Expensive and don't even get a kettle in your room.
Not good value-for-money.

Amazing hotel, a bit of a shuttle ride from the airport, very close to an after-dinner shopping mall.

A renovation would be necessary, poor quality buffet for an excessive price.

Not at all in line with the name and number of stars, incompetent bar staff, poorly equipped rooms and especially in poor condition, broken equipment, very visible paintwork on the walls, visible trace of dirt on the equipment, a shame .

Hotel staff needs more training on customer service. It's missing a small touch to make customers welcome to the hotel.
I felt that my room had an express turn around. No mattress cover on the bed, big stain on it. It made me feel disgusted and uncomfortable to sleep there. I asked them to add another set of bed sheets on the bed and they brought them to my room and handed to me for my self to put it on the bed. I had to make my own bed on a 4 stars hotel. Is this great customer service?

Nice clean hotel. Good food and beer at the restaurant/bar.

PATHETIC breakfast for a 4 star. Nothing of normal fruit, only a salad of cut fruits so small that you do not even know that you are eating. Croissants are the only rich thing you can eat.

Check in Waiting for too long, the service staff is slow to process

We love the Hyatt but this location is showing its age a bit. The people and staff are very good and accommodating. We will stay here again, but do wish they could upgrade a bit.

Beautiful place, but a better care in cleaning is necessary. Rats can be seen frequently in this hotel.

Expensive. To have the hotel do my laundry It was cheaper to go out and buy new underwear than pay the hotel cost. The hot water was never consistent it would go from hot to cold without warning. The staff are all very nice. They will go out of their way to help. 20 euro for breakfast and around 40 euro for dinner for one person.

Nice hotel, close to the airport, rooms quite clean although very cold, both my colleague and I had to ask for a portable heater to heat the room (17 degrees)

Despite the air being working the room is very hot.

Decent hotel but in very desperate need of renovations.

Concierge was rude and unwilling to help. I tried to order food delivery but the employee at the store was unable to understand english. So I politely asked the concierge to help me to make the order but he rudely told me that he will not since I can order from the restaurant in the hotel. Unbelievable.

Location is good, similar to other airport hotels in the area, 15 min from airport. Bed was super comfortable.

Facilities near airport are good. But the shuttle is operated separately. Late at night shuttle is disconnected. I understand that the hotel is operated 24 hours a day by the Blue Line (?) Shuttle. It is also a way to get down from there.

Beautiful architecture, peace and tranquility despite the busy reception and bar.

This Hyatt Regency was very tastefully decorated with contemporary sculptures, modern art and used pleasant illuminating lighting everywhere. It is conveniently located near the airport and has excellent amenities: WiFi booths, comfortable common areas to recharge your cell phone, iPad or other personal electronic devices, a baby grand piano in the lobby, signature bathrobes & slippers, and hair dryers in each room. Their informative, efficient staff was well versed in international protocol and a pleasure to deal with.

I use this parking via a dedicated website to leave my vehicle during my trips via Roissy.
Safe parking, with gates, lots of places. Shuttles to T2.
I recommend.

The hotel had wonderful customer service. Great tasting food at a reasonable price. Good room service. And an over all luxurious and comfortable stay with comfortable beds and a spa. How wonderful.

I feel that I can stay at a reasonable price for the Hyatt Regency brand. There is a free shuttle from CDG. In addition, it seems that there is a patrol bus at a nearby shopping mall, so you can go out for meals without a car. There is no problem in the room. You can also watch NHK World on TV. The KingBed room I stayed in also had a bath tub. There is no shower curtain, and if you do not take care of the shower, the bathroom will be submerged. There was also a mitten for body wash. We included breakfast, but I think it is a good one. There are also cut fruit and yogurt. It seems that it is used by Korean Air, but because of that, kimchi and spicy cup ramen were also put. I did not eat, but I heard that the temperature of usable hot water was low and it was unsuitable for cup ramen.

Very well the only thing I regret is the paid parking

The hotel is nice. Food is not the great at the restaurant. Service is good. The long way into town from the train is ok but better to spend the money and be more into Paris.

The hotel was beautiful in the lobby and service was fine. However, it was disappointing to have some of the tile work in the bathroom that was not attached. The shower head was permanently fixed (although on a pole designed to be raised and lowered). It was also the first hotel we stayed in that did not have a mattress cover on it, with only a flat sheet. It appeared to be fancier than the room turned out to be.

Located near the airport, good for transit, but not suitable place if you are staying as it is very far away from city and takes around an hour or two to reach places of attraction.... The rooms are a bit small. Service is nice and food is ok. Nice place just for an overnight stay.

Hotel very well located to spend the night when you have a flight early in the morning the next day. The breakfast is very good, with a wide choice of salty and sweet. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, with a nice bathroom. The travel atmosphere begins as soon as you arrive at the hotel reception with the many crews of international airlines.

Room in poor condition. Hotel directly under landing path. Random towel arrangements make me think bathroom might not have been serviced.

A very nice hotel, between luxury and comfort. Good value especially for rooms with regency club access or fabulous food. The breakfast is gargantuan. The deluxe room is comfortable. The bed is of quality and King size. The hotel offers nice touches. Just a drawback hygiene review at the pool and jacuzzi.

The service is spectacular. The Hotel facilitates are well kept and set up nicely. The only issue is how far away it is from the center of Paris. Otherwise this is a top notch hotel.

Perfect nothing wrong with a dream holiday, the price is well worth it, the bus to the japan expo is right in front of the hotel and it takes 3-4 min to put us in front of the park, super convenient, thank you for this beautiful stay

Good location as it is away from city congestion. Nice hotel lobby, clean rooms.
Staff was good but were struggling to speak English. Car parking is chargeable so be careful about it.
Hotel will keep a deposit and will return when you check out, which I believe is the regular procedure in most of the Hotels in France.

The room service is not existent: I have been waiting for some water an extra pillow now for 50 minutes without any luck. The lady at check in was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Would definitely never stay here again. The only person that was great at this place was the concierge Mr Bang.

If you ask for a steak it will be medium whatever you ask for. Somtimes they even did not ask... Occasionally parts of the same dish were delivered in 15min intervals.

During breakfast 4 of us were waiting around 10 minutes for tea mugs. 10 min later first tray full of .... glasses arrived so I decided to go for orange juice instead... Also I was surprised some foods were changing its location on daily bases. So, if you want some bread you may have to look for it as it may be in 3 different locations depending on a day. Same with plates... (tip: look underneath the food displays, they are sometimes in the cupboards)

The bar- I could not complain but my colleagues believed they had different brand of g&t to what they ordered... my advice would be to be very specific when you order stuff.

Cleaning service, at least they understand what needs to be done; the rooms were tidy every day but that's kind of .... norm...

Btw the toilet flush button needs some tlc, as well. Works only when you press it from the left. Middle or right does not provide expected outcome ;) (if you know what I mean)

With minimum cost of 200/night - THE worst value for money.

Message to the management: please visit and spend some time in atahotel expo fiera in Milan
to understand 5* value for money.

Had a sweet and pleasant stay here. There is a shopping mall besides which makes it a more comfortable stay. Would recommend this to everyone

External structure that does not say much but as soon as you enter you find yourself in a spectacular hall. Perfect international breakfast. Good rooms. Slippery bathtub

losing speed. if the hotel has had its time, it seems today obsolete with a bunch of small defects, avatars on the walls in the bathrooms, it's not much but not the expected framework, we must redo all that. the food was good original and fine has become a restaurant lambda without personality, we wanted to cook the world and we got lost.

The staff is really very welcoming and nice, the room was a little dated but spacious, the extra bed was really a qualitative bed, the breakfast was exotic, hearty and delicious. The well maintained gym and the pool at the top.
