Everything about the hotel was great however i booked a single bed for two adults and was given two full size beds. I attempted to talk to someone at the front desk and they said that they were booked for the night and they couldn't help me even though i booked weeks in advance. I then proceeded to call the 800 number and was told that there were multiple rooms available. When i told the representative on the phone my situation and asked if she could help me she told me that "there was a system error and everything was booked" and there was nothing else she could do. This was not how i wanted to spend the first night of my honeymoon. I would be totally understanding if there was an issue and the employees apologized, or offered us some sort of complimentary service or discount towards a future stay. However we hardly received an appology and it seemed as though they were covering their tracks with the excuse of the hotel being booked. I'm very disappointed and will not stay here again due to the customer disservice.

This hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Parking is expensive. I didn't care for the walk ways to the rooms. Just seemed like someone could go over the edge and fall if they were not paying attention. Entrances were blocked off during my stay. The TVs in the room are huge. Rooms were clean.

It is a nice place for an event. My only complaint was that the rooms werent clearly marked. But I think that is on the show runners and not the venue. A nice place and would go there again for sure.

Friendly staff. Quiet, clean rooms. The place is huge with plenty of areas to sit and read including one area with a domed skylight. The lower level has as a coffee shop with a large selection of snacks, from salads to junk food and drinks and is open from 6am to midnight.

A well equipped gym, executive wing, business center and airline crew lounge is included.

Hotel staff was very kind, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the people at the front desk didn't seem to know what they were talking about. We had booked an executive double in the Regency Club (includes free breakfast, appatizers and access to an exclusive lounge in the lobby plus some other stuff) and when our cards didn't open the door to the regency club we went to the front desk to correct the problem. The desk clerk tried to tell us that we didn't have access to the lounge and that access to the regency club was only available if you booked an executive single room. She then told us that if we could show proof that we had booked the regency club she would correct the problem and proceeded to ignore us while we dug through our phones looking for emails and confirmation numbers. Luckily for us a manager walked by and overheard the problem and told his employee that her information was wrong and that we did in fact book a regency club double and then he corrected the problem. So that was an unnecessary and stressful problem on there part. The only other problem we had was that the food was very expensive and it wasn't up to par with the prices we paid for it. The Regency club breakfast was a big let down and I've seen better complimentary breakfast at value inn's. Other than that though, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice! With a more experienced staff, and better food quality this hotel would score a 5 star in my book any day.

Visited for a convention. Suffers hotel water like pretty much everywhere else (you know, that kind where the water seems to make everything stick to you funny and messes with your soap), but the rooms were clean, had a great TV, and decently comfortable beds. Slept fairly well even though there was lots of noise from the convention at all hours.

Very centrally located airport hotel. Quiet and nice professional service! Also room service! Breakfast buffet excellent! Restaurants & shopping in the house and nearby. Small but clean rooms & bath! Shuttle service to the airport!

People should know that there are several Hyatt properties with shuttles that go to O'Hare airport and neither the drivers nor the hotel phone operators make clear which shuttle goes to which hotel.

It's a big hotel but they don't have a pool! I saw a picture in a hallway that they did once have a pool but who knows what happened to it. I think this hotel is made for conferences and events not so much as a family vacation type.

I have attended a number of events at this hotel, and their results are consistently underwhelming. On a checklist they would do fine. The rooms are clean, the food good, etc. However there is a general feeling of indifference. Staff never stretch to get that fifth star. No one is rude, but no one is helpful. If you book a suite to wine and dine potential clients you can bet that the cops will show up sooner than later, without ever getting a call from the front desk first. It's very much a "don't show up before four, sit down, shut up, get out by ten" kind of place.

The front lobby smells like the carpet needs to be steamed it smelled funny, but everything else was down as rooms go. The breakfast needs improvement soggy hash browns and runny eggs were not the best super dry toast.
