the worst service in a dealership. I have the impression that I was only one number among others. I have an appointment at 7:30 ... I arrive in advance ... and around 8:30 am, I go to the counter to see where they are with my change of oil, I'm told the car has just entered the garage because the mechanics work from 8-8h15. Why give appointments at 7:30 then?
I went to another dealer later (Longueuil) ... and I was very well served!

Hyundai Gabriel has an excellent customer service in both their sales and repairs departments and it is always noticeable that they care for providing high-quality work. I've never had any complains in the 5 years I've remained a client there.
I take the time to leave a well-founded and posed comment after more than 3 years of maintenance and service at Hyundai Gabriel.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed and each time, I tell myself that they will correct the tire, but after several small problems, I warn you!
When I got my new 2017 Hyundai Sonata, on delivery, one of the glass wiper arms was bent! Strangely, the new vehicle also had a disc brake problem! Several appointments had to be made to correct this!
Then normal maintenance with installation of winter tires ... Guess what? The 4 tires were installed in the wrong direction of rotation. And yes, the two tires on the right fit on the left and vice versa! We are dealing with the dealer, not with a corner garage!
Multiple remote starter problem. I'm told he's ordering the part. So, 3 months later, still no call back from Hyundai Gabriel. I still had to call them.
Ok, several appointments and problem resolved, but no apologies on their part ...
The worst part is that I now notice that the anti-rust treatment is missing on the chassi, it is on the sheet !! It cost me $ 700 for the installation by the dealer !! We expect a minimum of quality !! I am told that they will reapply after 7 years, not before. Hello!! There is none, it is on the sheet !! I can't even imagine where it is missing in places I can't check! Sloppy installation, it will have time to rust.
Worst service ever. When you signed at the bottom of the contract, you returned a sales number that's all!

Maybe its covid or maybe times have changed of when sales reps wpuld come greet you even outside.
Was looking at cars outside and must've been there for about an hour and never got greeted.
Was interested in a couple cars but i just left. (Saw a few times people look at me from the inside and i even waved and still no one came out.) Guess they weren't in the need of selling a car of since the place was closing in 3 hours they didn't want to start a sale.
Oh well. Their loss. Ill keep looking.
Place seemed nice however. Cars outside looked decent and most of them have prices on them so theres no useless back and forth of "how much is this one?, how much that one? Whats the specs? Km?" Etc.
Pay $ 15,000 for a car and have those rims there. When I was in the garage to have my winter tires installed, I was told that the tires that the seller provided me were not the right size and did not match (205-76 whereas I need 205-55) and they were so worn out I was going to slip this winter. After a phone call and texting with Aureliano, the salesman in question, he finally told me to go to a garage and they were going to put me new tires. Anyway, here are my tires and my super rims.

I had been the ba and I ask the price of a used car on the web page it was displayed at 5800 plus taxes $ after talking about 2 hours with the seller was to see the director to know how much he can me leave the car and the manager said that he had applied all the discounts he can leave me at 6000 plus taxes.
