Nicest Hotel in Wichita. Great location if attending downtown events.

Beautiful hotel lobby, wonderful view in a decent sized room, with amazing food on side, with a perfect downtown location.

Went to America Miss Paget at this Motel for 3 days requested handicap room and was given a regular room on the third floor with a toilet cover with a bucket in it for a handicap toilet and nothing special for the shower so nothing special in the room it was so small that my wheelchair had to be folded up to actually move around in the room and then we had very minimal room to move around in so I had to shift from my wheelchair out of the bed and that was the only options I had was very uncomfortable and cramped and when I complain to management they said there was nothing they could do did not offer a discount did not offer another room actually they didn't do anything they sort of ignored us but they still took our money it was good even though everything else was bad I would not recommend this Motel to anyone is the staffer rude about the whole situation

Nice hotel, typical Hyatt. Staff very friendly and rooms very clean although a bit small.

Not impressed. For the price I'd gladly stay elsewhere. The room was subpar and didn't even include a continental breakfast. There are better places to stay that are near by.

We went for riverfest, it was alot of fun once you get past the lines

This was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms. The sink faucet in one of the bathrooms leaked water underneath, leaving a big puddle on the floor when we turned it on. It was late when we arrived, so we decided not to call for maintenance and just used the sink in the other bathroom. The interior side of the shower curtain in that room had boogers smeared on it from the last guests. It was something that couldn't be seen until you were in the shower with the curtain closed. The girls at the front desk were very apologetic and helpful when I mentioned these things during checkout. Despite those couple of problems, we thought our rooms were otherwise clean and comfortable and would stay here again.

The rooms here are very comfortable and don't miss the beautiful Riverwalk that's just steps away from the hotel. This is also a great place to hold conferences and events whether you need one very large room or multiple rooms close together for a variety of seminars.

Room was nice and clean. I had diner at the restaurant. Server Maggie was excellent.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a central location to the airport, downtown, and oldtown

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be ordered by filling out a form and planning on your door to be delivered in the morning! TV channel selection could have been better without having to pay extra. TV was bigger than stated, but I'd trade it for a more comfy mattress! Shuttle downtown for event was awesome, but why end the shuttle at 10:30 on a weekend? Overall, I'd stay again!!

A trip with many blessings and great spectacles. God be my purpose, thank God for giving me the opportunity to meet such special people.

Me and my wife got a room here. I showed up later in the night and the front desk would not even try to help contact my wife in her room. So I had to find another place to stay after I purchased a 130 dollar room to sleep in. Will not be returning.

Love the amenities, not very impressed with maintenance.

The Hyatt's a great place to stay in Wichita. It is placed almost in the middle of old town and the more artsy district. There is a bit of a drive between it and the university but Wichita isn't too spaced out.

My family and I stay here every June for my company summit. Staff is always super friendly. Security team is amazing! The indoor salt water pool is usually where I live between company obligations. The pizza from their kitchen is delicious, I highly recommend trying it out, totally worth every penny. Drinks are strong, the patio has a beautiful view of the river. One of my favorite places to stay and I look forward to it every year! :)

Friendly staff, excellent facilities. Food is great, bar doesn't gouge you for a rum and coke. Room are decently spacious and comfortable.

I have been coming EVERY year to the Hyatt Regency Wichita for the past 9 years and have never had anyone as AWESOME as Jacqueline as the event coordinator!!! She is SO attentive and accommodating to EVERYTHING we need!! WOW!! Truly, she is the absolute Best!!

Went there for a corporate event. Saw a mouse. Stopped eating my food after that.

Great Hotel in Uptown area. Surrounded by restaurants that's walking distance and a nice river walk adjacent to the Hotel

Really nice comfortable beds. Awesome workout center with free weights. Nice heated pool & 2 hot tubs. They also have valet parking if u want it.

Stayed here while in Wichita for work and it was a great experience - great location, room, and amentities. The farm-to-table restaurant located in the hotel was excellent as well. I will come back here for sure whenever I'm in Wichita again.

Poor front desk help.You say protocol was followed but your front desk told me they couldn't even tell me if my wife was at the room for her safety. Even after I told them which floor we were on. The following day the front desk directed me straight to her room which was telling me she was at the hotel. So who was not doing there job. Me having to pay for an extra room and the inconvience is way beyong repairable by a free night stay.

Very pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was professional and extremely accommodating. The pool was clean and lots of fun.

We went in for a business meeting and the staff was very helpful tending to us around special points during our meeting. Very helpful and attentive.

Update July 28th
We ate one time in the restaurant on July 7th for breakfast. I just read about their failing their health inspection a few days ago. Holding foods at wrong temperature on the buffet, moldy food in walkin, rodent droppings in paper supplies. The lack of caring about food safety is appalling. Business might be slow but that no reason to slack in food safety. Start a standards hygiene practices and stick with it.

Our first stay here. A pretty good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our corner king room had a nice view of the river and great view of the 4th fireworks.
I did have issue with not having fitted sheets. I had to remake the base sheet everytime before getting into bed.
Also the rooms are showing their age. Lots of scuff marks and the carpet is on the edge of needing replacement. The hotel is about due for a remodel.
Also we only ate once at the hotel restaurant but our server was seriously lacking in being trained on how to do the job.
I would still say that would stay here again as its a great location and friendly staff.

Hotel staff was professional, polite and provided an excellent service.

Shower had only hot water, no cold water to cool it down. Christmas brunch too expensive with not enough selection of good food.

We stayed here twice in a month due to an awesome deal online. Rooms were awesome, clean and great views. Coffee shop was a nice substitute for coffee and breakfast though it would have been nice if the internet had been included. Parking garage is a distance and the chariots are hidden so that valet can help with luggage. It felt like with parking, internet, valet luggage and no breakfast... it could add up quick. But we got a GREAT deal on the room and we enjoyed their hot tubs and pool. Definitely on our favorites list for future. Staff was professional and great. They remembered our family even though it had been three weeks in between visits. Definitely a bonus.

Update almost 6:30pm and all are rooms are still not ready. So much for the original noon or 1pm check it time.

Was attending The Admirals Breakfast for the beginning of the Wichita River Festival. Staff was helpful, food was hot, plentiful and very good.
