Very nice building. Improves the atmosphere of The Hague.

Lovely hotel, with beautiful designed rooms. Nice staff and and a great location in the middle of the city center. Definitely coming back!

Hotel very well located for tourism. Museums, monuments and restaurants are very close. The staff is acceptable by pulling "OK". The wifi is powerful enough. The establishment is made by joining several houses and that causes that in a corridor you have steps up, then steps down and so on several times. In my room I had steps even to go down to the bathroom. In that aspect: a bit chaotic.

Dated musty and dusty Room with a bathroom where you 1 cannot turn your butt and 2 shower curtain or similar is missing so when it gets soaking wet.
TV not working despite advice for reset and other AB.
Stuff from previous guest still in fridge.
The springs of a saggy mattress poke your body.
Illegible information in the room on laminated copy of copy. Front desk personnel complain about workload and are unfriendly.
Breakfast buffet with many prepackaged and cheap factory food was presented unlovingly.
No room service after 11pm.
Overpriced.

Simply super, good service, beds, nice quiet rooms, clean. In short, a must!

Clean, friendly staff, great location, nice breakfast. I was in a single room and the bed was a bit too small for me, but I'm much larger than average and it would probably be fine for most people.

Fantastic location and really service minded staff. Next time I go to The Hague I will stay there again

Very nice hotel, very nice spacious rooms and nice firm beds. Slept wonderfully and also had a very good breakfast.

The room is very noisy.
We slept on the street side. The nightlife crowd passed by here until late at night.
Report this to the reception upon check-out.
'Yes, you have that on the weekend. Next time ask for a room on the garden side '

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They searched high and low for a lost item for us and even assisted in parking our car. The price is a bit high, but the service and atmosphere is well worth it.

Very smart, friendly - 5 stars as has kettle and hot drink facilities in the room, this is vital, great to find!

a very nice and friendly reception point arrived by mountain bike is the garage as well as if you arrive by car. A very great service. The rooms are very clean point of my room with single bed because I was traveling alone I have direct views of the courtyard from the Royal Palace point already very interesting. Price performance just great

Quality is deteriorating. After late arrival, we could not park in the garage. No more drinks in the fridge in the room.

Great location in the historic centre of the Hague. Lots of small shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable rooms, some with balconies over a park. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Room clean. Staff friendly. Only 1 employee spoke German, otherwise English. But OK. Only 4 stars, since we did not eat there and we were always on the way. That's why we can not judge the food.

Perfect central location, staff very helpful, breakfast was pretty good. The beds are quite comfortable and there is a large range of TV you can watch.

Skip the breakfast: way too pricey and hardly edible. Room's all right. Service not warm.

Well located, a nice library, really friendly staff, however the rooms are small, AC really noisy, bathroom not user friendly.

Good location right in the center. Budget single room was spacious enough. Bathroom (with bath) is outdated and the room could have been dusted slightly better. Good facilities, extensive breakfast buffet!

First time staff were friendly and helpful. Second time the staff were uninterested and unfriendly. Unfortunately.

Fantastic hotel. For my birthday the room was decorated and the friendly staff were very service oriented and attentive. These people understand their trade! A personal note at breakfast and good service from start to finish.
We will definitely come back here, highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience! I came here with my daughter. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the reception, at the restaurant and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful green setting in the middle of the city!

We had a perfect stay at this wonderful and well located hotel! Rooms and breakfast were wonderful! Its like a palace!

Reception: very busy without having a client
Room: dusty and rough bedding
Parking: chicken coop where reservations are not well managed. We had to insist on having the service reserved.
Price: at check out, they took more than 20 minutes to edit the invoice. We realize that there is billing for drinks (champagne and various alcohol) and in the end it turns out that there was a mistake about the rooms while for more than 10 minutes the type certified us that it was we.

Nice city to visit but to stay don't choose this place.

OK. You can stay there well. Price / offer: Very good. Parking situation not good. That's why 1 star less.

Hotel room was a bit smaller than expected and the internet was terrible even if it was free. I had to logon every 10min which was very annoying. The heaters were turned off and it took several hours to get the room cozy warm, however in the bathroom it stayed cold. The room was very nice and had all the necessities. It had an ironing board, a kettle with coffee and tea options, a mini safe and a table to work. The bathroom was very modern and nice to see.
I ordered a Surf and turf which was really delicious and the staff was very friendly. As mentioned in other posts this hotel is excellently positioned and in walking distance to most places in den Haag.

Good location in historic area of Den Haag. Our room overlooked the beautiful palace grounds. Very quiet considering we re in the city. Older building but fully modern. Everything you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Good value.

Upon arrival at the hotel it appeared our room is under construction. We were offered a less beautiful room without apologies. Then after almost an hour of waiting (not even offered a drink) they came with a 25 euro discount on the price of what I had paid while the new Room does not come close to the suite we booked Such a bad service and customer unfriendly.

We initially had problems with our bed. A solution has been provided without a problem. (Another room and our luggage was transferred for us.) The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms were tastefully decorated and clean. The heating can be switched off for the night.

I was not even allowed to go to the toilet.
And I would never want to stay in this hotel for one night. The gentleman behind the desk saw how bad my need was to go to the toilet. He was rude and disrespectful.
