I concluded the sale of a used Elantra from 2013 with Sarmad 'Sam' Sahhar, a rather sympathetic character. The sale went very well. It is sold with a set of summer tires mounted on mags. During the sale, the aluminum rims were not available, so I agreed to wait an additional week for them to receive them from the former owner of the vehicle. Cleaning fees were added to the price of the car, but no cleaning was done. The seats are stained, traces on the abitacle can also be seen. While at the sale I was promised that all this would no longer be visible once the purchase was made, I was satisfied. I went back to get the mags as agreed, but the bad mags were sold to me: 4 holes instead of 5. Impossible to assemble. After two more weeks of waiting, I went back to look for other mags but these did not come up with the tires. When I ask that the tires be fitted to me on the new mags - that they owe me - I am told that it is impossible and that we have to see with the director. The director of course is not available at this time. I then ask for his number, but the seller explains to me that he has no right to give it to me. Incomprehensive! The hostess gave me her number so that I could contact him so that they could provide me with what I owe - what I paid! We are arriving in July soon and I am still riding with winter tires. At none of these meetings, I was asked if the car was running well or if I was satisfied with it. I have always bought my cars at dealerships to avoid any unpleasant surprises, and this is the first time that I have spent so much energy and time buying a car. I remained conscientious, understanding and respectful during all the exchanges. I clearly don't have the "difficult customer" label. In my opinion, a mistake could happen to everyone, even to professionals. But they must be available !!! Customer satisfaction and safety is clearly not their priority. The after-sales service is deplorable !!! I bought tires mounted on mag, I end up with tires that I have to mount myself (time and additional expenses). LAMENTABLE SERVICE !!! All that for this !! Avoid this dealer to avoid hidden costs and bad surprises.
Martin always gives a great customer service. Last time I went to another Hyundai dealer closer to my home but did not enjoy the service. Will always go to Gabriel in future.

my 2013 elentrat car has a problem with the engine noise and more and more loud and persistent and there is more and more smoke coming out of the engine, when I called, I was informed that I can drive his problem, I'm a woman, I don't know anything about mechanics, what should I do ????
As there is no zero star option, I will give a star. Hyundai invoice price event, April 2015... Went on Monday for a demo car, talked with a seller about the prices and offers and was told to come back on Thursday because the car was not clean. Returned on Thursday, the seller was no longer available and the demo car no longer for sale. So, since I was already there, I was passed to another seller who tried to sell me a new car, 2000$ over the invoice price. He was very surprised when I told him that I know what the invoice price is. After that, when I asked for another demo car (5800km on), he tried to sell it to me 3000$ more expensive than a new car. At that point, I refused the price and tried to negotiate but the seller just stood up and "thank" me for my visit. Cheap selling tricks, took me for a fool, will not return and I do not recommend. Ended up buying from another dealer.

Even then, the guy was in a rush and when asked if there was any negative points about the Kona, he told us to look it up online on forums... Way to go to get us to buy their cars... Will not go back and would not recommend this place to our friends/family...

I went to see a 2015 used car on Tuesday January 15th in the evening (I work during the day). The car was snowy so some defects were hidden by the snow (Express? I do not know ...) Yet, the car was "inspected twice" (what a myopic inspection!). I was told that the 4 brake discs were finished and that they would replace them at their own expense or I would have had to pay $ 900 to do it myself. (Eum ... They are forced to give me a car with functional brakes so no need to make me swallow their $ 900 donated). When I went to pick her up on Friday, they made me sign and pay BEFORE seeing the car repaired and ready to leave. That's where I found that there were 2 bumps and rust started to form on the roof ahead. The seller says to me "But that's all nothing, it does not cost anything to repair.Anyway, we've already made a good price AND we repaired the discs at our expense.I can not do anything to you." In short, I call the next day and the manager told me they were going to fix everything and that a gift he would fill me with gas. I went to get her tonight and the gas was not done. I did not say anything, I do not beg a gift that was offered to me ... By cons, I will never do business with Hyundai Gabriel Anjou. Never again. When you have to run for good service, it's bad service. I give 2 stars instead of a fair for the damage that has been repaired ...

Do not fall into the trap of putting a deposit for a test drive. They tell you that it is simple, and if you call and cancel they will refund your credit card..but in fact you need to jump through hoops to get to someone who can do the refund. Very unprofessional and misleading in how they position the offer to you at the dealership.
