The hotel room was beautiful and had a great view. I would highly recommend the king suite with a street view.
One of the associates at the counter was relatively nasty about an issue with our reservation but after I showed one of his coworkers the reservation from their website they fixed it right away.
The room was great. I wanted to call down and ask about our breakfast but our phone was broken, which kind of sucked. And the iron leaked all over my dinner clothes, unfortunate.
Outside of that this location was good and the view was great. I would give it 5 if it weren t for the guy at the counter. He needs to find a job he actually enjoys.

Beautiful, Great place! Greenville has really worked with local businesses to make downtown a real beautiful and cozy place, a hometown feel with "big city" businesses. A place where you can feel safe to take a walk at night.

The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the hotel was clean and was close to lots of shopping and eating. That s about the only convenient experience we had during our stay. Me and my husband stayed for a marriage retreat and paid a pretty penny for 2 nights and the air conditioning was broken both nights we were there. No one ever offered to switch our rooms even after we told them it was not working. Someone was supposed to come up and fix it while we were away from our room in the afternoon and when we arrived back to the room at night, no one had come to even check on the problem and it was really stuffy and warm all night and even warmer during the day. We did not enjoy our stay in the room and it was incredibly inconvenient considering we stayed up late during a very special vacation (that we will not get to do again for a long time)waiting for someone to come fix it and no one even showed up after almost an hour of waiting at almost 11 at night. Finally we got someone to bring a box fan but we were already exhausted and it was not romantic whatsoever. It was so miserable having to deal with this problem all night and the only help we had was someone brought a box fan after we had already waited a long time. There also is not a microwave in the room and there was no breakfast included. The breakfast we paid for was expensive and was what i could have gotten at another hotel for free. I will not be staying here again. Super inconvenient and I am very very disappointed that all of our time together while we stayed in the room was spent trying to fix problems that we shouldn t have to deal with.

If you're coming with big group, don't plan on getting a room for a couple hours. It was Expected, but not explained. We really appreciated Angela, Jade, Q and Meghan for trying to be as hospitable at the front desk as possible even after the workers didn't know where they stored our luggage. Overall, the place was nice and near a good area.

I gave the hotel itself 3 stars. The hotel was beautiful. It was clean and had pretty much everything you needed. I was disappointed in a few things. First off, my internet was in and out. I started watching Netflix and the internet kept throwing me offline, I couldn't even watch it on my cell, because the reception wasn't strong enough. I called the front desk and the response was I don't know I'm sorry. So, no big deal. Then, coming from Miami, I am not used to cold weather, let alone a cold room. My air said 72 and I turned it up to almost 80 degrees and my vent kept pushing out cold air. I called the front desk which sent maintenance. The maintenance man, which was extremely kind started there is no heat in the front rooms facing the atrium, only in the back rooms, so he turned it off. The good thing is they are supposed to be getting it fixed the following week. Last but not least, I am an avid checker in making sure my door is closed, but when I came back from my conference my room door was opened. I always take my important belongings everywhere I go, but I was told that maybe a cleaning person thought it was closed so me being alone, I check my room in and out under the beds in the closets etc. All my belongings were there but totally unacceptable! Like stated earlier, the hotel was great but experience was not too great!

This is the most beautiful hotel lobby I have ever seen. The room was clean and some people love the huge screen TV, but I really don't watch it. I had two issues though. One was that because I prepaid my reservation online, I couldn't get the govt employee discount. I was told I would have had make the reservation by phone, but I don't understand why that would matter, since my employment couldn't be verified until I showed my govt ID at check in anyway. Their system should be flexible enough to handle crediting a discount back to my card. I only stayed one night, and it was quiet. Other issue was that there were no coffee cups in the room. They had the lids, but no cups. I was checking out anyway, so didn't bother anyone about it.

Family and I Celebrated my birthday by having brunch on Sunday morning, it was the best brunch I ever had been to a few but it was the best. The food was so delicious and fresh, since I don't drink alcohol, she had them to make me a special strawberry drink which was delicious. See you again soon Hyatt of Greenville.

Attended a summit gathering here today. Super friendly staff who accommodated my request for a space for lactation. Freezing cold water in the bathroom with no temp adjustment, very uncomfortable seating/chairs with no table space in the conference rooms. Beautiful lobby and very tech friendly for guests. Enjoyed the glass elevator to the 8th floor.

For the money my company paid I thought the standard of room was fairly poor. Torn carpets. Also looked like they could do with a good clean. Grubby walls that could have done with a lick of paint. Blocked drain in bath. Room looked over rear of hotel where trucks constantly made deliveries. Also they had a freezer truck which its diesel engine was on all the time. Was surprised room did not have a fridge. On the plus side The folk at the hotel & in Greenville couldn't have been nicer. Lovely people.
Apart from the disappointing hotel room my stay was really good. Greenville is a lovely place & the folk couldn't be nicer.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location is great. Can easily walk to stores, venues and parks. Breakfast bar included in room rate was not so great. The hot bar was just Luke warm and biscuits were dry and tough. Cold breakfast bar was great, lot's of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cottage cheese and house made granola.

Such a beautiful hotel. If you are staying in Greenville, this should be one you check into. The bar area is in a multiple story lobby and offers live plants and trees, and it also has a starbucks. What else could you want?

Starbucks inside is a nice treat but the room I got has no view. Window looks out to the inside of the hotel which makes it useless. Coffee maker was disgusting with old moldy coffee inside.

Overall, the Hyatt is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because the people who run the bar have been rude to our holiday party group two years in a row now. They are very unfriendly, and last year, one of the women accused us of lying when we told her we had a room there and wanted to charge our bar tab to it. But the Hyatt itself is AMAZING!

I had to attend the GASSA conference a few weeks ago and this hotel was out of this world amazing. The service and kindness by all the staff was incredible. The place was immaculate and stunning to look at with lots of awesome amenities. The conference rooms were perfect as well as our exhibit hall. The food was outstanding too! Thank you Hyatt for making it a perfect trip!!

The location for this hotel is at the edge of downtown Greenville. We had a lovely room with a great view. There's also a wonderful heated pool in the basement. Only negative is, there was little parking and there is a $20 charge for valet parking. No one mentioned this when I called to make the reservation.
