We bought an electric ioniq 2 months ago. We took the 2 guarantees. The one that includes free maintenance on the vehicle. On the other hand, a blow happened here Ont tells us that we have to pay $ 70 for the tire change because they are not mounted on rims even though the seller had told us that it was included. Do I remind you that the vehicle is electric then, there is no other maintenance to be done on the vehicle apart from the tire change that you do not want to do. Basically your guarantee is useless. I would not go back to this dealership because they are good at fucking the world.

I bought my first car a few months ago with them. The car looked very good, used but in good condition (carfax all good). But to my surprise ... when it rained, 2 weeks later, water seeped through the roof (it's an elantra gt panoramic roof). I returned to the dealership worried but never angry. They told me that they would do the repair so I leave the car to them and I am reassured.

I pick up my car a few days later ... then it rains ... and the roof is still leaking. And this time it's worse. I return a second time, and I address myself to the dir. sales, but this time he's not at all happy to see me come back. He is annoyed, impatient and talks to me with contempt (without looking at me when I speak to him). I have to leave the car again AND PAY for the rental of a car while I wait. When after several days my boyfriend goes to look for MY car for me (I don't even have the courage to come back to see them), they almost throw the keys at him without a glance.

The days go by, and you won't guess what happens with the next big rain ... Water is seeping in again. So I called on a friend to help me, because there was no way I was going back there.
Today, I've had the car for 8 months, the water is still flowing, I spent (and I will spend more) a lot of energy and $ to try to have it repaired, but I I was especially very stressed.
What finally prompted me to write this is that when I came back from work earlier, the under-engine protection fell off while I was driving.

I am giving you a gift: never go there.

First acquisition in January 2018 and I am very happy with my purchase, I had an excellent service this week for my tires and oil change and I return without hesitation next spring, they are very smiling and at the Listening to their customers, really satisfied and no regrets from Hyundai Gabriel Anjou.

I would like to change my previous opinion.
I bought a Hyundai Elantra 2013 (50,000km with extended warranty) at your home last spring. We buy by being promised that the vehicle would be A1. I was delivered the vehicle in very bad condition, with the following problems:
-Problem of suspension
-Rusty stained
-Grille front of broken bumper
defective heating pad
-Vehicle smelling of cigarettes, stained benches, ceiling blackened by cigarette, ashes still in the crack of benches.

Visibly the vehicle was badly inspected. At the beginning of the summer, we realize that the air conditioning is also faulty. No worries, it is guaranteed, as our salesman mentioned us ..... and no, more than 1000 $ of repair to put.

We bought 4 new vehicles at this location without problem, but I strongly advise against the purchase of a used vehicle. It's also very difficult to get a call back, whether it's to parts, sales or customer service.

When I buy my vehicle in 2015 very professional seller know his product is capable of answering the question with admirable precision however the service for repairs and maintenance is appalling when you call you always fall on the voicemail I leave messages no return call so much so that i give up the idea of doing but maintenance to this hyundai now since the past week call because there is a recall notice on my vehicle still the same story which is repeated no response no return call the service is clearly not improve with the time I am really disappointed to have known that the service was to be so absent I would have bought elsewhere

Just one black spot on the board, the mechanics and the garage manager don't know that an alternator has to compensate for using all the electricity used in a vehicle to be considered good. The EMEMM (Montreal Motorized Equipment Trades School) gives refresher courses for mechanics, it would be time to take a look.

I wanted to buy a Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T there last year (2017). I would have liked to appeal to your branch being dissatisfied with mine and having received good comments from my entourage. However, I am told that I absolutely have to go where I took the guarantee to simply have it checked for rust remover (I have a 7 year warranty) and put it back. I find that ridiculous. It's still a Hyundai vehicle and your branch is closer to my job. I do not see the distinction between an oil change (which you can do) and rust remover (which I must have done where I bought my vehicle). Let's say the customer service disappointed me for a story of different owners ...

I drove to this location from Ottawa hoping to buy a used Honda Accord, By traffic conditions I was going to be 30 minutes late after their closing time of 4 pm. I called the dealership to asked one of their workers to stay until 4:30 pm and they refused to stay 30 minutes extra. Thus wasting 2 - 3 hours of my time. I even mentioned that I had all the cash to close the deal if the car was in good condition. Yet they refused again.

Yesterday I brought my car back because my engine turned off while driving twice in two months on my 2016 Sonata. They couldn't find the problem because it is intermittent and I understand very well the difficulty in find the solution. Even though my problem has not been resolved, the customer service is excellent from reception to 'check out'.
It's the little extras that make their service wow. We washed my car, the air conditioning was not working in the show room and when I went to pay, one of the salespeople (I think) who was at the reception turned the fan towards me to make sure it don't get too hot. I benefited from the shuttle service and the driver was very friendly. Hoping that my car is no longer in trouble, but if I have any ... it is at Gabriel's that I will come back.
Thanks to the whole team.

This dealership is what I call : A Wolf Under Lamb Skin. They pretend to be all about honest business, customer loyaty and stuff, but they are nothing but that!

I went to them to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra. The sales representative Mr. Louis C., in order to persuade me to make my purchase there, offered me free hood deflectors, winter tires, rubber carpets and mud guards. Excited about this awesome deal I've been offered, I quickly signed the sales contract without question. Who would've thought the so called "#1 Hyundai Dealership in Quebec" would cross me right? Well, that's exactly what happend. They promised me these free accessories but charged them to my bill without telling me. I guess that's what people call "Bait and Switch". And now I am paying for putting my trust on the wrong people.

I contacted them to sort this out. Their answer was: "You signed the contract, now nothing's gonna change." I protested about this and they smilingly answered: "we CAN make the accessories free, but then we will have to increase your base price to compensate! Because we won't be making enough money off of you!" Doesn't this sound absolutely incredible?

So now, my advise is: Deal carefully with these people! And read anything they make you sign at least twice!
