Hyatt Regency Greenville Reviews

The hotel in all is a nice place! Convenient location to almost anything you can think of. Friendly staff and comfortable beds and pillows. I was disappointed in the AC. It couldn t cool past 73 degrees, but wasn t a huge deal. The bathroom was not as clean as I would hope for. Mildew on the shower head and a dirty tub if you pull the mat back. Also, beware of the prices at the bar.. $30 for two shots of tequila!

I stayed at the Hyatt earlier this month between 7th till the 10th while I was there for a conference. The hotel was nice and in a good location no complaints there. Once I checked out I got a charge for $4 for a bottle of water that I never consumed. I was shocked that a Hyatt would wrongfully charge a guest. I will now have to call the hotel to have the charges refunded. Such a pain to have to waste time on this and have to waste the staff's time. Also the TV would just not turn on the light would just keep blinking indicating that it was turning on but never did. Also the ceiling for the showers were incredibly short so tall people beware if you're over 6ft.

We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and loved it. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only thing missing was a hair dryer, but I'm guessing that was just a small oversight.

I go for the Starbucks inside which is amazing. They know me by name and know my orders. The entire staff is great and always friendly.

Nice and clean. Very close to downtown restaurants and businesses.

I went to Roost to eat. I heard so much about it. The service was very slow my meal was warm at best and the menu very limited

The hotel is right on Main street in downtown Greenville, within walking distance of just about everything. The room was great, as was the service the whole time we were there.

For the locals this is a good place to drink at orb lounge or if you need to rent a conference room. Staff is nice

Nice hotel, but not a four star hotel. Lady at the front desk wasn't rude, but not friendly either. Hotel bar closes early as well.

Beds are very comfortable. Complimentary fridge was provided upon request. Located right in the heart of downtown Greenville, there's a lot of things to see, do and eat within short walking distance.

Christmas tree displays were beautiful. Multi-floor event with DJ and live band was beautiful and well done.

Came for a conference but was unable to stay at hotel as it filled up. Conference was very nice. Appreciated that ice water was in most rooms.

Friendly staff. The rooms have hardwood floors, which is a must in every hotel room. Central location makes it a cinch to enjoy the town

Always clean and the staff professional. Even when a dance competition has the place packed and hectic! Great job

Nice and welcoming people. Have various conference rooms available. Great ambiance and atmosphere. Love that they have a resturant in house. Great location in downtown. I also love the indoor water scenery.

Went to the Hyatt for a professional event. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The interior and decor was very nice and elegant with a charming water fountain and tons of natural light. I hear the in house kitchen is delicious, but didn't get to try it out.

Stayed here for a work conference. Totally fine and what you'd expect from a Hyatt Regency. The restaurant is actually pretty good for a hotel restaurant. All the staff I've encountered were very helpful and friendly. My room smells a little musty and like it used to be a smoking room.

An absolutely beautiful location in downtown Greenville plenty of sites and shops within walking distance and great restaurants as well.

Me and my family stayed at this Hyatt Regency of Greenville and we all really enjoyed it. The rooms were nice,clean and the beds were extremely comfortable not to mention all the nice fresh clean linen each day and it was very quiet. Everyone associated with the hotel was very helpful. Outstanding service over all and I would recommend this Hyatt Regency to everyone

We love the Hyatt - dropped in for drinks at the bar and to view the Christmas Tree displays recently. We like the cosmopolitan atmosphere, and the architecture of the lobby. Overnight stays and The Roost restaurant are very enjoyable also.

Upon entering our room we found a dirty glass in the bathroom. Two female bartenders ignored the entire time. The only bartender that waited on us took forever to notice us and didnt know the drinks on his drinks menu. Found a curly hair in tub that was not ours and used soap with hair on it in the tub. Gross! NEVER EVER EVER will I stay there. Coming up on 24 hrs to hear back from management from my email I sent last night. The HyattCorp office did respond and gave great service. Locally - awful.

Worst hotel to stay In bad customer service and takes forever to get cofeee brought up to room and food sucks for room service and no movies on tv to rent no refrigerator no microwave takes 30 mins to get car after valley service in room they lose ur keys takes forever to find them the place for a horrible complains about points and rewards all the time bad experience there twice never go again

The Starbucks there is quick. Run by a manager named Craig who does a great job. Employees are friendly and courteous.

Is the Hyatt regency is even better when is not your dollar

Great hotel and conference center right in the heart of downtown Greenville. Quick walking distance from a huge selection of restaurants and nightlife. The rooms were well cleaned and the staff was genuinely friendly. Will gladly stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel right in the middle if everything. We walked around a lot, but the hotel had many things going on as well. The room was clean with nice views. I only stayed one night but would come back again.

Love the downtown location. Easy parking next door. You can walk to great places. Starbucks on property. Inviting public spaces.

Wonderful place. Guest liked the large room and enjoyed the pool and appreciated the friendly, professional staff. The experience was excellent so i will definitely stay there again!

I really enjoyed the helpfulness of the hotel staff, and the service team of the Roost restaurant. I also loved the holiday displays and seasonal music classics.

I visited to see the festival of trees, and it was a great Christmas activity

The room was very accommodating. It had a roll in shower and bars. The staff was very kind and helpful.

This hotel is a nice and mainly clean hotel. The entry area is welcoming and the staff was helpful. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the floors in each of the rooms were converted over to laminate flooring. And about 3:30 in the morning coming from the bathroom I noticed it was really slippery but not until I was laying on my back.

The Hyatt is in a lovely location so close to shopping and the adventures of downtown Greenville. It's a great place to visit.

I stayed at the Hyatt while on a work trip. I was in one of the newly renovated rooms. While it was extremely comfortable and I loved the motion sensor lights below the bed, the bathroom doors slide together and did not latch correctly. There is an outdoor pool, but no hot tub.

Awesome atmosphere and fantastic Christmas tree display this year as well as every year this time. We so enjoyed every artistic creation and expression and would recommend the experience to everyone. If you get a chance to visit you will not be disappointed!

What a freaking rip-off. I've stayed in a Comfort Inn that I liked better. The room was tiny, the bathroom doesn't even have a counter. The TV stand looks like it was used for a chopping block, and there was garbage in the closet.

Came out of the elevator onto the 6th floor, and the smell could knock you back. Somewhere between old coffee grounds and something that died.

You have to circle the block to get to the parking next door at the public garage. There are SO many better places. I recommend you pick one. I was supposed to stay for 2 days but I cut my visit short

My family and I loved the complimentary meals and the employees were very professional and cordial on dividing the times for the pools and fitness room. They are pet friendly and the guests had some interesting breeds that came through. We will definitely be coming back.

Been here since Wednesday night and we love this hotel. If you get a standard room you have the inside view the only thing I don't particularly like is the offices on the other side, if you open your window you can look directly into them other than that I love it
