Great hotel with good amnesties and customer service.
Great hotel with good amnesties and customer service.
Great location and amenities. Loved the gingerbread lane display in the lobby.
Clean, modern, comfortable and up to date. Staff were consistently professional.
Good hotel in Downtown and near to many attractions
Visited the Starbucks at the hotel, service was excellent and quick.
Covid protocols very professional and clean.
Nice views, linens, free coffee shavers cream etc!
Best Hotel you can go to in Downtown Vancouver great customer service and they have a Starbucks down stairs
So really nice
Highly recommend to stay in Vancouver
One of my favorite business hotels around. Staff is very friendly and will do anything above and beyond if there should ever be something that is not to your liking. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby which is really convenient. The hotel is located very central, rooms are clean and modern, the beds are comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience!
Great location and clean updated rooms with great views.
Wonderful staff and nice accommodations. Be warned, elevators are incredibly slow.
I was at the bar getting 2 drinks along with my gf after Vancouver international auto show. Waitress was great. Cocktails are dead on. We chatted in the bar for slightly over 2 hours with just one single drink each and left after. Overall experience is great!
I have stayed in a number of hotels in Vancouver and I must give the Hyatt some props. They have a few innovations that other hotel chains don't have and that actually make your stay memorable. Whether it's the elevator system or their nature walk stairs we really enjoyed our stay and it will be top of our list the next time we choose a staycation
Staff were friendly and prompt. Always available when needed but not so available as to be an intrusion.
Attended a conference here in Feb 2018. The hotel is beautifully maintained, friendly staff, excellent service, one of the best large-scale dinners I have ever had!
Great hotel and conference center. Attended a large event catered by the hotel and served by it's staff, terrific all around.
Was not a hotel guest, just there for conference activities, but for that it was a nice place.
Great location. Close to Skytrain for meet and dash.
Most happening Hoel at Burrard Street, service is very fast , staff very courteous and food is awsome
Nice hotel. Centrally located. Expensive but market price
911 had to be called to bring in equipment to get us out of an elevator. When pleading with the emergency operator of the hotel we were told they are working on it and did not once do a well being chk on us while stuck and had to call ourselves a second time to get an update that didn't ease any of the stress.
I do have a video of the event but do not want to share at this point as I know I will be staying at this hotel for future business and do not want to be black listed.
Wonderful hotel, the rooms are spacious and very clean but the best thing about this hotel are the beds, for me personally, the best bed I've ever slept on. The breakfast is also excellent especially the smoked salmon with poached eggs. Great location and friendly staff. A brilliant hotel.
Attended a function here. The food was good and the ambiance was amazing.
Attended a conference and the hotel was wonderful. As it was Christmas season, there were models built by kids on exhibit. Had a great time at Hyatt
A good quality hotel in a good location and free wifi.
I loved the exhibition of sesame cookie houses at Christmas. Very beautiful and interesting!
Good conference areas, currency exchange, nearby food, and good view outside. Water is grey but still tastes fine - concerning the first time!
It was convenient to be connected to the shopping center.
Great Banquet Hall. Large dinner of 800. No small task but felt the food could've been better. :-)
Rooms were nice if lackluster, convenient location, and service was friendly.
Was disappointed. For such hotel, you have to ask for slippers, they can't offer firm pillows, some areas of room was Dusty. The location is great and convenient. Too expensive for what they offer.
Very nice hotel rooms and nice amenities. Great location.
Very comfortable, modern room. Quick and and painless check-in. Reception said we can leave our bags, and even shower, after we check out but before our plane leaves. Fine accommodations for the conference we are attending. Delightful city. A bit rainy though.
One of the most prestigious hotel here. Good service
Good food
but has an old building.
Our ceiling fall off when we are staying
It was okay. I work nearby but the service was decent and the girls be the pretty. Gimme my Google rewards now!
Staff are always very helpful, rooms are always clean
Good location, good service, but dated decor and disappointing food in the restaurant.
Dirty air vents and peeling wallpaper arnt appealing to me. Nice staff, but the details matter to me.
The annual christmas gingerbread houses are displayed in the lobby of the hotel. The quality of displays is getting better every year.
Very busy. No fresh milk in room to make coffee only coffee mate tastes awful
I went there to visit my friend. The Starbucks in the lobby was really nice, and the lobby itself was super comfortable.
Great Service at the Grain restaurant. Server got us mixed drinks that weren't on the menu. Food and drinks came quickly. Definitely look forward to visiting again.
The personal is very professional and quite savvy in working with international people
For an expensive downtown hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. We were only there by day for a 3 day conference but we were all impressed
There for a 3-day conference on Level 2, 3 and 34th floor. Exceptional guest service by all the staff willing to provide assistance, delicious catering included plated lunch service that was fast, efficient, and unobtrusive.
The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is in a dynamite location with connection to the Burrard Street SkyTrain station and Bentall Centre and Royal Centre shopping and dining. If possible book early to get the Conference Rate otherwise hotel accommodation can be pricey.
Incredible variety of dining options nearby, upscale shopping in Burrard-Alberni-Georgia #BAGtriangle, near numerous transportation options.
Solid hotel smack in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Service was very friendly, we had a room on the 28th floor with a balcony overlooking the harbour which was very nice. Too bad there are other highrises blocking our view of most of the water, but overall still a cool view. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced. TVs were well stocked with cool channels, parking is super convenient downstairs in the Royal Centre... can't complain, loved our 5 day stay here!
Downtown restaurants, parks, MRT, McDonald's, all nearby, and restaurants with Simbucks coffee.
Always do a great job for the Fraser Valley Real Estate awards evening.
Convenient location, nice lobby, Starbucks attached, but that's where the positives end.
For anyone with any kind of back issues beware - my husband was in pain after sleeping in this bed the entire time we were here. Bed is lumpy, pillows are flat, and overall was an uncomfortable sleeping experience.
Guest services members are also improperly trained - received conflicting information by 3 different people, which made checking out a bit more complicated than necessary.
Room also wasn't completely cleaned when we arrived - we had used toiletries and stains on carpet. After first house keeping, everything was clean.
Comfortable environment - friendly service, the first floor is Starbucks, next to McDonald's, 24-hour Tim Hortons, not afraid of hungry
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Guest services always wanted to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Vancouver.
This hotel has everything you need. We really didn't need to leave for anything unless we were exploring the city. The buttonless elevator was something I've never seen but worked well at quickly getting us to where we needed to go.
Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Hyatt provides easy access to North shore as well as airport. The chocolate cake at the Mosaic bar was excellent. The professional event that I attended was catered and the quality of the food and service were very good. The hotel staff was attentive to the needs of the guests. I would recommend the conference room facilities for future bookings.
Located in very convenient place near Burrard Skytrain station and bus stations in the middle of Vancouver downtown, this hotel is a popular destination for any conference and events.
a very bland hyatt, but nicely situated in the center of everything.
Hyatt is well centralized for shopping and restaurants. Staff is very helpful.
Most hotels in downtown Vancouver are pretty modern and up to date. We were lucky enough to get a good deal on the Hyatt which was our primary reason of stay. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to Gastown, Olympic Cauldron, and mainstream shopping. It is not a far bike or car ride to Stanley Park. There are a ton of great eateries near by.
The display of the gingerbread contestants were phenomenal
The rooms are very nice. The elevators are quite fast. The bathrooms are really clean.
Very fine experience for my mom and aunt. Great service and lovely room with a view. Close to everything downtown, unbeatable location.
Only went for the gingerbread competition, but there were some amazing works of gingerbread art.
Good location, close to many retail stores. Great customer service. The pillows didn't provide much support.
