I only attended a convention in this hotel, I do not know the rooms. Welcoming staff

Very good hotel, very welcoming staff, the ground floor is very pretty with the reception, the bar, the restaurant, small stream with fish, hammock etc. Gym ok, swimming pool and jacuzzi not bad, just flat the sauna which Not really a .. The room was really comfortable, practical and bright, the bathroom is good, the tub is just not very handy for taking showers. Close to public transport to the airport or train station and especially free shuttle every half hour to go to the mall aeroville! The best breakfast I have eaten in my hotel life! Very varied, for all tastes from sweet to salty, through the different nationalities!

Decent hotel, really good service, but not as clean as I'd expect a Regency to be. Good choice for the price though.

This hotel has only the name. Rooms are poor, dirty, power outlets doesn't work properly and minibar neither.
Positive: breakfast (ONLY)

The hotel is located near the airport and has easy access to the airport.

About the airport transfer
Shuttle bus waiting time from Charles de Gaulle Airport is too long! ! (It seems to be one in 20 minutes ...) The beginning of May 21:00 was too cold compared to Japan. Feeling OK even with fleece & down.
The wait line of Hyatt was vague, and there were people who couldn't get on because they waited for 8 people ...
It is overtaken by people who do not have a suitcase.
I do not know the transfer time ...

Waiting place mixed with other hotel's pick-up bus and waiting place to encounter smoke harassment.

Elevator
I hold the key and push down the floor, but the place where I hold the key is broken and it's not like a Hyatt.

Amenity, facilities etc.
I can not use the table outlet. Can not use one bed size?
The water heater is almost unusable. Is there a time when it can be used and when it can not be used? Even if it gets hot, human skin ... too warm ...

Iron, shampoo, rinse, soap
The bathtub was saved.
If you take a shower, there is only one-third of the transparent cover that is not the shower curtain, so you can find yourself under the washstand.

Much moisture, the laundry does not dry at all.
There is an iron, but it becomes useless because it cuts once in 30 seconds ...
I don't know how to adjust the temperature, I melt some clothes I bought for a trip and get dented ...


Access to the city of Paris
I went to Paris once by taking a bus that leaves one bus every 30 minutes from the nearby bus stop.
It seems that the security of the place to change is not so good, but somehow.

Excellent service, happy to help staff at reception. A bit lagging in service at the restaurant, still Tarth food and a wide variety breakfast.

Good hotel, comparable to what I've experienced in the U.S. with Hyatt. I don't know why there are poor reviews on Trip Advisor, but I was satisfied and going the amenities and quality I expect from a Hyatt. Had a King room with a lovely view of the atrium. Was a little noisy in the evening with the bar, but can't say I haven't experienced that at other hotels. I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel shuttle can get stuck in traffic, CDG is a huge airport (Larger than ATL). They drop you off at T2 where the RER train arrives so you can catch the N1 shuttle to the concourse of your choice. Just plan extra time. The line for the airline bag drop (approx 45 mins) took longer than the shuttle ride. (20ish?).

food terrible. ...bathrooms not well cleaned ... hallways very unpleasant and dated. A plus is the staff is friendly and accommodating. However we would not stay here again .

Rooms are alright, but expensive for an airport Hyatt.

The advertised buffet was not served. The very very ordinary card, unsurprisingly, is unrefined. Service lacking professionalism

I don't recommend this hotel.
You have many better options than Hyatt in Roissy.
In my room, the air conditioner system and the minibar didn't work. In my opinion it were the least!
It was necessary pick up ice to preserved my things.
They don't offer any shuttle to the malls, airport or train station.
Beautiful hotel but poor in service!

Breakfast is good and service is pleasant. The rooms are poorly lit and a bit dirty. There are mice in the hotel sometimes, because of the location and the time of year (summer) mainly.

Very nice hotel in terms of facilities but the service is terrible, even from a French standpoint. Rooms not ready, bags lost, unfriendly and if you ask for something they look at you as if you were the most annoying person on the planet.

The level of the restaurant still dropped compared to a few years but the place remains simp

Clean rooms. Breakfast is okay. There is a nearby mart.

When booking we were assured of secure private parking, arriving we find a supermarket parking ... and can not provide us with paid access to underground parking at the shelter, do not come by car above of range! Not to mention the condition of the room which was dirty and dilapidated .... we canceled and went to the competition (service impeccable) but we were still charged .... case in progress for the refund

Air-conditioning loud. Noise cancellation windows not effective. 30 minutes shuttle to terminal 1 (incl. Train ride)

My first time at Hyatt, the experience has been very good and both the club and the breakfasts are very good. Highly recommended for couples or business, it is not a place for families with children.

Good quality of rooms and bedding. Very clean and very good soundproofing. The desk is efficient. The bar has great cocktails. We can recommend without fear to be close to the airport.

Lobby is very nice! The rooms on the other hand are in need of some serious work. Our shower s water temperature kept fluctuating from cool to lava hot, and the room itself was something you d expect from a higher end motel and not a Hyatt. For the price you d definitely expect something better.

The rooms are a bit old and the breakfast is nothing to eat.

The hotel lobby is nice, but still the sound of the planes is a bit too luch. And rooms are ok, though I felt like the sofa was old. and bathroom too big and very unpersonal

This hotel close to airport was lovely the staff were nice and friendly. The room had lovely linen and the bed was delish. Bathroon was nice and the shower was powerfull.

Second time staying here. Not overly impressed. Was charged twice for City Tax, even though their own invoices showed only one charge, my AMEX showed 2 charges. A little unorganised.

In decadence ... 1 lift out of order; in-room safe out of use; bathroom drain, in fitness, without water; carpet in the rooms that rises; air conditioning, too noisy ... We're not there, this hotel can't boast 4 stars. The cost is disproportionate for the china it is taking. The wrist of someone who really wants to bring it back to the past is missing.

Very nice hotel. We used the parking via "Mobypark" to get to the terminal 2D: free shuttle every 20 minutes. 9 per day (1 day minimum). Very convenient. I highly recommend.

Hotel right on the airport, clean rooms, breakfast very Asian oriented, therefore limited choice of other breakfast items.

A little disappointed. The room was clean but a little noisy in the early morning. The breakfast was impeccable though.

It is NOT a bad hotel, but the central A/C is never working properly. As I have to be fully dressed up for work, it s always super hot in the rooms. As a crew member, I also have to sleep in the mostly strange hours and I can t, when the room is too hot.

People from the front desk are always kind and the restaurant is good with fair prices.

Luxury hotel that does not have one. Not clean and decrepit

Paris is not easy to stay, everything are high price. but the hotel, room is big, breakfast abundant, free ride to airport and nearby shopping mall, that makes relatively high cost performance. only drawback is city tax.

To be a Hyatt, it has many shortcomings. A towel had a hole 6 cm in diameter, neither slippers nor a bathrobe nor a shoe-cleaning sponge are provided. Little attention to detail. In the morning, take a mile to get coffee because only one machine works.

I have stayed at Hyatt hotels across the globe including properties in America, Asia and Europe. Right from the minute that we reached the hotel, we were received with utmost courtesy by the manager JORGE ALEXANDRE who personally received us. He ensured that in no time we were checked in and we were upgraded to a higher class of room. JORGE gave us personal attention and ensured that we were settled in to the room. I receive welcome notes all the time from Hyatt hotels but this time was special because when I came back to my room after enjoying the day in central Paris, I saw a courtesy note with a box of chocolate apologizing for the inconvenience caused the night before. This shows how much attention JORGE and the Hyatt team gives to the guests. All in all our stay has been great, thanks to the awesome team of Hyatt Regency @ CDG. Will come back and stay at this property everytime we visit Paris!

Mice in the rooms, simple as that. But what irritated me the most was Valentine's Day when I sent flowers to my girlfriend at the hotel, they were greeted at the concierge desk and they did not advise her. If I did not tell her she would not know.
