The rooms are fine but the shuttle to the airport is the worst experience ever. I was dropped 2 terminals away with lots of luggage. I wasn't asked what airline or terminal I needed. It ended up taking me 40 minutes to get to terminal 1. Will never stay at a Hyatt again
