had misjudged the repairs to be made in the first place. In addition, it is an independent garage that made the repair, it is not even their mechanic. Hello certification and original parts.
On the contract it was marked that it delivered us the car with winter tires of such mark. Well, you know what's another cheaper tire brand installed. We talked with them but we were told anything.
First experience at Hyundai Anjou and my last. I thought that buying from a dealer, one of their Hyundai-certified vehicles, would have had the decency to honor their brand and their vehicle and give me an unparalleled service which was not the case.
AVOID this dealer.

Zero service is my third experience with this dealer,
This is the second time that I have reported that my car is not heating up very quickly, he says there is nothing they can do.
When you arrive at their place they offer you a free washing when the service is done, they will tell you the only thing they could not do is the washing they make you believe that I have to wait 1 hour for wash the car.
The washing I did not ask was offered by the service to tell me for the third time that there is too much car.
They are calling me to pay for the washing, they have decided for me that I am not going to accept to wait.
As for the brand and the model I do not recommend it is very cheap compared to the prices

Pretend to inspect vehicles and insult customers
I suggest that you buy your vehicle at any other Huyndai Dealer other than at Gabriel. They are very nice, polite, courteous and they smile lots,, until you have signed all papers and are out the door. Their follow up service is a disgrace. I was contacted only about promotions and when I mentioned I wasnt happy with a few things concerning my vehicle they kindly proceeded to say they were sorry and end up the call. Not only once but every time they called, not once, they showed interest in finding out the reason for my discontent.
I grew up in an english speaking country, unfortunately my french is not so good and over the phone it is still more complicated for me to understand and express myself. If that is your case you will pay it highly at Hundai Gabriel in particular given that Arianne, the girl that answers the phone most times at reception told me rudely and literally ' ici cest quebec, on parle francais' (this is quebec, we speak french here) and she hang up. Hyunday vehicles are great in my opinion but the staff at Hyundai Gabriel in particular give the name a bad reputation and deter people from going back. My father owns a SUBARU from the John Scotti dealer on the Transcanadian East and not only the car is also great but the service is OUTSTANDING. I went in to Gabriel for an alignment, showed up 10 min earlier from my appointment and stook 1 hour 10 minutes next to my car to see that it was never taken into service, I went back to reception asked for my key and left, NOT ONE appology, I m not saying I ll never buy a Hyundai anymore but I will definitely NOT BE GOING BACK to Hyundai Gabriel

2nd car with this dealer and always get problems with service.
took a day off to show car to dealer and then they sent for the part, called me to come in on Friday , so I took another day off for that, so I left my car there and then they called me to say that it was the wrong part so I went to pick up my car and they told me I had to wait again for the part ,that they would call me ,and again I got to take a day off to go there again and repair it. then I go out to my car and see my floor mats dirty with some brown foot prints (was mad) when back in to get the guy so he could see what they did. to my surprise he told me that he would clean my car ONLY THE NEXT TIME I COME FOR SERVICE because there was no one to clean my car. so I got to drive like that till next time I go there...(no way) Cleaned my car when I got home myself.i never got such bad service from a dealer like I got from this one.... I got a 2015 elantra and from day one I have nothing but problems. (I GIVE A 0 STAR ) FOR THIS.
