Noisy corridors, room with malfunctioning minibar, room with smoke detector also making noise, toilet flush with difficulty working.

Nothing professional about this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything exudes amateurism. Stay of one night on 07/02/2018 arrived at 21h30. Cleanliness of the room more than limit. Bathroom with defective bulb flickering, sink evacuations half clogged. Arrived at the buffet at 21:50 the hostess advised against going to the buffet because it was going to close. we had to insist and reassure her that in 10 minutes we would be able to serve. Forget to note our No. of rooms. We had to report the meal taken the day before the check-out ... Invoice discounted during this one corresponds to the support company but the meal taken and pay live is not shown on the invoice ... Call to request an invoice corresponding to the amount collected (Sunday at 11:30): the phone rings in the void for a long time, when finally we pick up, put on hold and once explained the problem of inconsistency of the voucher issued you are asked to send a email rather than responding to your request ....

The room was OK. The lack of decent food in the restaurant and no tell food anywhere within 20 minutes made it very unfriendly for traveling.

Good hotel, friendly staff, good food, prices quite high therefore 4 stars.

We went there regularly for breakfast but since 1 year the choice is no longer varied, we eat average for a price Max or 25eur per head. So we'll see other addresses ...

Very plush rooms and very kind and accommodating staff. Great for a quick getaway from your usual life, highly reccomended

Great airport hotel. Quiet and modern. The staff is very attentive, professional and friendly. Close enough to the airport but only picks up / drop off at terminal 2.

Good hotel; impeccable quality of service; really welcoming and attentive staff; room, satisfactory amenities; two complaints: Wi-Fi bad campus library containing only books in English ... Roissy is in France anyway!

To old to call it Regency. Rooms nad furniture demand quick refreshing. On the other side very polite and proffesional service.

Rooms are clean and prices at the bar and inside the restaurant not that expensive, close to airport and airport train station and have a mall next to it just 5 minutes walking

Room was Ok. Bar was slow and the bartenders were snippy.

Regency was supposed to be a 3 or 4 star hotel. Although they have a fancy lobby, they can only provide you a room similar to 2 star hotel. Our room was quite outdated. Some of the outlets in the room were not even working. We went to bed with only one electronic device being charged.

Good thing was their staff were very friendly and their buffet was quite good. Also, their shuttle service was also very convenient. If you do have to spend a night near the airport, this place was okay. You can t ask too much from a 100 euro hotel.

Very nice hotel for the money. We would definitely stay here again. The main room is well designed with a nice bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is completely smoke free!

A hotel of which I had better expectations. It is not as luxurious as it seems. The bar and the restaurant are good. The pool has ample hours. The attention is fine but they often forget what they are asked for

Frankly not the best for the Hyatt name, rooms with aged and discolored carpets, disheveled bathroom seal. cockroaches on the buffet ...

A meal tray remains on the landing from 17h to 22h30 ... for the price of the room the service is non-existent

Refrigerator doesn't work, dirty room, hallway noise and poor service.

Some employees were not smiling and we had the impression that they had no desire to work, too bad for such a beautiful establishment. The decoration is at the top. The cleanliness is poor in some places even if all is suitable. A good point is the bar which is very well located and very nice, I was greeted with my friend by a nice barmaid who was very professional.

Very close to the airport, it is an ideal place to leave luggage after a long flight or just before a connection.
There is a good buffet restaurant, and good a la carte cocktails.

Everything was perfect, the service, rooms and restaurants. The only problems was that the bathtub didn't have a good way to prevent the water from the shower to get out.

Good experience. The glass screen door was loose and can be dangerous if you hold it. The breakfast was great, especially the croissants. They're fresh and crispy.

Ideal to leave your car. Cheap + shuttle that takes you to the TGV Roissy every 20 minutes.

How long did you clean your bathroom? No smell of urine in the toilet. Even if I try to wash my hands, I can not stand it because of the bad smell. Be sure to double lock when in the room. Employee popped in. There is no drinking water in the room. I have a thermostat but I can not change it. The fitness center is not air-conditioned nor ventilated.

Rooms are ok. Breakfast was the worst I have seen in my life. And trust me I have seen a lot. Wanted to go to the gym but found out I have to go to a different building. Not a choice when temperature was 2. Shuttle to nearby boring mall.

Location is good and the facilities are generally good but not as expected from a brand like Hyatt.

We were a group of 50 people when we checked in, the rooms were not available till 5pm in evening. We have to wait in the lobby. They were under staffed on the counter.

Breakfast- is below average, you can get better taste at highway gas station.

Also, a bit more courtesy from staff can never harm.

It was good, but a pity that the choice at the end of service is not up to what we are told.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was really nice which leads me to why just four and not five stars. I booked a room for 3 people which I assumed would have a bed and a sofa bed but I shouldn't have assumed because I had to sleep in a chair. Thank goodness it was just for one night. Outside of this I would stay there again if I go back to Paris.

The place is really nice. The rest is to be done. The bedding is really top. The water area is very nice too. They perfectly understood how to pamper their client.

Free shuttle to/fro Terminal 2 Charles De Gaulle. The hotel has a pool and gym. Breakfast buffet includes instant noodles, lots of asian airlines crews stay there.

Great place close to the airport. Pampering rooms, an excellent restaurant and close to the airport mall. There is a shuttle bus every half hour from the airport to the hotel free of charge and travel time about ten minutes. The problem is that the hotel is about an hour away from the center of Paris and at the time of the pressure can be even more, so it is not suitable for those who want to be the center of attention. For those who want a quiet and convenient place with access to public transportation and facilities for business meetings it is quite appropriate. For those who want to vacation in the city center - a little less.

Because Im coming often on business trips to Paris my company puts me in this hotel. Have been coming here for almost 8years and i have to say, this hotel is loosing its stars more and more with each visit in m opinion. The rooms are soo plain, absolute lack of design. There is literally phone, chair, table and wardrobe. Where used to be pull out plugs is just hole in the table. No iron with ironing board. One glass to drink from. AC just working as a fan. According to the hotel nothing could be done about it. Food selection are limited and totally doesnt reflect French cuisine as a top. If i didnt have to, I wouldnt stay here.

Hotel looks still nice only in the lobby area.
Rooms are degrading continously. I was here 4 times (work related) and i could observe from 2010 till now the evolution.
What i could observe was how carpet was detached in some area in the room (maybe due to some flooding or excess usage?).
The closet had no doors anymore and not because originally did not exist, it was just because doors were detached due to usage/break.
3 power socket did not work. I thought my laptop died...well it wasn't so.
Heating...not the case. I felt many times that outside the room it was warmer. My colleague noticed about this to reception but she received an additional heater (probably ventilation did not work). I remember heating was an issue also on previous visit (not solved).
Ventilation, even not working (it was stopped), made a lot of noise. I barely could sleep...
I believe hotel needs urgent renovation. It doesn't look like a Hyatt or 4 star hotel anymore...

Super position. Airport and fair in couple minutes from this hotel...

Restaurant CAN, 40 covered for a room at 110 and have told you that it is complete! Never seen for professionals.
They tell you to eat at the bar but it's the same kitchen. They took me for a pigeon.

The hotel is huge with the big hall inside where you can sit at the bar. Have lunch or be in the lobby. I think the price it is very high in comparison to the old building and the quite old furniture and you see that the tiles are partly broken as well as the sink, toilette flush sometimes doesn't work and also the elan.
The dinner was great. We had big choice, tasted also great and prepared with passion. Breakfast was disappointing because milk and fruits were all the 3 days always empty when I came to get some. No fresh eggs. The were made with egg powder out of a frozen box.
Outside is quite less offer for freetime activities. Only industry area and the highway but bear to the airport and go on for working and business
In general I had a good stay but for private purposes I would book somewhere else

Rooms were not well lit, difficult to manage without proprler lightings

Room ok pity the pool is away from the hotel and poorly maintained

The buffet is plentiful and delicious, the meat should be the best I have eaten and the chocolate mousse: a killer!
