Hotel staff needs more training on customer service. It's missing a small touch to make customers welcome to the hotel.
I felt that my room had an express turn around. No mattress cover on the bed, big stain on it. It made me feel disgusted and uncomfortable to sleep there. I asked them to add another set of bed sheets on the bed and they brought them to my room and handed to me for my self to put it on the bed. I had to make my own bed on a 4 stars hotel. Is this great customer service?
