Bed wasnt as comfortable as my last stay, but breakfast was good, room was great, water pressure/heat was great!

This was by far the best customer service I have experienced at a hotel in 20 years. I we host a biannual conference for a large group and have experienced many hotel in a variety of cities and states. The staff at the Hyatt exceeded my expectations. Job well done.

The view of the river from the room was great! The breakfast was very good and the bartender was very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly. I would stay here again for sure.

I don't say this lightly, but this is my favorite hotel. Nothing is left to be desired. Beautiful furnishings, impressive TV - for size (approx 65"), video quality, and sound quality. Great weight/rec room. Linens are great. Dine-in restaurant/bar is good by any standard. Premium Starbucks coffee in the room - with a barista in the mornings downstairs in the lobby area. And the hospitality is good.

The only possible negatives are the surcharge on 'usable' internet (the free, included option is too slow), added charge for parking, and (and I only add this because this is the ONLY thing the near-perfect bathroom is missing) no soft close toilet lids.

We always love staying at the Hyatt. Best service and the rooms are always spotless.

Awesome location by the river! Rooms are always very clean & well kept.

I love that the hotel is near the convention center and the Airport and nice restaurant.

This is a truly trendy hotel. The decor is really beautiful and the rooms are nice.

It's easy to feel jaded about customer service when you receive what passes for customer service these days, but the staff at the Hyatt Regency Wichita really work at it and their effort is noticed.

I attended for a conference. The meal service was wonderful, the bathrooms are spotless, and the rooms were laid out well. Food and service we're both very good.

Great convention area. It sucked that you had to pay for the internet, though.

The room was fantastic! The breakfast was hot w/ an array of food options. I especially liked the Southwestern omelette. We will definitely stay again.

The conference rooms were nice and decent. They had plenty of space and chairs. They also had many water stations.

The hotel was very nice and the service was great. The down side was that River fest which made it crowded and loud.

The front door is accessible from just about anywhere which is great so you don't have to drive around just to find an entrance

One of my favorite hotel stays and for a very good price. Had a 15th floor room with an amazing view of the city and river. Great pool and fitness area. Very fancy, very clean, and very affordable. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very nice hotel with lots of amenities right in the heart of downtown Wichita with picturesque views of the river. 10 of 10 would recommend.

Unless you have more money than you know what to do with, stay away from this place. You will pay extra for internet, water, and a refrigerator. No free breakfast, but if you like you can have a parfait sent to your room for 9.95. They also lied and said it would break the tv if they allowed me to change to the HDMI source to play my xbox, because they thought I would be more likely to purchase ppv without it. Ill take the Holiday Inn any day.

Rooms were nice. The hot tub had so much chlorine it burned our eyes, so that was disappointing after a long drive. We were towing a small u-haul and we're told by the front desk that they had no where for us to park, so we just had to drive around to find public parking then walk several blocks back to the hotel. We won't stay there again.

The hospitality was good. Room were clean. Set up a birthday date nite for the wife and the manager at the Hyatt help tremendously to set it up. From chocolate covered strawberries. To the champagne and glass and the timing was perfect.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. We loved all of the Kansas touches there. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The location is primo. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is the only place we will stay in when in town.

I loved it. Was there for a quick meeting, didn't visit the guest areas. Was very comfortable relaxing.

Beautiful hotel, unbeatable views of downtown, comfortable rooms and great food services. The night staff was a bit disconnected. The preauthorization charges are quite high and were poorly communicated. They also charged me the full amount of my stay 2-3 times and numerous pre authorization charges that took days to fall off my account, so if you are budget traveling, I would skip staying here.

Stayed two nights and really enjoyed the stay. The river view was phenomenal, turn down service did a great job between nights, management was addressable and accommodating, the staff working the restaurant and bar on the first floor were also extremely helpful and interactive. They provided tons of info about the city and gave suggestions on what to see in the city. Shout out to Andrea at the bar and the manager Olivia V (both were professional, helpful, and made the Hyatt in Wichita worth a stay)! The only place I'll stay if I'm back in the city.

We were not there to use a room, we were visiting and the kids were playing in the water outside. Playing pokemon in the area ( downtown)

Not much is applicable. My visit was only outside, but it was beautiful, serene, and clean. I loved it. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay there.

Nice hotel with beautiful fountains that sits along the river in downtown Wichita

It was a good location for the meeting I attended. The room temperature was good also, not too hot or cold.

Downtown location is at best. Staff here have been consistently upbeat, friendly and promptly welcoming guests from moment you arrive. Nicely decorated clean rooms and "convenient item" requests are available. Just well rounded staff and hotel.

We stayed in a king room the rooms were very well laid out exceptionally clean. It is easy to get to the hotel.

Team members were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice, but overall I wouldn't say it was worth the cost of the room.

Had an event at the Hyatt- it was very clean and food was great!

Stayed here 20+ times good experiences until ym last experience where I was charged a early leaving fee ??? 50 dollars for leaving my room because of an emergency when I already paid for the room in absurd I was double charged for my room and still have not recieved my refund.

Super nice hotel! Huge TV's in the rooms and super comfy beds!
