Very nice hotel. Convenient car rental options on premises
My wife and I had an awful stay. For the amount of money it costs I would at least expect a comfortable bed. The only thing I enjoyed about our stay was leaving.
Exceptional service, matches with stunning views and clean, comfortable rooms. I was so happy with my stay and the attentiveness of thr staff that I will be sure to request this venue for future meetings/stays in Vancouver.
The Pan Pacific Hotel, Convention Centre, and Ballrooms is a classic fixture of the Vancouver Skyline! This hotel boasts world class rooms and services, restaurants, and a stunning lobby with a Fibonacci spiral fountain that must be experienced in person. Whether you are at the Pan Pacific as an overnight guest, a delegate, or just a tourist, expect first class treatment and amenities.
This is our third night here as we had 2 nights before the Alaska cruise. This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in, in the world!!
The whole place is amazing, staff attentive and helpful and we've had massive rooms with a king size bed to sink into after a day's sightseeing. The shower is perfect and I've had the most amazing night's sleep again.
Obviously this place is expensive and I couldn't afford to eat here too but if you're sailing to Alaska any time from vancouver this is the place to be.
Vancouver is a beautiful city, friendly and easy to get around, don't miss Granville Island, Stanley Park and the Steam Clock in Gastown.
It was great I loved the food and drinks but the beds were a little hard
Loved the location. Perfect views and great atmosphere.
The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. We had a Christmas party there and food was delicious !
Beautiful place, beside convention center, fly over canada
Was just there for a function but had a great time. The hotel is very nice and clean. Stayed there before.
The room was great, but large parts of the public space were roped off for construction. The elevators were way too slow, apparently half of them were not functioning, but there was no explanation posted to let guests know.
It's a nice hotel. Price wise, it's not the cheapest, but with that in mind, you do get what you pay for.
The bathrooms need an upgrade, it's too pricy for what it is. Also the room service/cleaning it doesn't feel like they did much other than put in new towels and make the bed. The floors were still dirty from before before we left the room. The pool has an amazing view, but the gaurdrail/ glass takes away from it.
Nice hotel, had a good stay. Restaurant was a bit overpriced for the caliber of food offered. Hotel dosent have or sell hand sanitizer, which is really odd since they see loads of international travelers. Also, poolside bar had a very inattentive server, took 1/2 hour to get a drink.
My girlfriend and I were given a certificate for Sunday market brunch, which was an all you can eat buffet. The food and service were both very good. The food had lots of variety and tasted fresh.
Great hotel. The breakfast buffet is awesome. We had a great view of the cruise ships and the mountains out of our window.
Clean hotel, nice staff. Great view. New Year's Eve you have the best view without large crowds.
I was just stopping by waiting for a tour of Vancouver. It was a very pleasant hotel in a great location to see the city.
Holy moly Batman! Worth every penny. The Bellman are not only a delight to look at but customer service is great. I'd go again
Room was clean and comfy. Lacked modern technology like smart tvs and usb outlets. No kcup coffee maker just old drip maker that leaked. Small and old bathtub. A walk in shower would of been nice. Spectacular view. Expected more out of the room for the amount we paid.
Great place to house your out-of-town guest, if you never want them to leave Vancouver.
Very nice. Try buffet breakfast. Got a lot of selections.
Went to the Spa they have. The staff were very friendly and professional. My partner and I had a very enjoyable time.
The Pan Pacific Hotel was awesome. Amazing location right downtown Vancouver on the water. The view towards the city or the water is fantastic. Pool was excellent too. My wife and I were treated very well by the staff. Highly recommended.
Great hotel in Vancouver with a breath-taking view of the Burrard Inlet, Coal Harbour, and the North Shore Mountains.
Beautiful hotel and kind staff. The hotel restaurant is price but is suitable for the area
We went for a couples massage at spa utopia and service from all staff was excellent. Well be return customers for certain!
Nice place but please do something about the seaplanes! Would have rated this 5 and one of the nicest places I have stayed but the planes ruined that. They start at 6-6:30 am. I would get them to move elsewhere.
Have been here three days. Am leaving tomorrow. This is the nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff is incredibly polite, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Have felt completely pampered and well taken care of. The city and the coastline are conveniently located right outside the doors and the scenery is beautiful. So what's not to love about this place? Awesome!!!
The breakfast was a disappointment and the service was poor. We spent four days there with the Oceans 999 full buffet breakfast included but we did not even bother with it because it was so disappointing the first day. The hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. We were made to feel unreasonable for asking for hot eggs. Also they only serve dark roast coffee. Also, our bar fridge was broken and the beer was spoiled. It was not until posting this on tripadviser that the hotel refunded this room charge. The only other constructive criticism is to have good supportive memory foam pillows as an available option.
What a wonderful three day stay at this five star luxury hotel. Do not miss the breakfast buffet! This is the view from my room.
Espresso machine in my room with Nespresso capsules and a totally relaxing rain drop shower. Room service was spot on although a bit expensive as it usually is.
Fantastic hotel. Top notch service from the time you arrive.
Fabulous! in every aspect and regard. Either lounging, staying or dining is a great experience!
we enjoyed out time at this place. Friendly staff. our room was clean and overall we had a good experience here
This is a decent hotel that is priced like a 5 star, which it certainly is not. The entire place has the feel of an old hotel that has had the bare minimum of upkeep necessary to still be considered "high end". The valet parking is unjustifiably expensive at $56/day and the rooms are dated. For example, the iPod docks are for version 4 or something. If it were not for the guaranteed business from the cruise ship dock attached to the hotel, this place would be shuttered I'm sure. With a Fairmont literally across the street and another one a 3 iron down the road, I can't imagine why anyone would stay here.
A nice hotel, perfectly located in Vancouver, though a bit dated
Great hotel with excellent staff. The view from the rooms are amazing.
Stunning location in downtown Vancouver. Visited for wine fest, and had a great time!
Spectacular place with very good wave towards the visitor !.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room was well appointed I liked the floor to ceiling windows. I would stay here again if the occasion called for it.
The staff was friendly and the rooms were great. Room views are amazing and the location is perfect if you have plans downtown. I will definitely stay again!
It was a good meal. I did feel the portions were a bit small though.
Nice enough room, but feels cheap when they want to charge you for the internet. Why not just include it in the room price and save me the hassle. It s 2020, every coffee shop has free wifi, and I paid less than $5 for my coffee. Well done Pan Pacific
Great view and the room was recently renovated. Really nice and modern
Courteous staff and classy decor. However, facilities are spread out everywhere, which could be quite a walk
