I was satisfied with my stay front desk staff was friendly and helpful

I can't speak to the rooms as I was attending an event located in the hotel. The hotel monitors can be accessed to show you the location of your event and hot to get there from your current location which is wonderful for someone unfamiliar with the hotel. Also the hotel is located minutes away from downtown Rosemont which has great food and plenty to do.

Amazing staff, great hotel, very accommodating. See you for next year's MFF!

Very nice hotel for the 7 hours I spent sleeping there.

Rooms in the executive suites are very pleasing but the WiFi was very bad in signal.

Don't ever ask a man TJ for help at this hotel, he was very rude and disrespectful towards my friend and i when trying to solve our payment issue for our hotel. Then made everything way more complicated for us than it needed to be

Room was clean, hotel layout was lovely, staff was great. They charge for parking which is vaguely irritating. But overall you're getting what you pay for, and I would definitely come back.

So happy with this hotel, on time friendly shuttle. Welcoming, helpful front desk staff and a cheerfully awesome lady at the lounge. My room is spotless and spacious, I love it, food is excellent. I look forward to my next few days here.

Phenomenal stay. The front service staff were super kind and helpful (Joy in particular). Corner room was amazing with a ginormous TV with chromecast on it along with great huge windows. The bathroom soap products were some of the best I ve ever used also!! Highly recommend

Great hotel, but close to Airport means it's very noisy during the night time untill 1am. At, 4am the flight started again. I would suggest only consider the airport hotel if you need to catch a very early flight tomorrow

Good, comfortable rooms and beds. Staff tried to get us to pay more than we had to on 3 different occasions and even had to call after to get charges off the bill we didn't create.

Small rooms for a king, but fairly well laid out. A lot of ballroom and side room space to use for groups, and workshops.

Great shower, comfortable bed, in-hotel restaurant and bar uninspiring. Perfectly fine place to spend a night after a cancelled flight.

Nice place, rooms are smaller than other area hotels and the elevators can be a hassle if there is a convention going on

Attended a work conference at this hotel. We were in the grand ballroom. The cooling was a little stuffy and couldn't seem to keep up with everyone in the room. Restrooms are quite far from the ballroom. Otherwise it was a fairly average venue and served it's purpose

Incredibly professional and helpful staff. I attended a multi day work event and there were always refreshments readily available. The ballrooms are clean and well furnished. I haven't had a bad experience here

Great Hotel to stay if you have a conference at the Donald E Stephens Hotel next door. My mom went to the Pri-Med conference there this past October and enjoyed the quality of the rooms and overall look of the hotel. I would also recommend this hotel to anybody who is stranded at Chicago O'Hare overnight if their flights are canceled/ extremely delayed for whatever reason.

They have a shuttle that takes you directly to the terminal.

Very interesting layout of the building. The prices for there granola bar is $5 so beware

Clean rooms and a nice open atrium give a good first impression. The staff was very expedient when prepping for an ambulance arrival and they helped direct traffic to continue to serve guests

I attended a convention at the Donald E Convention Center that also had some events in the Hyatt. The staff and rooms that were used were excellent and I go back every year.

The room has been great! The staff has been friendly and accommodating. The food has also been really good.

I stay at this hotel 5 to 10 weekends a year for conventions, conferences and as a mid way point between my home and the city. The service is always wonderful and the staff are nothing but smiles and the rooms are always on point. The buffet and red bar are easy to access and krep their menus fresh and diffrent plus many other restaurants will deliver here without issue making it simple to get food at this location. This is my home away from home, my go to for friends and family and hands down my favorite hotel thanks to its amazing service and consistent high quality!!

2nd year at this hotel in early July. Clean, helpful staff, great location, reasonable rates.

They charge $32.00 a day for parking! You already pay a good deal for a room! This parking charge is not specified before you get there. Horrible policy! It should be known before booking a room that there will be an additional cost for parking to paying guest so you can include this cost in to the cost of your trip. I will never stay here again. Lots of hotels close by that validate parking for their paying guests. Then they act like you don t inform them that you are bringing your furry friends. When you have multiple emails that prove you do. They speak to a 13 year old child to say that you will be fined $100.00 for not telling them about your dogs. When you prove you did tell them, their story changes and they say that the child misunderstood. THEN they charge you not once but THREE times for a pet fee. The refrigerator in the room didn t work. The balcony door would lock you outside. They suggested that you just not shut the balcony door while outside. And not use the lock on the balcony door EVER. Not very secure to not be able to lock the outside balcony door to your room. But they did refund the pet fee. Which by all rights they should have. However the maid (Maria) was an absolute delight. So friendly. And a smile that was contagious. She kept our room very clean. She was the only thing good about our stay at this hotel.

I always love coming back to the Hyatt, the level of accommodation for our event is top notch and the venue is one of my favorites.

Clean room, comfy bed, and close to the airport, but bring ear plugs due to the train and plane noises.

Accomadations and staff made the.stay very enjoyable.

I m giving this place a 2 star rating because from checking in to checking out this place was horrible the clerk by the name of Brian was rude by telling my wife and I that we had to step aside so that he can Service a guest in a whole different line and when I asked him why do I have to step aside for someone who was in a whole different line his answer was that I should understand that the person was more of a priority then me so when I spoke to the manager all she said was that she was sorry and after she was finished investigating that she would contact me later that day fine but guess what it s a new day and when I called them after check out I was told that all of the managers are off today lol what a scam
2nd the cleaning crew did not clean my bathroom properly so why my wife had to clean the bathroom out so that could take a shower and brush our teeth the tub was dirty the sing wasn t properly clean and there were BAND AID WRAPPINGS on the floor not to mention a leaking fridge oh and did I mention that the safe was locked and they never sent any one to our room to handle any of the complaints SOOOOO as we checked out I mentioned all of these events to the person at the front counter and the guy just kind of tried to brush us off by giving u a free coffee but then mentioned to us that oh yeah you was suppose to receive this free coffee upon check-in any ways lol what a joke
Now on to the driver who refuse to drop me off at my boarding zone how rude the driver was supposed to do 4 stops ours being the last one and that s fine but the problem occurred after the driver dropped off all of the other passengers now my wife and myself were the only black people in the van now after all of the other passengers are out he tells me and my wife that we had to get out and walk all the way down to our boarding area so I asked him why can t we ride all the way to our destination his reply was because that is what we suppose to do so I said I m not going to do that he then took my luggage out the bus and set it out on the street and Tod us that we had to exit the bus an airport security officer even asked him and he never replied so when I told Joseph the driver that I was filling a report on home for RACIAL PROFILING us he then tells me most his friends are black then snatches my bag out of my hand and proceeds to put my luggage back on the bus so at that point I said no thanks you never really wanted us on the bus in the first place so we good we will walk
the only thing the only good thing that I can say about this place is the coffee shop the employees in the coffee shop was very nice to my wife and I

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Service , room, and parking were great!

The front desk was personnel excellent. Very warm and friendly welcoming. Also shared information about the city with us. Loves her job!!!

Close to ORD. Decent shuttle schedule. Nothing spectacular. No water bottles. No view. Decent but basic rooms.

Nice rooms. Good professional facilities. Stellat bar. But I think it's time that wireless service is provided and expected to be reliable and not a premium charge for better service.

I caught a deal by surprise for one night at $99.00. The hotel is a bit more than $99.00 any other time or week or month unless you book far out in advance and get something, but even with what they normally charge for a night, it's worth it's price. Do not be fooled once you get in there. It really is luxurious once you get into a room there.

Very nice place to stay. Drink prices at the bar are pretty out of control. 6.75 for a bud light bottle.

Would recommend to anyone staying. Great open layout design. Circular glass elevator. Clean room.

My son and I went to Anime Midwest. I was well done, but a bit confusing finding things. Restaurant was expensive but ok. $30 for two chicken strips and fries meals.

Supersized TVs
Unique interior from the 80s still looks trendy

CONS:
Uncomfy bed, very rigid and not plush
Non eco friendly bath products
High price for quality
Poor restaurants in the vicinity
Outdated bathrooms

Valet parking is ridiculously expensive but self parking in the garage was half the price due to the event we were attending. While our event wasn't ery well marked for us to know where we go the girl behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. There was another event going on next door to our room and you could hear things through the wall. Overall I had a good experience but it's not like I would highly recommend the place to someone for an event.
