Everyone here was great, housekeeping was awesome. My husband and I were here for a whole week. We did have some rudely load neighbors, but they left a couple of days later. Food was awesome, both here and surrounding restaurants.

First time in a hotel like this and appreciated the stay. Pleasant and helpful staff, comfy beds, gowns, coffee and tea in room, desk to work on with laptop. No wired internet in room but wifi.

It's much better on the inside than it looks from the outside. I was expecting an old-school place, but it's quite modern and has a great restaurant on the ground floor as well as a 24 hour Tim Hortons in the next building. Would recommend!

Enjoyed my visit, didn t need a lot of info or help from the staff but they were nice and helpful when it was needed. Definitely an advantage to stay there in the winter if you are going to whistler since the pickup is right outside the hotel. It is also close to the waterfront and a block away from the art gallery.

Visited the Gingerbread Street exhibition they have going on currently on the first floor. It was amazing to see all of the incredible and imaginative displays created by so many individuals from around the communities.

I enjoy staying here very much. Fantastic staff, clean room and great food. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay especially Anant. He is awesome.
Location is right next to Burrad station and heart of downtown. Walking distance to the Waterfront station.

Stayed at The Hyatt last week while there for The Quality Forum 2019 and service was fabulous. Being in a wheelchair, there was always someone around to help if I needed. Food was fabulous. Would definitely recommend The Hyatt.

The front desk, guest support and all the housekeepers staff are very kind but not so stiff and very calm with a friendly atmosphere.
The rooms and facilities are clean, and it is also convenient to go through the underground without worrying about the weather to the adjacent Sky Train station.
And above all, it is best that security is good.

It's a high end downtown hotel, you get pretty much what you'd expect. Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. Here for a conference, facilities for that are excellent as well. The doors between the rooms could use some sound proofing can hear the neighbours fairly clearly, but otherwise it's 5 star.
