The facility is a little old but no problem.
A business hotel with a rather flat atmosphere ...
There is a shopping mall next to it and I like shopping.

What kind of 4* hotel doesn't have kettles and glasses in the room? When called the reception, they said they had no more kettle left. You go to Asia and Africa, all the rooms have kettles and glasses as standard. Only in Europe some of the hotel that claim to be 4-5* fail to provide this basic stuff.

Hotel staff is so nice and gave lounge access with our status. Room is clean bed is comfy wifi is fast.

The restaurant level drops
The decanters of water are dirty, a seafood napkin for two some examples of negative points
the buffet is ok except some thawed pastries without taste

Beautiful hotel and useful for the airport. However, dont depend on the airport shuttle, they are French and not always on time. Make extra time if you dont want to lose your flight.

I went for a Roadshow and the welcome was very nice with coffee and other soft drinks. During the meeting, a light problem was resolved very quickly. Indeed, a lamp was no longer working so light projectors had been installed as a solution.

So nice to sleep there the night before the flight. Serene atmosphere, everything is done to feel comfortable. Attentive staff available and smiling. Buffet breakfast so varied that all appetites are satisfied: fresh fruits and vegetables, pancakes, pastries and exotic dishes, not to be missed.

We stayed happily here. Very nice place to enjoy holidays. Food was great.

Room moderately clean for a 4etoiles but it remains very correct and friendly staff.

Big, soulless hotel in a hostile environment between airport runway and highways

The rooms are fine but the shuttle to the airport is the worst experience ever. I was dropped 2 terminals away with lots of luggage. I wasn't asked what airline or terminal I needed. It ended up taking me 40 minutes to get to terminal 1. Will never stay at a Hyatt again

If need a Center location for a business exposition and people from many places around the world would fly in then this a a good place. It is still not the biggest hotel but is amazingly close to the airport. The food is not great at all. The new mall close by is great.

I spent a weekend there. I really enjoyed the shuttle service, you can take it to the airport and you are taken directly to the hotel. Same principle to return to the airport from the hotel. The hotel is close to Charles de Gaulle, which is very convenient. Also, despite the proximity to the highway, the room is sufficiently soundproof to avoid the inconvenience of noise related to traffic. However you will not escape the noise of planes taking off or landing and passing at low altitude above the hotel. Another practical side, the proximity of the large shopping center Aeroville. You can walk there to shop and / or eat.

However, in terms of cleanliness things are to be reviewed. I felt that my room had not been cleaned before my arrival. There were crumbs everywhere, right down to the bathroom. There is a certain dilapidation and degradation, even sloppiness: paint flaking, mold and smell of mold all over the floor, stained carpet that gondolas, holes in the doors ... When I arrived there There was work on my floor. Tools and other equipment such as ladders are not stowed after interventions are completed. At the service level, I would say it's like a lottery and everything depends on who you fall for. Some are smiling, welcoming and attentive to the customer, others have absolutely nothing to do with what you can tell them. Even, I sometimes felt aggression or extreme nervousness.

In conclusion, I would say that this hotel is far from meeting the quality criteria of a 4-star hotel. Even less is it of a level that one can expect from a Hyatt. And that's a shame !!

Hotel near the airport and exhibition center.
Quiet and soundproof rooms.
Quality restaurant even if sometimes the table service a little long. The buffet is varied and changes daily. Terrace and indoor pool is appreciated. The bar has a room with spaced and comfortable tables

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. There's a 24/7 market with snacks and sandwiches too.

Room was basic and bare even after being told we were upgraded to a deluxe room. The food and bar were great. The bed was uncomfortable and the sleep was tough. Location is great and shuttle service was good.

Not the closest to Paris CDG, aside that service and food was excellent. The room was soundproofed enough to enjoy a calm nigh despite the ongoing airplane traffic outside. Comfy bed, lovely interior design and complete toileteries. Fast room service.

Close to airport and shopping and easy transportation

A commercial service not at all professional and above all not responsive. We have to raise 7 times to organize an event in their establishment and in the end I have never been contacted. No professionalism and no reactivity.

The options of being stuck in CDG overnight or going here, the choice was obvious.

It's a very nice place to stay between flights. However, the breakfast is modest and pancakes are cold. Probably not the right place to taste these dishes. The territory is ok, nice and clean but you don't find fancy switches on your wall. And you're not able to open the windows.

It has been built for quite some time, but its appearance is not at all obscene. The management of the room is also good!

A shuttle bus service to Aeroville, a large shopping mall nearby, was opened a year ago!

Super nice. Everything is accessible for free when you take a room in their hotel. Pool, gym, treadmill ...... Room prices are still quite high. Not for all purses. Quality restaurant with a buffet very well stocked. Spaces were arranged with a friendly and warm atmosphere (music). Relaxing corner with games ....

The huge covered patio is the hallmark of this hotel. Airport hotel therefore mainly for travelers in transit.

It definitely doesn't live up to The number of stars.

Did not sleep in this hotel unfortunately, but only for dinner. Nice atmosphere. Great buffet for a very reasonable price. Rooms are partly in the interior, but that's not bad, as the hotel is located at the airport and the windows anyway to stay.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. They use a shared shuttle to the airport that stood at other hotels in the area. Annoyingly, the shuttle left before it's scheduled time and I, arriving early, almost missed it. The shuttle situation is my only complaint.

Personally, next time I stay near CDG it will be at the Sheraton which is directly connected to terminal 2. That makes life much better.

If it weren't for the crappy shuttle, I'd give this property 5 stars.

The place is serene. How can one rate this place good when your bath tub is always clogged!!! However, breakfast is awesome. Sharing few pics though.

Disappointing both in the general decoration of the room or everything was not flawless. Nevertheless, very nice staff, flat on the service or the withdrawal of the plates is a little too prompt.

Bit weird and arty but staff ok . Ok for being unusual. The room was quiet and I was given complimentary breakfast. Bathroom a bit mouldy but everything worked. . Very open inside hotel. Good wee pond and artwork.

Good hotel is you are planning to stay close to the airport. Rooms are a bit old and might need some maintenance...bit the staff if extremely helpful abd the restaurant and bar are quite nice!

This was my 2nd stay in the hotel after one year and unfortunately I did not find any improvement.
I paid the city tax in cash to the receptionist but despite that my credit card was charged after I left the hotel. I think giving credit card details at this hotel is not safe.
The hotel decor is great and it is near to the airport. The breakfast is nice with good choices.
The negative points about the hotel are that it is very far from all Paris attractions. The rooms are poorly maintained with many sockets and lights out of order. The windows cannot be opened and the room becomes very hot at times.
