The staff here is absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms were very clean and comfy!

Love going to the peace center! They have several beautiful spaces for weddings, events, and of course the performing arts area is top notch!

Located in downtown Greenville in walking distance to restaurants and other venues. Has nice conference rooms for meetings. Staff are friendly.

Bedding was gross. There was a nice clean white sheet above and below a disgusting bed spread. The bed spread was the dirtiest I have ever seen. There was sticky spot on it! Staff were cordial, but unhelpful with with resolving the issue. We demanded a refund, then left. Card was charged for first night. Called customer service. They issued a full refund. Other minor issues with room, minor but not appropriate for $220 a night.

I wasn't able to see the rooms. The staff was very friendly and professional. The social hall was very nice.

Great outdoor music on Thursday and Friday nights during the summer.

Nice rooms and hotel in general. But terrible customer service and a nickel and dime mentality which has led me to decide not to ever stay at a Hyatt again.. Don't drink the bottled waters they leave in your room that you would think would be complimentary at an upscale hotel. They will charge you $4 for each of them, of which they would prefer to keep their ripoff profits of $8 for two bottles than refund that money erring on the side of a customer assuming they were complimentary, as is the case at ALL other upscale hotels. Also, very disappointing and cheap that for coffee in the room they only provide non-dairy powdered creamer. On another cheap note, their eggs are fake powdered eggs. For the same price point you can do better at almost any other hotel

A solid Hyatt Regency property in the unexpectedly up and coming city of Greenville. If you're used to stay at HR properties you'll be familiar with the great amenities and the friendly staff. The decor is quite nice as you instantly see from the massive, and well-appointed, lobby. Their are soaring sculptures and a nice bar right in the middle of it all. Also quick and easy interior access to a full service Starbucks which is nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk and bell desk to the housekeepers with everyone offering a smile.

The rooms was spacious and equipped with everything you need and expected from a HR property. A very large screen TV dominates one wall of the room and makes an evening of TV watching quite nice.

I also ate at the on-property restaurant Roost and it was fantastic. I highly recommend stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great service, a wide variety of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Excellent.

Nice display of Christmas trees decorated by the various schools and associations of the city.

The room was wonderfully kept. Service at the bar was excellent. The breakfast was also great.

I wrote a 2 star review earlier, I want to recant my statement.After getting response from the General manager, we switched rooms, staff was very helpful and accommodating . Pool has been cleaned . Thank you

The hotel seems fine at first, there is a nice layout, a handy Starbucks, it's in a decent neighbourhood, the bed and TV in our room we're both massive. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room was dirty, the cleaners took our towels away and didn't replace them, then on a later day neglected to give us more toilet paper or tissues. At one point when I got back, they were holding my door open and just let me in (I could have been anyone). Lastly, when checking out, the front desk messed up our bill and almost caused us to miss a flight. They were very apologetic, but it wound up being a stressful visit.

The nicest hotel in Greenville, as long as the price isn't a problem you shouldn't look elsewhere.

The prices are a little on the high side for what they offer and even though the valet parking service was great the prices there were too high ..but the service overall friendly atmosphere

It's a reliable hotel in a nice area with good parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. No bedside power outlets and maintenance issues on my floor, leading to a strong odor, are my reasons for 4 stars.

This place was super cool I didn t really feel like I fit in because I am from the sticks of Maine everyone was dressed all fancy.There was beautiful women everywhere The beautiful people the beautiful people, The beds were like sleeping on clouds the elevator have glass so you can watch yourself rising up above from the floor level if you got the money and you re in the Greenville South Carolina area you got a scope this place out

Beautiful hotel! I haven't stayed here personally but have been in to the bar area and events and have enjoyed those experiences.

Great convention location for BIMRS group. The staff, food and rooms were all exceptional.

The review is for their catering which is very expensive and not very good food. Unfortunately, they pretty much force you to use their catering if you want to host an event here.

The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby goes all the way to the top floor with lots of natural light, palm trees, open bar, and Starbucks. I would give the hotel a 4 out of 5 but I ve only attended events.

Rooms were great. Restaurant in the hotel, Roost, was great. Internet was weak. Gym was nice. Lobby was beautiful and well-appointed.

Located at the beginning of N. Main Street and in the midst of downtown.

Poor maintenance throughout-inattentive management and staff- had a very negative experience a couple of months ago and sent details with photos to corporate customer service so they might address rather than leaving a neg review. Totally ignored with no response-waste of time and money. Really disappointed.

Great hotel in the heart of Downtown and NOMA square. Great bar and lounge areas with large screen TV's. Close to everything and staff is super attentive and welcoming.

The luxurious modern look of the hotel is very appealing, the lobby and base window are architectural masterpieces. The rooms are quite sizeable and luxurious.

Fast, friendly and professional front desk staff, SUPER comfy suites, excellent coffee shop, ICE CREAM shop and the city's BEST Bar and waiting staff at the restaurant... outdoor seating is best, beer selections and wines are OUTSTANDING!

Very nice. Staff helped us get to our room quickly even with a giant amount of college students there for a conference.

We attended a continuing education class sponsored by SalonCentric which was one of the most impressive classes we've ever attended the Hyatt staff was very gracious and accommodating

Beautiful building and rooms, but the room service meat and cheese tray was an embarrassment and the person who brought it was very late and rude.

Great location! Fantastic full service..Clean, comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend. The reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is due to the poor sound proofing in my room. Unfortunately I could hear the couple next door carrying on intimate activities, snoring, blowing their nose and other assorted unpleasant sounds.. At one point I coughed loudly and I think they got the hint - and toned it down.. By the time I checked out I knew more about this couple then I ever wanted to.

Room was ok. Trip advisor reviews weren't flattering, but I didn't see any issues with the room other than the lounge chair was a little dirty. They have an awesome breakfast buffet for $16. They don't have microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. I think you can request them but there's probably a charge for it. Otherwise it would already be in the room. All in all it was nice. Main Street is beautiful and has a lot of interesting shops and eateries.

Don't back in to parking spaces in Greenville you will get a ticket for it.

One of the best in Greenville. Lots to do nearby and there is a Starbucks and restaurant on site. Also, it has one of the better bars you'll find at a hotel. As always, if you found my review helpful please take a second to hit the , thanks!

Shameful!!!! My husband paid for a room and a special package for my sister and her new husband on their wedding night (Saturday June 8, 2019). They never got the champagne or strawberries and were charged for the breakfast that was supposed to be included. Now she is trying to leave for her honeymoon and they have charged nearly $400 to her card. Ridiculous and criminal! This hotel has ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful gift! They have ripped us off and they won t speak to my husband to get it fixed. He even tried calling their corporate office and finally had to give up because they were taking far too long and he needed to go back to work. Never again! Don t walk, RUN from this place unless you want them to completely ruin your trip too!!

Very nice hotel with excellent service. The location makes is also easy to discover Greenville in the evening after long working hours. A lot of good restaurants and bars nearby.

Wow! Hadnt been to the Hyatt in years. LOVE the renovations! Truly elegant and classy. Very metropolitan. Staff was great at our event as well.

Clean rooms and friendly staff!!! The bacon avocado wrap with sweet potato fries was delicious, and priced quite well considering the portion size.

We loved the Hyatt rooms and banquet halls were excellent. Very friendly staff and architecture was gorgeous.

In addition to our stay my husband found this quaint spot for breakfast which is in walking distance from the Hyatt called "Foundation Grill 311"....Great breakfast at a very responsible price.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Great downtown location and within walking distance of many things to do. The 2 "queen" sized beds in the room were definitely not queen sized. At 5'6" tall, I could lie on the bed and touch both sides easily (I can't do this in my queen bed at home) and my feet hung off the bed. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. I could feel springs and a bar in the middle. I was told that they were in the process of replacing mattresses and received a discount (without even asking!) When I mentioned this at checkout. Also, the shower head was very low. Again, at my height, the shower head was at head level. Taller people would have been miserable. Wifi was barely usable in my room as it was a very weak signal. Overall not the worst experience. I travel to Greenville regularly and will likely stay here again in the future, assuming the beds are replaced.

We stayed there for a family reunion (party not at hotel) and we loved it!!!! the bed was so comfortable and the staff was so friendly. i didnt want to leave. I could bring my dog and let me tell ya that is a dog friendly town, he was almost welcome in all stores!!! This location was fantastic, being this was our first time to the Greenville area the staff was very knowledgable in the events that were taking place during the July 4th weekend. I cant wait to go back, i would definatley recommend this hotel and Greenville to any one of my friends. The only downfall was the bathrooms are small and we orderd a pot of coffee with toast and juice for $22.00 thats is ridiculous. But we learned from that an ordered breakfast out.
