Overview: 4 star hotel in name with 2 star rooms.

Pro: Location (beautiful walking boulevard in downtown), lobby with fountain.
Cons: Uncomfortable low ceiling rooms. I felt claustrophobic in this small room.Rooms look boring, small bathroom with small bathtub. Old warn-out carpets. Weird unpleasant odor everywhere. No breakfast included. You pay for parking.

Location, location, location. At the top of main street for a perfect stroll down 6 blocks of quaint restaurants and shops right down to the Reedy River. Kind staff and exceptionally clean room with luxury vinyl flooring for an extra clean feel.

Good clean rooms in a fun downtown area. Very accommodating staff.

Very nice. Discounts are available if you ask. Roost restaurant has good affordable food. Thursday night live has great music. Located on the northern end of Main St. But walking access to all of downtown. Also free trolly service

I love this location. I've been staying there off and on for over ten years and it is like a home away from home to me. Excellent staff. Beautiful central atrium. Great restaurant, bar and other amenities. Check out the awesome breakfast buffet. Located in the heart of downtown Greenville close to dozens of great restaurants and shops.

This hotel looks and feels very luxurious. The lobby and rooms are decorated nicely. I'm only giving 3 stars because our bed was super saggy and lumpy. Also, the bathroom door was a French pocket door- 2 doors that met in the middle, but they didn't close all the way so there was very little privacy.

Clean, well kept location. Friendly and helpful staff.

My family and I came to see the Christmas Tree event and had drinks at the bar. Loved the atmosphere and general openness of the lobby area. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It's very convenient that it's attached to a starbucks. We'll be back to stay when we visit Greenville again!

Excellent place, very friendly staff and an excellent environment. Room was really nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and there were night-lights in the frames that came on when your feet touched the floor. Big TV also, great Wi-fi signal. A definite return to.

The Starbucks that's in the Hyatt the people who work in there r awesome and if I cud I wud give them a 1000 and I Thank u guys 4 when I had 2 go up there up before PT so if my sugar dropped I wud have something

Its always a pleasure. Beautiful Hotel, great location, but this girl likes a bargain do I would love to pay less, but you get what you pay for in this beauty.

Our stay was excellent. Addie provided the best room service I have ever had.She was friendly and informative. Front desk was excellent as well Andrew and Jordan made us feel right at home!!! Will return and return !!!

Beware!!! More like a 1 star hotel ... Our first room (panoramic) had plumbing issues. Had to downgrade and move to a different available room which also had hvac issues (hot and muggy). This is all in one night of stay, rooms were also dirty. What a disappointment for our first time in Greenville and anniversary trip. We will definitely never book a stay at this joke of a establishment again. They also charged us twice for both rooms ... ridiculous and incompetent management.

Great location downtown easy to walk to anything you need. Rooms are spacous and the beds were soft. Clean room and lobby. The breakfast buffet is super tasty with lots of options.

Staying in Hyatt was quite a good experience. The room was good, hotel staffs were very gracious and location is unbeatable. The lobby, however, steals the thunder. IT IS GRAND! The hotel has one restaurant and a bar, a Starbucks, and a lot of place to hangout.

So far not off to a good start...its 4 PM and room is not ready and they can't tell you when it will be ready! Lobby around bar looks like an airport with all the guests and their luggage laying around waiting on their room! Can't even use the pool because they have no changing rooms! Never in my life have I ever had to wait on a room in such a high dollar upscale hotel! Needless to say I will not be back! Would have faired better at a 65 dollar comfort inn... at least I could be by the pool and have my room!!! Hopefully I will have time to get ready before the show at least...looks like dinner is out of the question! SMDH!!!

Attended a banquet luncheon in the ballroom. Food was delicious! Staff was nice but not as professional looking as you would expect. Overall, a very positive experience in a beautiful hotel.

Everything you expect from a Hyatt, right in the middle of a thriving downtown location with lots of shops and restaurants.

The Hyatt Regency in Greenville is a very hopping spot. It has a beautiful Lobby With a bar ans Main Street access to restaurants and coffee shops, along with top-notch accommodations within the hotel.

Great stay in downtown Greenville. Within walking distance to everything.

Great location. Nice property overall. Shower did not drain properly resulting in ankle deep standing water. Let front desk know. Returned after long day of meetings to find room door partially left open by staff. Next morning shower still ankle deep standing water.

Great location. Very nice property. Lots of rooms overlook atrium.

Left two items in our room, a coat and a gift from my grandparents. My wife called to find out if we had left these thing. The guy working the front desk kept trying to push us off the phone. Offering to ship it to us if they find it, even though we explained that we weren t going back home and we needed the coat. After 20 minuets on the phone trying to get them to send someone up we finally got an answer.

Not staying here again, rather poor service.

Work across the street from this location and have been in an on the premise several times and the staff is courteous and the facility is always clean.

This place is really easily accessible easy to find really close all the downtown Greenville hot spots.

The Hyatt provided a great space for the Innagural Switch Gala.

Beautiful hotel, accommodating staff but after hours there's absolutely no service. Hotel is located in beautiful downtown Greenville South Carolina where there are many many restaurants and stores. A great area to take a long walk and actually sightsee the nearby attractions. Went to The Comedy Zone which is located right across from the hotel and had a great time.

This hotel has been renovated and is really nice with great amenities. Enjoyed my time here.

Upon checking in I was very impressed with the lobby. When arriving to our room it all changed. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are even smaller. I wonder why the lobby is so extravagant and the rooms are so simple and small? We ordered food from the menu provided and it seemed less than average. We had a child crying across the hall from us most of the evening and nothing was done. I generally enjoy the Hyatt but this will be my last stay at this one. We almost left that night.

Absolutely fantastic accommodations! The adjacent options for food were meh at best but you are dead center of several absolutely amazing places to be entertained or eat at. The staff really were caring and attentive at this location.

Had a couple beers at the bar. Good craft beer selection. Excellent atmosphere and decent prices.

This place was great. I have to give kudos to the setup on their TV's that allow you to use their built in chrome cast with your devices, that was a welcome addition.
