Pros-

Pros-

Nice hotel, close to CDG airport, convenient when flying into CDG as there is a hotel shuttle service from Terminal 2 direct to the hotel which runs every 20mins from 5am to 23:50pm.

Cons-

The hotel boasts a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Both the swimming pool and jacuzzi were out of use and the sauna was only on for a few hours per day. There were no lights in the female changing room. The fridge in our room did not work. The staff do not go out of their way to help you. We had a problem when a cleaner removed our breakfast from our room before we had eaten it. Since we had prepaid for bed and breakfast we asked three times and finally the manager to refund the price we paid for our breakfast. The staff and Manager (named Michel Wittwer) all refused instead preferring to enter our room when we were out and leave a "We are sorry you are unhappy.." note and apologise with two small bottles of Evian and a small tube of sweets. We remained unhappy. A) They are not supposed to enter our room in our absence except to clean. B) our problem with removing our breakfast was not resolved satisfactorily. Further, we found ourselves stranded at a nearby train station at Alnay Sous Bois after the shuttle service had ended. We called the hotel for help but they were of little or no help. They suggested a taxi service and gave a four digit telephone number for us to call.

Not the best hotel we have stayed at. A good mark for convenience but little or no marks for customer service. Would think twice before returning. So many other hotels out there who offer an excellent service and would not quibble over a problem they created.

The desk staff was helpful and courtious. The Club Lounge was nice well stocked with coffee, cold drinks and snacks. We spent some time there with our traveling companons. The downstairs looked newly remodeled, the first floor rooms seemed older but we're clean and comfortable. We ordered extra towels and they were quickly delivered by friendly staff. The breakfast was good, custom omlets and a variety of fruits and vegetables, pastries of course and coffee. All in all a positive experience.

False luxury hotel we had to change rooms as the first room was toilet bowl room with suspicious traces. Access to the spa is difficult the spa found in another building to be forced out of the hotel and this is unpleasant especially with the hair wet. The reception is correct to listen to our requests

I spent 2 days here as part of a professional seminar.
The chamber (1306) is aging. The ventilation is noisy. The bathroom is defrosted. The bedding is of good quality.
The seminar room (130 people welcomed) is very criticizable. Heating and cooling control is faulty. Either you are hot or you are cold. But the worst is that you feel like you're in the kitchen of a Chinese restaurant. The kitchen smells are repetitive to the point of embalming our clothes.
The organization of our seminar has reassembled the information but a priori, no listening customers!
To avoid for your demonstrations.

Definitely use the free hotel shuttle from Terminal 2 to get to and from the airport. Staff at reception are very helpful, especially with directions to central Paris. Great bar, lounge and breakfast area on the ground floor too.

Convenient location, stayed there on quite a few occasions while stopping by an engineering facility my company has in Roissy. Hotel rooms themselves leave much to be desired, with an old appeal to them that could use a facelift, beds are decent, gym is small with a pair of treadmills and bikes. They make up for it though with the restaurant. The breakfast spread is flat out wonderful, from locally sourced fruits, breads, cheeses, meats, omelette and much much more. I went in for the seafood buffet on Friday and was very impressed with the shellfish selection, and wickedly wonderful deserts. If you re stuck there, do not miss a chance to eat there
