Very pleased with room and experience overall!! Will definitely stay here again. Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and large venues

Excellent customer service interaction. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown and has walking access to a ton of food and nightlife. Definitely recommend.
Pleasant stay at this location! Will consider this hotel when traveling again.
Location was beautiful and decorated beautifully. Staff were excellent, kind and super helpful
Big huge high ceilings in huge rooms. Strange set up like a old mall. Overall a good stay.
Unique experience in downtown Cleveland, fantastic stat, a hotel rich with history, worth every penny.
The bed is comfy and the room is clean. Walking out of your room and into the arcade is lovely. No free amenities though.
Didnt expect our room to be a suite with a jacuzzi tub. Loved it
The hotel rooms are standard .... rooms and lobby needs to be updated! Everything is the old building The Arcade is a fabulous Victorian Era structure!
We had a room on the arcade side of the hotel, Friday night they had a wedding and the noise was fine. Not overly loud or disruptive. Saturday night they had another wedding and the music was so loud the wooden shutters on our windows were rattling. We had our tv on and could not hear it due to the screaming over the microphone and banging of the drums. We called down and they were going to take care of it 20 minutes later I went to the front desk and talked with the manager and banquet manager who claimed it would only last 10 more minutes. It s been 40 minutes and I m still listening to this nonsense. If you are going to have weddings and guests in the arcade rooms you need to keep the music under control. Realize the sign on the front of the building says Hyatt not whoever the dj is that is not obeying the contract that was signed by the bride and groom. Banquets managers have the authority to shut down a dj if they are not staying within the perimeter set by they facility. This is a beautiful, unique hotel but I will never step foot back here again. If a manager can only say sorry and not handle the problem, maybe you should take another look at your management team.
Was told that I can't go to hotel lobby because they are closed. But security let others passed along
Great location, friendly staff, and pretty good breakfast to boot.
The Hyatt is a great hotel with nice rooms. We were here for a wedding and really enjoyed it. I would suggest getting a room in "the tower"as sound in the arcade area echoes a lot and can wake you up in the middle of the night if a drunk person decides to start yelling.
The hotel is in a perfect location. We hit a baseball and football game, ate, and drank all weekend. The hotel room was large and clean. We always enjoy staying here.
We were not impressed by the directions to our room. A worker named Ann eventually took pity and showed us where to go. Directions were confusing. Luckily I'm one of those people that takes wipes to sanitize items in the room because our room was very dusty. I wiped down everything.
No major issues, but not the best Hyatt experience I've had.
Cleanliness has some room for improvement. The room had an accumulation of dust when we checked in, water rings on the nightstand, and food splatter in the mini fridge.
If you're a light sleeper, I highly suggest bringing your own bedding, the sheets, blankets, pillowcases are apparently made of potato chip bags - yes, it's really that loud.
The hotel staff took swift action to address the COVID party taking place the next floor up at 1AM. Thank you for that!
Will likely stay here again on the next visit.
Stayed @ Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the arcade one night. It was welcoming friendly, beautiful ,very cool close proximity to all events. Rooms very nice, clean and all staff very helpful.Other than no coffee in our room I would go back and see it all just didn't have enough time.
Stayed in the presidential suite. Was quite the impressive room. The customer service and valet service was quite good. The only downside was the amount of stuff broken in the pres suite. Showerhead. Showerhandles. The bedroom tv cabinet. And the woman's makeup mirror. All minor stuff but if that would not have been I would have gone 5 star.
I visited Marengo Spa that is located near the Hyatt Regency at The Arcade - Cleveland and it was awesone.
Room service was great and we were very well taken care of. Will be staying there whenever I'm in the Cleveland area
It's absolutely beautiful there. We took our family Christmas pictures there
Absolutely beautiful, the Cleveland arcade is definitely one of the best looking buildings I've ever been to.
Most amazing hotel I've ever seen and had the pleasure of staying at. From seeing The Arcade in magazine's to in person, absolutely wonderful!
I stayed at the Hyatt regency in Cleveland which is a newly renovated hotel that is located in a over 100 year old mall. I stayed in a king suit and the room was very spacious and nicely equiped. They have free wifi in the lobby but the signal was strong enough to reach our room on the second floor. If your a fan of old architecture and beautiful decor this place is perfect. Also it is within walking distance of jack casino, public square, and many food and entertainment locations. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very nice as well.
Room is okay. They gave me 2 beds instead of 1. The hotel bar is extremely pricy and the food was nothing to write home about.
Our stay here was top rated! Todd the GM is amazing, he made our weekend stay for a birthday celebration even more memorable and special. I was pleasantly surprised when contacted prior to arriving welcoming us to the hotel. Our room was perfect and the extra attention to detail unmatched from anywhere else we've stayed in Cleveland. Thanks Todd we'll definitely think of the Hyatt upon returning to the area.
Let's start with the Valet Parking.... What a delightful group of gentlemen, and so very helpful. The Hyatt Staff was also incredibly courteous, they made us feel very welcome. We had never been to the area before and they happily pointed is in the right direction and was always smiling. Our room was simply amazing, very spacious yet cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We were only here for one night in the suite. The staff was great, but there were some disgusting looking stains in the room (floor, shower curtain, towels, and chairs). We didn't want to complain and I wouldn't have said anything if they didn't ask, but they asked when we went to checkout. I explained that it was a bit unfortunate that there were stains, but I also understand that it is difficult to get stains out of everything. The desk clerk was upset that I didn't mention something sooner because they would have moved us to another room. I told her I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. She offered to make it right and asked what she could do and offered free tickets to make it right, which was nice and made us feel better about the stay. I would like to add that the towels were scratchy...fabric softener anyone? Staff was great and the building looked really cool inside.
I was not at all impressed with my stay. Do not use the automated check-in after dark, there was no security on the street level. While I was checking in, a random man approached me and started demanding money.
Know what you're getting into with parking. I pulled into the parking garage for 20-30 minutes to stop for a moment at my room, and it was $10. Other than that, it is $25 per night if you park it yourself; it's more if you use valet. I got lucky and was able to expense everything for my business trip, otherwise I would have been livid from the parking situation.
The room was mediocre. For the price, I have stayed in much better rooms for a lot less.
- It was small
- The heat only kicked on for 2-3 hours in the middle of the night
- There were no outlets next to the bed for my phone
- There was one outlet in an inaccessible point above the bed, so either you get both lamps, or you get an alarm clock.
- Lighting was terrible. Only one ceiling light over the door, and only one lamp was on, so it was always dark.
There's a Hampton up the street. I'm not sure how staying there was, but if you want the location, I would look into there first.
Beautiful place! The rooms are well updated and the staff is terrific. One item of note, you may hear noises from the arcade at night due to the he open center. Same goes for light so will likely keep the blinds drawn.
What a really cool place to stay. The details and the level of craftsmanship is unseen this day in age. The service was great and the hotel was great. They treated me like I was a VIP customer. It was a safe area and clean rooms.
Absolutely the best location. Great staff and service!
My god is this hotel beautiful. Rooms are awesome. Inside is grand and spectacular. Location is prime. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.
Rooms were not very well cleaned and beds felt dirty
Not the best Hyatt. Room had bedside lamp only on one side. Safe was locked. Clock had some numerals dimmed. Needs quality control and an update.
Neat place to walk through, it's a very beautiful building.
Great hotel! We got an updated newly renovated room for only $5 more. Booked on Priceline for $112. King bed all new everything, very very clean and everything was brand new in our room, it almost looked like we were the first people to stay there! the staff was polite and no one bothered us. the only thing i did not like was the parking, $24 self park or $25 valet, either way much too expensive. the location could not have been better and i liked the fact that we were staying in a national landmark. i would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
The arcade was beautiful and our room had a great view. The room was older, but large and still nice. Hotel location was good- we walked to the rock and roll hall of fame, browns stadium, and several restaurants. Progressive field and playhouse square were also within walking distance.
It was a very cool and unique place to stay. Rooms were very clean and neat
Stopped before a wedding to grab a drink. Very nice place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The 2 nights I stayed here were wedding nights, and the noise level was out of this word. It was one time I was happy that I have a hearing deficit. Otherwise I liked the room and the historic aspect as well as location. There was no breakfast but you can get croissant and coffee in the lobby charged to your room!
Good location. Awesome interior of The Arcade. No parking. The only option is valet parking
Excellent experience! This Hotel is awesome. The Titanic s naval architect used the Arcade as I the basis of its interior. This hotel is updated historic and cool.
Excellent staff, service, and wonderfully restored rooms and common areas.
I chaulk this up to be one of the best hotel experiences EVER!! I've been traveling for over a decade and the warmth, cleanliness and staff were top teir. They made everything sooo easy, they even gave me more time after check out time to gather my things. The location is seriously beautiful. The hotel is quiet and so peaceful. My only pet peeve was the food service and coffee but this is an experience I'll never forget.
Fun place! atmosphere is like roaring 20's setting! Have to, have to, have to go and spend some time sampling the fantastic chocolate Martinis, too die for!!!!!!
Room was not cleaned before us and had dead bugs on the bed and trash behind the furniture.
Expected a little more over all. Even the valet folks were a little rude.
Room is great. Comfortable bed. Our room had a horrible view.
Stayed here overnight for a Browns game. Location was nice, lots of restaurants and bars close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are cozy and clean.
The hotel was beautiful, maintenance was prompt, great location - but the security was AWFUL. Had a two night stay with friends, walking into the hotel at night the hotel security told us to 'be quiet, stop talking, and go to our rooms immediately." Parting ways with another member of our group after a night out we were told we were not allowed to say our goodbyes in the lobby and needed to go to our room or they were going to call the police. Absolutely ridiculous. We were screamed at and scolded by security both nights for absolutely no reason - we felt like little kids.
Tried to walk through but the entire arcade was closed for a private event.
Beautiful space. friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can get loud at time.
The room was pretty small and basic for what we paid, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable
The 1890 architecture was stunningly beautiful. We walked around and took pictures of everything. Our room was on the 8th floor and very quiet as we requested. Freddie at the 1890 restaurant was so personable and the lady valets were so helpful. Your staff are incredible and we will certainly recommend you to our friends.
The Hyatt was a beautiful venue. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
I attended a wedding at The Arcade. It's a beautiful space.
I can't say enough great things about our 1st visit and stay in Cleveland, OH @ the Hyatt Arcade. We came up for my wife's 40th Bday. We checked in at 1pm and our room was ready for us 2 hours early. The valet personnel were very patient. The soda machine on our floor was not working properly so the front desk staff told me to take whatever drinks I wanted from the soda cooler in the lobby for free. To top off everything, they brought up a bottle of wine, two glasses, their legendary buckeye brownie for two and a birthday card for my wife, which was totally unexpected and very appreciated! This place is also beautiful! Will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back.
The Arcade is so beautiful. It's an oasis in downtown and spectacular architecture
This hotel is beyond beautiful! Walking into the 1890 era building really feels like walking back in time. The staff is incredibly helpful and curteous, and the rooms and well appointed and large.
I went there off hours so my daughter could use the restroom. The staff was very courteous and helpful
This hotel is awesome, very comfortable and a nice location too
Beautiful architecture. Love the glass ceiling in the main hall. The room was nice and clean with a lot of character.
Beautiful location. Was here for a wedding, great layout. Love the architecture.
Great location doesn't next to some of the hottest restaurants in town. The arcade atrium puts a variety of shops just outside your day and makes for a unique environment. It can get a little noisey during the day with the shoppers though. Water pressure is great in the bathrooms but the beds have super thin comforters so make sure to order additional blankets. Also the suites don't have great desks for working in your computer and instead provide couches with movable side tables, not ideal if you need to do work out of your room.
Very clean rooms. The beds were nice and the hotel has some great shops inside including a good coffee shop, bar, and a restaurant.
Loved this place!!! Comfy beds service was excellent. Everyone always greeted us with a smile...the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the bathrooms in the hotel made me feel like a movie star. Only thing I d change is firmer pillows, but that s a small detail and just bring an extra pillow! . Very happy and will def be back!
Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. We celebrated my cousins bachelorette party downtown and we could not have asked for a better hotel to celebrate in.
Maybe good hotel. But valet barking guys such a thiefs they assigned all trips and good trips to one car driver who's pay them witch that's a thift We as (taxi drivers ) told management they never did anything about this all corrupted
Really cool atmosphere but the arcade echoes. Can be difficult to sleep with the load noises.
