Friendly and professional staff. Spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed.

Special case I went there after cancellation flight. Home very well. Helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Lobby of the hotel very pleasant. Only problem ... meal and breakfast degueulasse !! Not bad ... filthy !!

Nice hotel near to Charles de Gaulle airport. The building is amazing and the people in charge make the experience better.

Staff, facility and food is what we are enjoying at every visit

The hotel is excellent for those who want to travel to another place. If you are sitting in France in a remote location, you would prefer to sit in it.

Rather "comfortable" standard quality service with regard to price

Pr a hotel of this standard and seen the price of the rooms outrageous scandalous. Room experienced some stains on the carpet walls. Tub with rust, TV that makes a lot of noise like a deafening whistle. Unpleasant smell in the hallway and then the bottle of alcohol trays ect lying in the corridors on the floor. And let's not talk about breakfast gnats flying over bread and pastries. .. itchy salad fruit and toast that does not work. Finally here miserable hotel pr a 4 star. It's scandalous

Spacious but poorly appointed rooms

Very nice. Clean, comfortable, and fairly convenient to the airport. Note that the shuttle only takes you to terminal 2, so you're looking at a $25 taxi ride if you want to go directly to the other terminals.

Very nice hotel with the benefits to the height of its 4 stars. Nice and helpful staff. Very contrasting atmosphere between the noisy exterior and aesthetically aging, and the interior more able to invite relaxation.

Not a Hyatt quality hotel. Yes it does have a fancy lobby area but the rooms are average at best. Cheap hard mattress, not the famous Eurotop mattress that Hyatt s are known for. The shower water temperature went from scalding to very cold again and again and the tub would not hold any water. Toilet would not flush consistently. And very noisy internally. There was a lot of knocking and banging sounds coming from the ceiling and the walls and even a loud drilling sound coming from next door but there was no workmen in sight. We got in late and were trying to sleep in. The walls are concrete and the floors are carpeted so where is all this annoying noise coming from? We could ve SAVED 120 by staying at very nice AirBnB nearby. We will NEVER stay here again.

Do not trust the modern and austere appearance of this building, enter! the interior is simply timeless and warm. Practical to settle down to work, give professional appointments and have lunch there. The staff is up to the facility.

Beautiful hotel near CDG with convenient shuttle service. Very friendly staff.

The only open door had no pull handle but was pull only - made for a difficult entry. Cheeseburgers had stale buns and were 24 each - but we were exhausted and starving.

GET A CLUB LEVEL ROOM OR BOOK BREAKFAST. Seriously, breakfast at this hotel is NOT to be missed.

There is a hot water bottle, a hairdryer, and a white rice in the morning.

The suites are very large and clean, but in the bathrooms they should put locks. I put 5 stars all simply because we have an extraordinary view of the "landing corridor" planes at CDG. Last detail, windows that do not often it's not terrible: do not worry, we will not commit suicide.

I always stay at this hotel! But they never solve the problem of the mini bar in the room! They are always broken! Exchange room or changing handsets, but never put a new one! They just take turns between rooms! When I arrive at the hotel, I'm very tired, I need to sleep, but I have to waste time checking the minibar, because it sure won't be working .... besides always receiving a negative from the staff to change or tidy up! Unbearable this situation!

The room is clean but needs renovation. Room window facing the main lobby - no fresh air or constant noise from the bar. The air conditioner makes a noise even when it is turned off

Room was well appointed and large with high end linens. Staff was amazing and spoke very good English. Food was so-so. Great if you need to be close to the airport. Not great if you want to see the Louvre or Eiffel Tower.

The Rooms are too bad, it is just an average hotel. Hyatt standard is not at all maintained at this property. The rooms are opening without the keys. Also the rooms have an interlink door that was also opening without the keys. When it was informed at the reception they took their own time(6hrs) to fix it. Security is a big question!!!!

My colleagues stayed in few other rooms, in most of the room air conditioning did not work properly.

Donot stay here until unless you cannot find any Property across Paris.

Stopped here after our flight was cancelled at CDG....unbelieveable place! They couldnt do enough to help! The resteraunt and bar were brilliant, fish swimming in the pond, and mini tropical garden inside!

A great place to stay near the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and the staff was very helpful. Public transportation from the hotel is a bit of a walk.

Very nice interior and open space lobby with bar. But air conditioner in the room sucks and I was hot whenever I am in the room and no way to open the windows. Also, the shower water would randomly turn hot or cold during your shower. They really need to fix their AC and boilers.

Breakfast very good, room very comfortable, location near the airport, shopping 10 min.

8 euros the 2 lukewarm cafes served in 20 munutes is joke ...

Not my favorite regency. The toilet is impossible to flush while sitting on it because it involves pressing down a button that is difficult. Many times the flushing mechanism didn't work.

The bed was comfortable enough but the refreshment options were bad - Nescafe for coffee and Lipton for tea.

Nothing within walking distance. Luckily they offer a shuttle to the nearby mall but last trip is around 8:30pm. They do offer shuttle to the airport starting at 5 am every 20 mins.

Nice hotel at 5 minutes from the Roissy- CDG airport. Shuttle service for guests.

On the occasion of a wedding, the cocktail was very good with excellent products, the service is discreet but hyper active and very kind.

For a hotel near the airport - great. For Hyatt - medium.

Great staff. Better than average accommodations and good food.

We arrived late after a 12h plane trip exhausted and a bit battered. The reception was so welcoming, the porter couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and the bed were so so nice and comfy! After a lovely night we were welcomed to the breakfast area. Again the staff was so attentive and helpful. I am disabled and a wheelchair user. The ramp to the dinning area was blocked ( !!! By a table !!! Tut tut !!! ) but they helped me up the two stairs and then down -and the wheelchair - All this with genuine goodwill and a smile- The breakfast choice was very good, of high quality and obviously a good chef.
Check out was even better if that's possible. All wirh such kindness and concern for the client. The Lady at the reception even came around the reception desk to give me rhe papers . The waiting area was calm and relaxing and my little boy was given a drink and Oreos! We also were offered a drink whilst waiting if we wanted.
I want to say a big thank you to all at the Hyatt Regency. I am still amazed!
We will come back and highly recommend you .

Very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby. A free shuttle is available to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped

I found my room smell like strong body odor, especially in the bed. And it smell like underarm odor all over the room. They have a problem with their room key brain. At 2 am, a person try to enter my room with his duplicated key. Which I already do double lock from the inside. But in a few strong push, he can enter my room. Even my company pay for me and it's not luxury room, you have to keep me in your hotel safe and clean!

Very good restaurant although the formula to 49 euros without drink Friday is a bit expensive ...

Good hotel. Slightly old wall cladding, doors, etc. but everything is clean, painted, generally cozy. The room is warm. Well decorated lobby. Friendly staff that meets the words "Hello". Sauna, swimming pool. And most importantly - a great breakfast: a varied menu, super croissants! Ps from and to the airport free comfortable shuttle.

Nice hotel. Just that the breakfast was too bad during my stay on NY Eve 2018. Not much options. I enjoyed whatever available, but this is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.
