I had a wonderful experience and the service was perfect to the point
Fantastic hotel convenient to all the historic attractions in old town Philadelphia
Extremely helpful staff made our work event fantasti, and the food from the Rope and Anchor was delicious!
Great location, but not great quality rooms (esp. low quality towels, funky smell from the AC, and stains on the shower curtain).
Great location. Within walking distance from many or the historic sites of Philadelphia.
Amazing views of the city or the river. Within walking distance of many attractions, park and pier.
Where to start? Called to make a reaervation, made one and got signed up for rewards. Was told we got the executive suite. Arrived at the hotel, it was very busy. Got our keys, got to our "executive suite"on the 11th floor. Wasn't the suite at all. It was a regular room. Went and talked to front desk and they said they didn't have any suites available so they moved us up to the 14th floor. Still no suite, but got a "better view". For $200+ you would think the rooms would be nicer. Not to mention the furniture was all beat up. As well as our mini fridge was hot and not in working order. Including the ice vending on the 14th floor was not working. Not pleased. Oh and it's $30 to self park for 24 hours.
Incredible service and attentiveness to guests. I have stayed here many times and it is my number one choice when I'm in the area.
BEST NEW YEAR CELEBRATION PLACE EVER!!!!! service was phenomenal. Me and my guest have the ultra VIP lounge and we were treated like celebrities. Will be back next year
It s the Hilton at Pennsylvania Landing, what would you expect?
Very well located but terrible attention to the client and very dirty rooms
Nice lobby and fast elevators. Only went in to get a view from the top floor, but there were no windows from the halls :(
Booked my reservation 3 months ago. I stopped in early, about 10:30 am and they confirmed my king bed room was not ready, which was 100% understandable and expected so I stored my bags and went to my meetings for the day. Upon returning at 10:30 pm to check in and get some rest, they said they had no rooms left and offered me a small cot, in a meeting room. I left for a proper bed at the Courtyard Marriott at the Navy Yard, 100% better.
The rooms were clean and well kept and the hotel was in a good location.
Great view! The staff were good. Rooms clean, nice restaurant with good food
The Hilton on the Delaware is a Philadelphia mainstay and once again lived up to our expectations. The breakfast is amazing and you can't sit at that bar without having fun and enjoying a really well prepared drink. The view from our 16th floor hotel room was spectacular; both in the morning sunrise and evening sun sunset. My only criticism, and this is a well deserved criticism, is that only two of the four elevators were in operation the entire four days we stayed. This condition was extremely problematic for a hotel this size to manage people getting to and from the floors of their hotel rooms. This is not expected from a Hilton hotel and was a talk of many of the guests were staying there.
Nice clean hotel. Next time I will ask for river side room. Noise of freeway is a bit too much. Bring a fan to cancel noise.
Great place to stay, clean and the views of the city and waterfront are fantastic.
Beautiful location with good food and bar at your service

Stay away they bill you for charges regardless of whatever you tell them. Spoke to management about specific charges and after I check out I look at my statement and what I thought was ok and then an hour later I get charged for additional charges via email
Same on them bad business
Double booked my friend's wedding and copped an attitude.
Lovely room with fantastic views. The staff is gracious and helpful.
Second time staying here. The hilton at penn's landing is my favorite place to stay when visiting philadelphia. The bar manager Jeffrey is fantastic. Very knowledgeable of things to do and places to see. Him and the bartender were very sociable and pleasant. The rooms are comfy and the views of the city are outstanding. Makes me never want to leave! Can't wait to call this city my home.
Found pubic hairs on soap rack in our bathroom that was supposedly sanitize bathroom. One of the pillows on my bed was ripped and the skirt on one of the beds was ripped. All in all my stay was comfortable enough and the staff was friendly.
Awesome Sauce Customer Service!!! The Views of The Penns Landing Waterfront are Beautiful and Unbelievable
Great location and hotel. Ask for a view like this one on 19th floor
Now this was a pleasant stay on the 21st floor!!! The view was amazing!!
Great location and friendly staff. Would stay again
Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again unless absolutely necessary. I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond Member and the check in was transactional and cold. The bar service at the restaurant was slow and unattentive and food and drinks were less than average. The room was a typical room. Two stars are for the bed/bed sheets and the friendly woman who checked me out & have me my final bill at the desk.
Everything was very clean and everyone was professional. Only problem was the room kinda smelled weird, but overall good experience
The places were nice and so are the people but I have to say it was really crowded by the roller rink but that was just my time of but that was just the time I was there but everything else was awesome
Everything was great and the eagles won the super bowl
I ve always had good experiences staying at a Hilton. However, this past weekend was a different experience. Not sure if there was an event but there were so many younger people there. They were loud through the night. Guests were smoking marijuana on the floors. Guests were loud and fighting in the rooms. The experience was awful. I couldn t get a good nights sleep. The thing of it is that I specifically asked the front desk for a room away from the chaos. Instead, they put me right near the disruptive guests. I ll never again stay at a Hilton. I think staying at a shady looking hostel would ve been a better experience.
If you want to be treated poorly go to this hotel. The staff is incredibly disingenuous. They have many issues with fraud in the community and treat everyone in a suspicious way. I'm a Hilton Gold Member and purchased 2 executive level rooms. This was very unexpected and the only horrible experience I have ever had with Hilton hotels.
Thanks only way to park that I saw was in their own garage. At $18 when we were meeting up in the lobby that seemed a little steep.
Otherwise a nice location!
Because of the breakdown of the cheese, the breakfast omelet was so delicious with the cheese flavor. I stayed on the 15th floor and the view was so good.
It's a beautiful place to stay and have events business weddings etc.
Oh you'll love them the place is wonderful the morning staff is wonderful be careful of the night manager
The bar was nice, but the band was...not. It almost made us want to leave.
Romantic night out for sure. Great food. Chill atmosphere
Nice location and exceptional hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Great location, love spruce St harbor right next to the hotel in the summer.
Venue was very nice and clean. Staff were nice. Food was limited and subpar
My stay at the Hilton in Philadelphia was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. The service was wonderful and made me feel at ease. I had a wonderful time staying here, I strongly recommend this hotel. Five stars.
We had a corner room on the 9th floor. The views were amazing
In real life, I think a human viking would easily kill an eagle. I mean, vikings had tools. From arrows to swords. Eagles only have talons and a beak. eagles can fly though. I wish I could fly.
Restaurant, Hook & Anchor was very good! Did not stay at hotel yet but will definitely consider for future stays.
Nice place. Centrally located on the water within walking distance to museums, Liberty Bell and endless variety of restaurants and bars.
We stayed in an extremely comfortable room with a king bed on the fifth floor, harbor side. Room service was very quick; despite them sounding very busy, our meals were ready I'm a half hour. The breakfast was fantastic and worth getting too!
Very professional staff, clean and inviting. Parking situation was not the best, but otherwise a very nice place
Outstanding location with lots to do during "the season"...bars, hammocks, food on the pier. Room was very well appointed, staff very attentive. Looking forward to a return visit!
Attended a wedding and reception at the hotel. Fabulous food and service!!
I didn't like that every little thing cost money. I stayed at a cheaper hotel and it had free breakfast and free WiFi. This hotel didn't even have either.
Nice hotel, but needs a bit of attention for small details, like one of our towels was with stains, and some small details. But the bed is very good and the place is decent clean.
The organization and promptness of the staff during our large-scale corporate event was exceptional. All meals and snacks were displayed beautifully, on time, and always at the right temperature.
Clean hotel with a a view of the river. Easy walking to the Liberty Bell and American Revolution Museum too.
Very close to old city and has a great view of the city skyline
Great place to stay when you're coming in from out of town
Nicely renovated meeting rooms. Light and sorry, with great views and staff. Location is very nice.
I have stayed here on 5 different occasions from back in 2010 till this last trip this year 2019. Every time we stayed, it was very nice.
And as always you get 100% of what you believe you are getting at a Hilton. It s a nice place right on the river. The price is very good for this type of property...
The baddest experience I've ever had. If you are smart please heed to this advice and do not stay at this place. You have to pay 35 dollars for parking which they do not tell you. You have to pay for a microwave if you want one. We spent 300 dollars on the room and the staff treated us like dirt. We both work in the service industry and know how to talk to people but this place is outrageous. I wish I could put negative stars. I never complain but I will never go there again.
No early check-in had to wait till it was exactly4 to get a room , plus staff don't really make u feel welcome,
We went there for my brother's wedding after his reception it was a nice atmosphere and the bar was a good area to meet friends and family
Unclean, bad housekeeping, bad customer service, worst experience, night mare
An average Hilton property. Rooms are on the small size. Great views of the riverfront. Need to offer food from the restaurant later in the evening. While polite staff is not overly knowledgeable about the area.
The hotel was better than what we expected. The gym is 24 hour and the pool is nice overall. However, the sauna room could be a little hotter.
Coordination of events was excellent. Food was decent but nothing too crazy good
Excellent!!!! My husband and I stayed there one night and we couldn t ask for more. The views from the room are beautiful. The price is very fair and comparable to hotels in the city that have no views whatsoever . We will be back!!!
Hotel was nice. Room was just okay. Not especially clean.
