Noisy room. The blowers of the ventilation ducts or other facilities of the hotel made too much noise. They changed my room twice but the problem was the same in the other rooms of the left wing of the hotel.

I did not like it because in my room and in my colleague's room there was a minibar, the worst thing is that I only realized when I went to put the things I had bought in the refrigerator. In the bathroom we have to be very careful because it wets the entire bathroom floor at bath time and becomes dangerous. It is very beautiful but it is not functional. I have other friends who stayed at this hotel but the problems are the same. Maintenance!

No kettle.
Lamp that does not work.
Television without France TV channels.
For a rather high price, the hotel is not up to par.

No boiler with tea and coffee.
Light and air conditioning out of order.
Tv without all french channels.
High price, low service.

A lack of professionalism and obvious seriousness: I was informed the night before at the end of the evening that my hotel room reservation was canceled and since my emails remain unanswered.
The compensation is dishonest: I was scandalously relocated to a hotel not offering the same benefits at the same price conditions.
We can not trust Hyatt Charles de Gaulle: the room was taken at this hotel to enjoy an event of which he is a partner.

Beautiful hotel, quite close to the airport and, therefore, a little dar away from the city. The hotel has a free circular bus that goes from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are fine (small as most Paris hotels) and during our stay there was just one elevator (out of two) working which made us wait a while, everytime we wanted to go up or down.

Nothing to say about the staff who is very pleasant very professional. The room was not bad but carpet not clean some traces as well as in the shower otherwise good bedding. The lobby is pretty classy. Breakfast very varied there is something for everyone.
The big downside is the pool that needs a good refresh.

A hotel a little lost in this great area around CDG, but there is a pretty nice patio, a nice and large bar, the restaurant is very good but a little expensive 45 / pers, but we have nothing without anything. For the rooms they are modern.

Very nice hotel near the airport. The glass-paneled hall is spectacular, where there is also a restaurant and bar. Unfortunately not easily accessible by public transport. There is a free shuttle service from terminal 2.

Ok for an airport hotel, public areas are generally nice, although we saw either a large mouse or a small rat run from the ladies loo to a door behind the bar !! The room I had was a little tired with plaster and paint bubbled in the bathroom along with dirty/ mouldy tile grout. All in all I've stayed in better for considerably less money.

Nice hotel conveniently close to the airport, but not close enough to be noisy.
They have a free shuttle back and forth to one of the terminals, every 20 mins.
You can also take a ~10 euro Uber.
Beware!: DO NOT TAKE A TAXI. They will charge you a flat rate of 35 euro for this 5 minute drive.
The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Checked in around 9:30pm. Our room had an extremely strong spice/curry odor. Immediately advised the front desk who advised that they would send housekeeping as they were 100% full and had no rooms to switch. After 30 minutes, I returned to the desk.

Suddenly, a room was available to be moved to. The second room didn't have an odor, but as soon as I plugged in my mobile, all the room lights and air conditioner went out. After calling the desk, they advised they would send a technician. Again after waiting 30 minutes, I called for an update. The technician won't come until morning. Obviously not acceptable. I expressed my concern and the front desk agent came up to the room. She was not able to fix it, and offered another room yet again. Turns out, they want to send me back to the original smelly room. I declined and eventually was provided another room.

The third room had no power to the desk or any outlets around the desk.

Bottom line, although the staff is extremely helpful.. they are limited by the age of the hotel. It's very dated, old electrical, old furniture and carpets. There are much more modern hotels in the area.

I was put up here by Air France after a cancelled flight. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My wake-up call was punctual and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My stay was a ray of light in an otherwise irritating situation.

I get to the hotel and they don't have a room for me. My flight was delayed and I made it to the hotel around midnight .They finally found me a room and could not get the key to work. It's now 1am and still no solution. This is ridiculous .

Large, pleasant lobby with restaurant service and overall good breakfast. The rooms are pretty good even if they are getting a little dated.
The lobby can be noisy if there are many people.
The spa / jacuzzi and the pool are nice and have the advantage of opening early and closing late! (Weekdays at least)

Well, I'm back here for my second stay after I was...

Well, I'm back here for my second stay after I was here for two weeks about a month ago, and I cant say it's been a great experience.

So it starts with a really great shuttle ride from the airport straight to the hotel door, (service runs every 20 minutes), but after I checked in, (also good) I went to my room. I was told at reception that I had been upgraded as I stayed before (two weeks) but I didn't notice any difference.

Part of the door lock (the plate on the thin side of the door) only had one screw, so when the door shut on it's own, it didn't actually shut, I had to hold the plate in place for it to click shut. Nothing too bad, but I left a note in the room 3 days running before it was fixed.

Whenever I go to a hotel, I always look for the fire escape route, (all to do with my job training) and to be honest, I would not like to be in this hotel in the event of an emergency. Yes there are signs saying where the stairs are, but they are not easy to find and I feel should be a lot more obvious. Hanging signs in the corridoor indicating the stairs would be a great idea.

Went to the gym, baking hot, not sure if the aircon was working or not, but too hot to workout in my opinion. Looking out from the window of the gym to the pool I could see the jacuzzi was empty (like last time I stayed) and there was a lady sitting on the steps of the pool on her phone with a bottle (glass) of beer. Is that allowed? Also, the red emergency phone on the wall was clearly not in use/broken, also like last time. I asked at reception about the jacuzzi and it was going to be fixed at the weekend. Oh well.

In the room, coffee time I thought, my only gripe here is, only 2 tiny milks, but about 10 sugars and 6 coffee packets? Guess what wasn't refilled the next morning, the milks, so I had to ask the lovely lady servicing the room next door, did catch your name but thank you.

The carpet in my room was all bumpy and rippled, not great. Could be a trip hazard for some. The shower, well the water just ran down the tiled side to the end, turned the corner, along the back and all over the floor, didn't realize till I got out, that took some clearing up!

There is a safe in the room and the bed was very nice. Big TV and curtains that blacked out the room, shame you can still hear planes going overhead though.

So, is there any good points you ask? Yes, of course there is.

The hotel is rather beautiful in the main public parts, I'm sitting in the lounge just in front of the bar typing this. The ambiance is quiet, soft music playing, fish in the indoor pond (which looks to me like it could use some more water in it, but I could be wrong). There are TV screens on the wall and behind the bar showing sport. The bar menu is simple and offers quite a few different dishes covering Meat, Burgers, Fish, Pasta etc, Everything I have tried has been very nice.

Over the 3 weeks I have spent here I have met quite a few of the staff but would like to say a massive 'thank you' to two of the bar staff, Reme and Gihane. They have always greeted me with a smile, engaged in conversation and made me feel very welcome. They are a credit to the hotel, thank you :-) (Reme, i'll bring more magic tricks if I come again, lol).

Would I stay again? If I was here on training for my work yes, as it's close to the airport and training room, If I was here with my wife for a trip to Paris, no.

After reading a lot of reviews on here, I have noticed that there are people not getting rooms on time even though they have been booked. I think this is due to the amount of airline crew who stay at the hotel who get late check outs. I could be wrong, but that's just how it looks maybe.

Completely unacceptable. Dirty carpet, electric sockets not working, hair dryer not working, shower head must be held by hand, etc. We checked in late so perhaps received the last room they would ever put a guest, but this should never be rented, period... And especially not when you have a booking ahead for 330 EUR. Glass of wine at bar was also 16 EUR and quite mediocre. Overall we've had a shockingly bad experience for a Hyatt hotel.

Can do better for the price. Litlle plane noise from aircrafts flying above. Tv should be upgraded as a disturbing weezing sound comes from it. Minimart is very convenient. Angus beef steak in room service was tasty. Gym is ok. Swimming pool water temperature is fresh. Outside terrasse in the garden is very enjoyable for drinks(available according to season). Very friendly staff. Free shuttle to airport and mall.

A hotel that offers a really beautiful lobby with a nice decoration in a large volume. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with very good quality catering. The hotel also has an aquatic area large enough to relax after a long day.
