Very nice hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms
Air conditioning unnable to set (full time in "city" mode) becoming an unconfortable temperature inside the bedroom. In addition, the windows cannot be openned because they are latched (blocked). Unfair ...
Beautiful hotel with amazing decor! Spacious and comfortable room. Despite the high price of breakfast and the restaurant, you will not regret it!
Quality hotel close to CDG airport. Food reasonable, nice bar, super comfy bed
A little pricey but proximity to airport is perfect for long layovers or connections at CDG. Great restaurant with buffet and separate bar.
A very nice hotel. Well connected. Well-equipped conference rooms. Very good meals. A nice restaurant. Good places for company training. Very nice and helpful service. Several parking spaces under the hotel free. Very nice garden. I recommend.
Although it is only possible to get close to the airport, it can not be compared with Japanese hotels.
I love this hotel. Especially the large glass roof where we find the restaurants
Bathroom layout design is really bad, one small glass panel covering only part of the bath tub, no shower curtain. Water gets on the floor. Towels and the hanger is far away from bath tub, access to toilet roll is not convenient when you need it.
The staff was great. The building is starting to show its age, and the tiny bodega shop was barebones. Great spot if you need a place to crash before or after a flight. RER access is pretty hit or miss around the hotel, might as well go back to CDG to catch an RER into the city.
To really avoid value for money to review. Private parking paying 19 90 24h too expensive. Room can modern Very dated And lack of space. Bathroom lacks element such as brush for toilets. And the most serious very slippery bathtub no security "I have slipped and hurt myself" after several reports did not seem to disturb them. Spa outside the hotel so can be convenient. Just the breakfast buffet and personal Au TOP. I do not recommend this 4 star hotel in addition.
Hotel very good but staff very disappointing. Not at all up to a 4 star.
Nice hotel, well equipped and nice rooms, lots of choice for breakfast. Shuttle service every 20 min for airport hotel transfers very well. Only downside the espresso at 3 50 a bit expensive for a coffee more than banal.
The pool really disappointed me, the jacuzzi did not work, pool old enough to do again.
Otherwise the room is too classy! the entrance of the hotel so beautiful.
Parking for Nickel airport, regular shuttle and fair price
Convenient hotel near CDG with shuttle to terminal 2 TGV. Checkin was a bit slow and room is a bit dated (lack of outlets, unconvenient wardrobe, etc).
Shinramyun, Kimchi, Kim, and rice are served at breakfast buffet
Worth joining the Vip club upgrade for early check & free breakfast & cocktails at club. Great after redeye flight!
Very beautiful architecture, great shuttle service to the airport. Nice and cozy atmosphere.
Very disapointed. Obliged to change rooms because the ventilation was too noisy and we could not turn it off. A pool very badly maintained and dirty. A breakfast with quantitative products but very low quality. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars and the price of the rooms is not justified considering the proposed service.
Old ... Hotel of the 80s not renovated ... To avoid
Really good restaurant, a bit crowded but really nice
Very friendly staff, excellent food for dinner and breakfast.
Our shower was broken band after calling them for 3 days they finally fixed it
Very good. Good location. Shopping close by. IKEA. Great food. Only the carpet that's a bit stinky but the room itself is fine. Very friendly staff.
Sauna and not working Jacuzzi not working.booked this hotel for good relaxing day.but not happy
Pleasant hotel, but don't appreciate Hyatt Globalist members properly. According to the hotel manager on duty, slippers and bathrobes provided in room are considered as an upgrade. Breakfast very modest, no salmon, no raw vegetables. The staff was kind.
Nice and clean hotel and great breakfast, but quite cold staff
Nice hotel and nice restaurant. However, it needs to be updated in some parts....
The proximity of Roissy CDG makes that there is a lot of noise. Restaurant with buffet good value for money. Spacious and clean room. Good bedding, bathroom with toilet inside. All a bit too expensive for me.
Nice place. Visited twice at company seminar. Toll parking. Varied catering.
There is a free shuttle from airport. There is a huge shopping mall within walking distance (1/2 mile). Hotel breakfast was good, but alcohol from hotel bar was high priced. 10 for a pint of beer!
This hotel has always kept a quality of hospitality and service up to its stars. It is an emotional link that I have with this hotel, indeed my company was the first company that settled in this area PN2 activity. And I had lived the construction of this hotel, its start and opening up to the neighboring VSEs. Its commercial at the time offered me prices compatible with the means of the engineers who came in formation in our BE. Currently I appreciate its generous setting and space and especially the cooking of its chef, to evacuate the stress of certain days of work ...
Perfect for business conventions, very comfortable and practical, customer service is also very good.
My room was dirty as was the hallway to get to it.
In the room the TV and the minibar did not work, I requested another room and they accommodated me in a much better, the service of the reception staff is great.
Very good there for a convention all the staff are great and we ate very well. Super frame .Bravo
Don't stay here. The shuttle is unreliable. The rooms are not clean. Only one staff member was helpful. The walls are thin. We got mis-information several times from staff. Not worth your time or money.
Although four stars, but more than two I would not give.
The hotel does not do justice to the four stars.
The rooms are not clean! The bathroom was not really cleaned. On the shower screen was missing the lower end, so you could wipe the bathroom after the shower almost completely wet again. Also the next day the bathroom was not really clean. Single lamps did not work. The carpet in the room is already wavy and not clean. The sockets are sometimes too loose.
In the restaurant we ordered two lasagna. These were "cold" inside. After the complaint, these were again scattered with cheese and probably warmed up in the microwave.
Conclusion:
Quality is definitely different, at best two stars and this, because the front desk was very friendly!
Nice big room.
Nice and comfortable.
It isvonly for one night , hower the room are very well equipped and spacious , there is variety in food but some of it is not tasty
Great helpful staff especially Alice at the front desk!
Very good and well complete hotel. Rooms om carpets and a bit old fashioned decor. Great facility!
Atrium very friendly, friendly and friendly space and breakfast very correct
This is a very nice hotel. There is a free shuttle from the airport. The receptionist are always very polite and speak English and French very well. The lobby is large and also the main area for the bar and restaurant. Breakfast offers a large buffet and is very good. The rooms are nice, not large but comfortable. The girl is near the aeroville mail and the town of roissy. Nice place to stay for a layover.
Room is spacious, clean and comfy. The hotel is set up very nice has hammocks, koi pond, bar, spa, gym and the restaurant was amazing. Not one bad meal in the 5 times I had dinner and 7 times I had breakfast.
The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
Five stars for hard working people to make you feel at home. Frankly the manager, all the staffs are too kind and smiling! The pool and breakfast were a little disappointing but you can not complain.
Hotel viellisant, rooms not clean, lifts down, for a four-star is very limited.
Rooms are okay, however the hotel is run very poorly. Shuttle takes hours to find and doesn't run often. Checking in takes forever because the staff isn't very competent. Bathroom toilets have stains on them. It's okay for the price I guess, but it's not a great or even a good hotel.
Great stay. Free shuttle to CDG. Breakfast was good too
The rooms are not clean, I called the house keeping 3 times to clean that and no one showed up. Hair all over the bathroom.
I checked in before daylight, having traveled over 8 hours I went straight to sleep. I thought it was peculiar that upon first arrival in my room it was extremely hot so I tried to adjust the thermostat. There was a must in the air as well. Unfortunately, the hot room woke me up and it was now daylight and I was able to see it was apparent the bathroom toilet hadn t been cleaned. I Immediately took pictures and reported my findings to the front desk receptionist. I felt she was not very friendly of enthusiastic about fixing the problem. Her energy was sluggish and mute. Because of this I requested accommodations for my inconvenience in the sum of points for the two nights I paid for. I also ask to speak with a manager. She quickly dismissed the other employees titled and said he s just a supervisor. I was appalled when I walked away after the supervisor changed my room the receptionist was laughing! The rooms and front desk service needs improvement.
THE GOOD: Well-managed and surprisingly luxurious for an airport hotel, the Hyatt Regency Paris Charles de Gaulle seemed well-managed hotel with some great amenities - shuttle service ran frequently and driver was courteous and on-schedule, the pool and sauna were well maintained and remained open till 11pm, and the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. I was very impressed with the front desk agents I interacted with, especially their clarity in explaining the amenities and benefits available to me upon checkin, which helped me fully enjoy everything this hotel had to offer.
THE BAD: Overall I had a great stay, the only nick-picky blemishes didn't bother me, but are worth noting for future improvement: I asked for a kettle delivered to my room and came back to an iron and ironing board -- "ironic" since an iron and ironing board came standard in the closet (pun intended). The breakfast buffet closed at 10am, which may be acceptable for a business hotel but I thought for an airport hotel with guests keeping somewhat unusual hours due to flights and jet lag, that at least the a-la-carte menu should be made available beyond "normal" hours. The omelet station was excellent but chef didn't know what spinach was -- a list of available toppings might be helpful to both guests and staff alike. Old Portico bath amenities are still being used at this hotel - hopefully they will roll out the new amenities soon in line with other Hyatt properties.
ELITE SPECIFIC: I was pleasantly surprised upon checkin at 9:30pm that the Regency Club would stay open till 11pm and that cocktail and hors d'oeuvres were served until 10:30pm. Elite breakfast was usually served in the Club but during the holidays we were invited to eat at the Apollo Restaurant and Diamond members were entitled to an American Breakfast. In addition to Diamond welcome amenity (which I chose points), a bottle of Evian and a pear tart were waiting for me in my room, with a handwritten welcome note.
THE BOTTOM LINE: I decided to stay here to make getting to the airport and catching my flight easier and was pleasantly delighted by the amenities and service level at this hotel. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here again.
HELPFUL TIPS: Coming from Hyatt Regency Etoile, I took the Air France Les Cars shuttle bus (16 Euro one way, ticket purchased online) to Terminal 2, then walked over to the TGV station, up to Level 5 to catch the Hyatt CDG shuttle.
THE FINE PRINT:
Room type: Regency Club room
Elite status: Diamond
Date stayed: Dec 30, 2013
Rate type: Paid stay

Friendly staff! The hotel itself is in dire disrepair. Old, dirty, mildew and mold in bathrooms that are falling apart. The hotel should have a 1 star rating. Air conditioning, elevators not working. Rugs In the room are disgusting! One one the worst hotels I ever stayed in.
The only saving grace is the staff, especially the front desk!
Bulldoze the hotel and do everyone a favor. Can believe it's a Hyatt!
Nice hotel on the surface. Room felt 'cheap', no coffee pot, tv didnt work, several light bulbs burned out, 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, one small soap for two people, two small towels for myself amd my wife, stains on carpet. I've stayed at better truckstop motels in poor areas. Lobby was great though....
Food was delicious, rooms at the level of a Travellodge, telephone could not be repaired in 36 hours, shower hose was broken, so only minimal water came from the shower head. Bed extremely hard and no additional support could be provided. Overall for a Hyatt a disappointing stay
Problem of organization of shuttles for the airport
Run down and lacking the quality associated with the Hyatt brand. Mould and dirt in the shower. Carpet pulling into rolls over the floor. WiFi dropping out. Shower head broken and unusable. Cleaners entered room without knocking at 8am. Bed was comfortable.
Great hotel, welcome with a smile, a hotel that looks no shame but wow. We go back and we are not surprised ... We believe in a serre the height and the plants are a lot great frame, good card and breakfast a delight. The room very large. I advise everyone.
Nothing to say, very clean, good cooking dishes and lots of choice.
pl do some breakfast menu change for indian turiest
Pleasant establishment. Welcoming team.
General atmosphere rather good.
Hello
I am extremely surprised that in a 4 * hotel, we can find on the wall plugs that no longer hold, "T" still on the wall that were used at one time to hang a frame.
It only takes a few minutes, but the most serious is especially CLEAN in the bathroom.
The house is not right next to the door, I closed the door sanitary I will not have, and the last door, hairs, hair ....
I find it limited when we think that the household is normally done and more control.
We are talking about a 4 * !!!.
I will not extend either on the heating blower which is reduced to a minimum, will make more noise than the boing that will pass over you.
The top, the hotel is well insulated.
I will talk about my experience because the price of the room, we really expect something else.
Christel.
Very close to the airport aeroville shopping center, the swimming pool is great, and there is a surf bath.
Great hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. Recommended !!!
