I am very disappointed with the technical service. The worst thing is that I referred 3 friends who bought their car there! Plus me a rental and a purchase!
Yesterday we did the oil change and the tires for both cars. My husband almost had an accident on the 40th this morning because of a hatch which was badly damaged during the change of oil. She is now broken. Returning home, the technical service does not assume responsibility and puts the error on the wind and speed. ... my eye! Take responsibility! Coincidentally right after you've worked on it and at the same place! It's terrible. ... you charge him $ 400 for the mistake that your mechanic did not do his job properly. At the very least, you should have warned my husband yesterday that there was a problem on it if it was right on the case, without giving him the car as well. He could have been hit on the highway by stopping the car. The noise that made it obliged him. Not only are they not responsible but also incompetent.
Is there or vault customer service? Know that he is mediocre.
