I love the room and amenities. They sometimes have trouble managing their inventory.

Loved this hotel, great location and very clean and comfortable.
Professional and flexible maid staff, very convenient and up to date wifi platform, lovely and adjustable shower, it had everything I could think of to have a good stay.
Went for a business dinner and while the food was not the best, the event was held well.
Hotel was very nice, but no free breakfast so 4 stars
Always a nice stay at the Hyatt. Rooms are clean. Well kept. Beds are comfy. The TVs in the rooms are huge. (At least mine was). Breakfast is good. Nice bar with good ambiance.
Attended a professional Riverfest viewing party at the hotel. The catered food was delicious and the room venue with the patio was perfect for the occasion. I really enjoyed the event and felt that the Hyatt was the perfect venue for this event.
Among the best places to stay in Wichita. Nice setting by river.
Parking wasn't free and we weren't informed about our benefits with the stay
I attended a party here. Conference room was nice and big. Bathrooms were a bit of a walk from the room.
Nice hotel, stayed one evening. Polite service team and great location downtown.
Each year I am at the Hyatt for business. This year my expectations have been exceeded! Jacqueline, has been absolutely more than spectacular! Hoping and praying she is still with you year after year- what an asset to your team!
Beautiful hotel! Nice beds, bathrooms, and huge TV's in the room. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be back!
They seemed to book too many events, leading to a shortage of space on the patio. But the people were friendly and attentive
Attend for a work event. Dinner was served and was delicious.
Attending a meeting here, the hotel was very accommodating and professional. The event went off successfully thanks in large part to the hotel staff.
Great rooms and amazing staff. Car wouldn't fit in the parking deck. 7ft max.
I travel for work and I've stayed in a fair few hotels.
For everything I've heard about how nice Hyatts are I expect a little more.
The biggest difference I could tell from this to say a comfort Inn was the size of the TV.
everything else you can get for 20-40 less a night at any other hotel. Additionally, having the plastic cover over the rfid scanner to enter the room fall of the second time I opened the door wasn't the best, it was funny at least, however I expected more the money.
Also.
Please make sure you clean the windows.
The attached image is definitely not what I wanted to see when I got up and the window was fogged. That was pretty nasty.
Well first, they brought us drinks. I had a long Island iced tea. They must've put too much alcohol in it because it tasted strong, but then I had a Salisbury steak. Delicioso. The waiter was a jerk, but overall it was fantastic.
It was a good hotel. One of the better experiences I've ever had.
Okay so hear me out. I've never actually STAYED in this hotel but I've worked with several clients who have. Every time I walk in I'm awed at the cleanliness, design and comfort that exudes from the lobby and rooms. The suites are expansive and accommodating, even the standard rooms are well-lit and inviting with very little of that basic 'hotel' feel. From my limited experience the rooms are quiet as the walls are insulated enough so you won't hear your neighbors and all the staff are shiny and helpful.
The location is perfect for a stroll along the river and within easy access of restaurants and night life.
The shuttle service is particularly handy with clean vans and jaunty drivers.
If ever I need a hotel in my home town this is the place.
The Hyatt is wonderful, great venue for our conference!
Booked 2 months in advance had to wait hours for both our rooms to be ready when we arrived, got woke up at 8 am by house keeping cleaning room next to us mind you that's why we were told the rooms were not ready because they could not clean yet because check out was at noon. And for 2 nights 2 rooms at $627 with an event discount microwave down the hall and 3$ for a bottle of water and nothing more special than the super 8. The one good thing I can say is the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very disappointed.
I was down along the river walk area. The Hyatt has beautiful fountains and a lovely area along the river to take an evening stroll.
Spent 3 nights here at a conference, no service one day. Poor service the next. I will be staying at the Marriott Property close to the Hyatt next year. The hotel also did not honor the contracted price for services. Poor management. Customer non-service!
Newer forget awesome visit and great service alltime
It was very crowded and there is only one main elevator area
Attended a conference and stayed overnight. They have did a good job keeping the hotel fresh and clean. Very impressed by the welcomeness and attentativeness of staff. Seems like it keeps getting better.
They are the most amazing place to go and SUPER friendly.
Event hotel centrally located in Wichita. Comfortable rooms and very friendly service. Breakfast buffet is actually good (I have eaten at more than a few during my travels). The staff is so friendly. Covered garage for parking. Hyatt lounge is a nice plus for business travelers.
I absolutely love this hotel. I have been here off and on for work over the past 3 years and each time I stay here I am reminded of the amazing services.
Very nice place friendly staff always willing to accommodate my needs
I was here for a day conference so didn't sleep over. It seems to be a nice hotel, conveniently situated in Wichita.
Room was great - bathroom was nice, beds were very comfortable, there were multiple charging stations for my electronics, and there was even a neat little motion activated night light that projected down the walking path between beds. Food down in the lobby cafe was yummy. Wifi reception was great. Did not have a chance to check out the gym.
Stayed here for a new years eve party and was not disappointed. The room was great, the food (dinner and breakfast) we're awesome, and the bar was equally good thanks to our bartender, Abby.
Front desk agent, Sarah, was so welcoming. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, showers amazing! We come every year for a gymnastics meet, and we make a weekend of it because of this property!
Near to shopping, restaurants, night life, etc. Rooms are nice, decent lobby bar, polite and helpful staff
The beds were good. Had a Starbucks in the lobby and a restaurant the room had a very big TV and the the professionalism of the staff was excellent.
Loved it great room service great ice cream and fun pool
Stayed in a single room with a king bed. Room was very clean, clientele were very friendly and helpful.
I was there for a wedding and really impressed with the decor and staff. They were very helpful and friendly. While I didn't stay in a room, I was able to take a look inside, and they looked amazing!
Beautiful hotel, view of the river. We spent most of our time at the hotel at the pool which was nice and family-friendly. We also enjoyed the hot tubs. There was a food truck rally just across the street from the hotel that Sunday - a fun surprise!
I attended a catered event on this visit. The food presentation was attractive, the taste delicious, and the wait staff were fast and efficient. The room was set up beautifully and staff were available when any need arose.
It's great place. But no happy hours on weekends or anything to look forward to doing when there on weekends.
I was attending a festival there. There were plenty of rooms for events there and enough space to accommodate everyone.
Very nice place. The only downside is the refrigerator in the room wasn't working
The water wall and water falls plus the awesome limestone boulders makes for great pictures!!!!!
Eagle Grand Ballroom was a great place for a 300+ event. The bathrooms were spacious and near. The best part--the food and waitstaff were awesome!
Flew here from California to see Metallica in concert, because it was cheaper than seeing them in LA. My super hot wife booked this hotel and boy did she pick a good one! They picked us up from the airport, took us to the concert and picked us up! They have Starbucks in the hotel. Bar and a restaurant. Everything was great! If ever back in beautiful Kansas again we will be staying here!
Lunch was nice,. Dining room could use more comfortable chairs
