The hotel was beautiful in the lobby and service was fine. However, it was disappointing to have some of the tile work in the bathroom that was not attached. The shower head was permanently fixed (although on a pole designed to be raised and lowered). It was also the first hotel we stayed in that did not have a mattress cover on it, with only a flat sheet. It appeared to be fancier than the room turned out to be.
