Valet service was quick and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Great views, great location and professional staff. No complaints. Will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Great view of the river and the stadium! Very accommodating! It is slightly pricey but worth it! I was there for a conference so our parking was paid...but normal guest have to pay for it in the garage! So that stinks! Also the restaurant in the lobby is great, they serve local, fresh dishes! Some of it is $$$ but mostly affordable! Would go back!

Absolutely the NICEST hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were spotless. I loved the bar and the dining area. As well as the pool and hot tubs. Was here for the National Storm Chasing Convention (ChaserCon) back in February and absolutely loved the great hospitality this place had to offer. The pizza was amazing, and I loved the homemade ice cream. Starbucks had great service in the lobby as well. Loved the 70" flatscreens in the rooms, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom and between the beds, oh and the digital clock in the bathroom mirror was cool too! The beds were super comfortable and the view we had from the room was so gorgeous overlooking the river.

I had like five orders of the fries with queso dip out of the whole trip, they were so good. Next time I'm in Wichita, I'm totally staying at this hotel.

Used it to access the Century 2 Expo Hall. Parked in the public lot across from the Hyatt.

We were attending an event at century two and walked over to the Hyatt to get drinks. They had closed the coffee shop early, the vending machines weren't accepting cards and wouldn't read the cash I had. I ended up paying a bit for a bottle of soda at the bar. Could have been a better experience.

Convenient location, for our event, excellent service, quite clean rooms.

Fabulous visit. They closed the only working hot tub at 730 am. Opened at 5am. By the time I was awake it was closed. That was pretty disappointing. I wanted to soak before heading home.

Very clean, friendly staff and a wonderful stay all the way around. We will be back.

Very nice. Lots of people. We went there from Wichita collegiate school to play for the meeting. We were drum line.

We LOVE this place! We have family in witchita and though we don t go often, we always stay at the regency, it is beautiful! The staff is extremely helpful and kind! We love the bar and Sunday breakfast and the pool and the entire space. We go back years later and it s still wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful experience always and great views and location!

Check in was easy and fast! Friendly staff that answered all the questions I had. Room was clean and very nice. Huge TV! Would recommend if you are staying in Wichita!

Meeting room was a bit outdated, but technology (projector, wifi, directory) was adequate.

We loved this place. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We had cocktails and antipasto at Harvest Bar located in the main lobby and were very impressed. The breakfast was perfect and our waiter was pro. We will stay here again and again.

Hotel is nice. Staff are courteous and professional. But food inside the hotel restaurant-Lex is very poor! I ordered chicken wings, The chicken was half cooked, has a foul smell on it, half done fried and covered with hot sauce. The hot sauce made that foul smell worse! It was nasty and poorly done! The manager have to check their kitchen because I could imagine how gross they prepare their food! Dissappointing!

Attended a few banquets and awards events over the years here. Always had a good experience.

As diamond members, we rented three rooms to celebrate my sister's graduation and recent wedding. When asking if my sister at least could get a complimentary upgrade, we were denied. When asking if we, as diamond members, could receive complimentary covered parking, we were denied. When asking if we, as diamond member, could have a different room because the room they placed us in was adjacent to a room with very loud children, we were offered a room on a significantly lower floor as the only option.
We will absolutely be canceling our membership with the Hyatt group. There simply is no point staying with them or showing them any loyalty as they simply offer little to no incentive to do so.

Overall place is clean. Updated and nice. Very disappointed about miscommunication. I called a few days before making a reservation and asked if the pool and hot tub were open they stated they were currently being worked on. I asked would they be running by Saturday and she stated most definitely . Asked if they did anything special for birthdays they said complementary meal. So booked it! Got there. Pool and hot tubs were still down. Which was the main reason we choose this location for my husband birthday. Also asked if we could do something a little extra for his birthday. They said no since we were only staying one night. I asked could I just have room service or mimosas sent to our room and I would pay for it... they said no. So overall experience I m not very happy. We wanted to stay a hotel for a fun get a way and really we are just sleeping in a hotel bed.

Rooms are small, they charge you daily for the internet..no microwave or fridge :(

A very nice hotel but they need to offer free breakfast to all guest.

Very clean and modern. The location was only a few blocks from the bars and then the view from the room overlooked the river. Overall very enjoyable experience. I only wish there were a pool/hot tub that stayed open later for adults and more convenient parking.

Great hotel in the center of town, restaurant has a great selection of delicious food, coffee shop on-site serves Starbucks coffee. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Hotel is located along the Riverwalk. Rooms are spacious and we'll appointed.

The Hyatt Regency is indeed top tier, in fact it is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The interior of the hotel is massive and beautifully designed. I booked the corner room option with view of the river and the 1 king sized bed and it worth every penny! The only downside is that the room didn't have a microwave in it but the size of the TV made up for that !

Walk around the river walk and check out the sculptures. Enjoy the farm to table restaurant in the hotel.
