Very few drink machines/water fountains. High prices. Otherwise a nice place for a conference.

Go here every year for anime fest. Haven't seen the rooms but everything else is gorgeous

Attended an IT event and the facilities we're great. The staff was very friendly and the lunch provided was delicious. Would definitely recommend this location for professional events.

Stayed at for two nights. Very clean hotel. Great rooms! They change the BEDSPREAD daily along with towels, sheets, etc. many choices for complimentary breakfast. Rooms aren't completely soundproof enough.

My husband and I have been coming to the Hyatt for 13 years for the Anime Festival Wichita convention, but since we live so close, we've never booked a room there. This year, we thought it would be fun to stay there. I gotta say, I was a bit underwhelmed. I've stayed at Holiday Inns, Hotel 6's, etc. and I was expecting a dramatic difference to those places, what with the price being so much higher, but sadly, not really. The room was about the same size as any other room I've ever stayed in. It was actually a bit cramped with the 3 of us. The carpet had a gross, old sticky feeling on your bare feet. The sink drained very slowly and the shower kept getting hotter while showering, and we had to keep turning it down. The pool seemed like the filter was broken or something, cause there was so much debris floating in it. Being the optismist that I am, I kept thinking, "Maybe we're in the cheapo rooms cause of the convention discount." Or, "Maybe this hotel's 50+ years old and just needs some revamping." But I did some research and found out it's only 21 years old. So, basically, I wasn't impressed. If all these things had happened at a Motel 6, then sure, you get what you pay for. But when I think of the Hyatt, I think luxury and celebrities, but unfortunately, that just wasn't what I experienced.

Good breakfast, paying for parking was a little annoying, but clean rooms. Definitely recommended if you are in Witchita

I had a meeting there and there are a lot of meeting places. Thget staff was very respectful and the rooms were cleaned.

Stopped and had a late lunch(ish) there. Service was spectacular and food was superb. Would do again for sure.

Room was very well appointed. I was pleasantly surprised. Large flat screen TV in the room was an added touch

Location is within 15 minutes of airport. Beautiful facility. Pool and gym in good working order. Marketplace in lobby . Employees helpful and kind. Restaurant was great! Farm to table, fresh and delicious food.

Great staff Great food downstairs and super nice hotel.

It was great with kids! Extremely clean and made sure we were comfortable.

They need some new carpet, otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

The Hyatt was very clean. Had big, quiet rooms and a great friendly staff! Would definitely stay again.

Got the romantic package with my room, was told it would be there at 9, waited until 930 then asked for it. was another hour, finally got it after asking the desk clerk again. Won't be buying any more "romantic packages"

Very nice lobby and event spaces, friendly staff. Garage is cramped though.

It's a pretty decent hotel especially for Wichita. The outside of the building is unappealing.

Didn't stay as a guest only played by the fountains on the river. People in the area were nice.

Was there for a breakfast event, and it was a wonderful venue with wonderful food. I have always been happy with the events here!

The people were friendly and helpful and the view was fantastic. Definitely a good place for a business trip!

Great view for the room, great service, clean, and great food.

Nice modern rooms with good fittings. Housekeeping uneven: glasses not replaced, tub never cleaned, little make-up remover not replaced, sheets did not fit the bed and did not tuck in.

If you're planning a wedding Charlotte is great to work with.

Awesome rooms and great food. Riverfront location overlooking a stadium. The pool is open late as is the bar/restaurant. Starbucks in the lobby and a parking garage. We have stayed at this location twice and both times were impressed with our stay.

Always good. Food was good and they serve GLUTEN FREE.

Wait staff was warm and friendly, and there was a wide variety of food.

Awesome location and proximity to the Performing Arts Center. A great view along the Arkansas River.

I traveled to Wichita on business this week. They staff I dealt with was most excellent. Nick, Natalie and Brett took great care of me during my stay. The room and the service far exceeded my expectations and what I've been accustomed to. I will recommend the Wichita KS Hyatt to my associates for a great stay. Thanks guys!

I forgot my razor and they provided me a complementary razor. I was pleasantly surprised!

Very friendly staff and the room is clean. They have an awesome valet guy, his name is Greg Martin, his customer service skills is amazing! If you need information what good restaurant or bar to go to he is your guy, awesome fellow!

The beds were comfortable for a hotel. The entire family of seven slept great. No one complained, and you should know, that is a big deal. The kids loved the pool. Room service was quick. Parking was a bit far away though.

Service was great and very clean. They were willing to serve you in any way.

Nice place. Clean and good veiw of river from my room. Access to sky lounge is nice and full of snacks. Would stay here again.

this last time I didn't stay the night, was there for riverfest. but the last time I was there, the Hyatt was a very nice, quiet upscale hotel. in my opinion, the nicest hotel in Wichita

Our family of two high energy children enjoyed everything here from the indoor pool, to the river trail which I took for a few miles running, and a bunch of events that happened in the park next door. The restaurant had a unique menu too.

Great fireworks display but there was a close call with one that hit a few people...

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location was a perfect distance from the historic downtown and old town area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Have been staying here for three years. Had a rough trip two years ago and got stranded here and all things that could go wrong did. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Always excellent service. Always excited and look forward to staying here.

Stayed here for a wedding recently. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Our room was completely amazing even though it was a standard king room. Overall I would definitely stay here again. :)

Was a volunteer at a recent even and the staff was super nice and helpful and useful. They worked with everyone provided water for everyone and was an amazing experience!
