The Pan Pacific Hotel, Convention Centre, and Ballrooms is a classic fixture of the Vancouver Skyline! This hotel boasts world class rooms and services, restaurants, and a stunning lobby with a Fibonacci spiral fountain that must be experienced in person. Whether you are at the Pan Pacific as an overnight guest, a delegate, or just a tourist, expect first class treatment and amenities.

This is our third night here as we had 2 nights before the Alaska cruise. This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in, in the world!!
The whole place is amazing, staff attentive and helpful and we've had massive rooms with a king size bed to sink into after a day's sightseeing. The shower is perfect and I've had the most amazing night's sleep again.
Obviously this place is expensive and I couldn't afford to eat here too but if you're sailing to Alaska any time from vancouver this is the place to be.
Vancouver is a beautiful city, friendly and easy to get around, don't miss Granville Island, Stanley Park and the Steam Clock in Gastown.

The room was great, but large parts of the public space were roped off for construction. The elevators were way too slow, apparently half of them were not functioning, but there was no explanation posted to let guests know.

The bathrooms need an upgrade, it's too pricy for what it is. Also the room service/cleaning it doesn't feel like they did much other than put in new towels and make the bed. The floors were still dirty from before before we left the room. The pool has an amazing view, but the gaurdrail/ glass takes away from it.

Nice hotel, had a good stay. Restaurant was a bit overpriced for the caliber of food offered. Hotel dosent have or sell hand sanitizer, which is really odd since they see loads of international travelers. Also, poolside bar had a very inattentive server, took 1/2 hour to get a drink.

My girlfriend and I were given a certificate for Sunday market brunch, which was an all you can eat buffet. The food and service were both very good. The food had lots of variety and tasted fresh.

Room was clean and comfy. Lacked modern technology like smart tvs and usb outlets. No kcup coffee maker just old drip maker that leaked. Small and old bathtub. A walk in shower would of been nice. Spectacular view. Expected more out of the room for the amount we paid.

The Pan Pacific Hotel was awesome. Amazing location right downtown Vancouver on the water. The view towards the city or the water is fantastic. Pool was excellent too. My wife and I were treated very well by the staff. Highly recommended.

Nice place but please do something about the seaplanes! Would have rated this 5 and one of the nicest places I have stayed but the planes ruined that. They start at 6-6:30 am. I would get them to move elsewhere.

Have been here three days. Am leaving tomorrow. This is the nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff is incredibly polite, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Have felt completely pampered and well taken care of. The city and the coastline are conveniently located right outside the doors and the scenery is beautiful. So what's not to love about this place? Awesome!!!

The breakfast was a disappointment and the service was poor. We spent four days there with the Oceans 999 full buffet breakfast included but we did not even bother with it because it was so disappointing the first day. The hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. We were made to feel unreasonable for asking for hot eggs. Also they only serve dark roast coffee. Also, our bar fridge was broken and the beer was spoiled. It was not until posting this on tripadviser that the hotel refunded this room charge. The only other constructive criticism is to have good supportive memory foam pillows as an available option.

What a wonderful three day stay at this five star luxury hotel. Do not miss the breakfast buffet! This is the view from my room.
Espresso machine in my room with Nespresso capsules and a totally relaxing rain drop shower. Room service was spot on although a bit expensive as it usually is.

This is a decent hotel that is priced like a 5 star, which it certainly is not. The entire place has the feel of an old hotel that has had the bare minimum of upkeep necessary to still be considered "high end". The valet parking is unjustifiably expensive at $56/day and the rooms are dated. For example, the iPod docks are for version 4 or something. If it were not for the guaranteed business from the cruise ship dock attached to the hotel, this place would be shuttered I'm sure. With a Fairmont literally across the street and another one a 3 iron down the road, I can't imagine why anyone would stay here.

Nice enough room, but feels cheap when they want to charge you for the internet. Why not just include it in the room price and save me the hassle. It s 2020, every coffee shop has free wifi, and I paid less than $5 for my coffee. Well done Pan Pacific
