When I arrived at Hyundai Gabriel, I was just coming to shop and in the end I left with a Hyundai Veloster turbo at an excellent good price but a chance I had an excellent salesman Pierre-Luc Deslauriers. When we walk in the door of Hyundai Gabriel we feel welcomed the staff are always there to answer our questions and even they offer us coffee so when we go back the door we did not satisfied with the service at Hyundai Gabriel.

Despite a great reluctance and fear for the purchase of a first car (everything we read about scams, hidden fees ...) I must admit that for the moment I am delighted with the service offered by Hyundai Gabriel Anjou .
Whether for the visit, the test of the car, Marc's efforts and patience to reassure us, add new tires and make a good follow-up until after sale. Considering what I read in general about after sales services, I can say that I am very very pleasantly surprised to have a follow-up once the vehicle is delivered.

No hidden costs, thorough washing of the vehicle, repairs before the sale: everything was taken care of and the price given at the start of our discussions is equal to the contract price, no unpleasant surprises on the contrary.
The delivery man was also patient and present.
I recommend this dealer.

Everybody treats you professionally, they really make you feel important and will make sure that you are fully satisfied. Very unorganized. The accountant was pushing for me to go with one of their affiliated insurance brokers. I was so turned off by the amount of desperation. As soon as I declined she practically refused to offer me any help at all. Unfortunately I had already purchased my car but I will never refer anyone to this dealer.

I go there to make the purchase and tell me that finally he sold it and it will take 3 weeks before having it fak the summary of the story is that there are no words. the seller promised me that had me put aside, bullshittttt !!!

2 failed deliveries and I'm still waiting. They do not respect their commitments the best example of their incompetence after waiting 12 hours in two days for absolutely nothing I am offered a full tank of gas in compensation I arrive at my SUV and it is empty a story among so many others ... worst customer experience ever, all service combined, I recommend ABSOLUTELY NOBODY unless you have wasting time, unreliable salespeople or long waits as a passion! Again there are not even enough chairs for all the many customers who are waiting their turn.

Thank you for your answer but I believe that my case has been desperate for a long time already we have played with the law taking advantage of the fact that I work outside to convince me not to cancel the transaction by promising me that the already existing problems of the vehicle would be corrected. when I come back, it takes great pains to change a gas cap yes yes a simple gas cap! Imagine how long it would take to change the front left speaker already breaking down the only thing I was asking was that the vehicle be properly functional. Yes I tried to talk to the sales manager and no there is nothing to do except wait for him to find my part in a scrapyard, again if I trust his reliability we forget his! So you can say a big THANK YOU to the ED seller the only one who treat me with respect and proffesionalime! If it was not him I would have canceled the transaction within the first 48 hours ... a discouraged and above all disillusioned customer

Friday September 02 I went to do my oil change, everything went normally the waiting time was reasonable, in the end the attendant (or the advisor) calls me to pay my bill and it's what I did, after that I asked him a question about changing tires, buying winter tire rims, storage and also remote starter (installation included of course) he told me the price , I do not remember how much, then I asked a question, the most politely possible, as follows: "Is there possibility to spend it on an AccoD financing?" and the gentleman answers me with a mocking smile: "Madam, you know Brault and Martineau has this type of financing not us," making me look like a moron who does not know what to say. I felt humiliated and belittled. He should simply have answered by no, madam. And to say that my husband and I have invested more than $ 50,000 at home, me last year by buying a Elantra GL 2016 and on my advice my spouse recently bought a Tucson 2016 just 2 months ago of thanks I was treated to mockery and humiliation.

Maintenance service is impeccable. Super efficient and very polite. However, in my impulsive interest in one of the newer models, I did experience a luring sales-pitch that went nowhere and I regret saying that I did not like their forceful sales tactics at all.
