Great hotel that used to be a school board building. Very nice and accommodating staff.
Great hotel that used to be a school board building. Very nice and accommodating staff.
No parking but maid service was great. Great location with two building entrances. One right next to a lively restaurant area.
Built in 1890 for a cost of $895,000. This place is magnificent if you are looking architectural beauty! Not so much for shopping anymore those days are gone due to Coronavirus and Amazon.
The staff is great. They were able to accommodate our large family with 5 suites. The suites are nicely decorated and the surrounding Downtown area has everything going on.
The staff were great. If there was anything to complain about it would be that we were a little surprised that the king suite that we were in had no closet. In fact, the only place to hang clothes was the robe hook on the inside of the bathroom door. Loved the architecture of the building, amenities were nice, and the location was fantastic for us. Would love to stay here again.
Unique hotel location...centrally located to many attractions in downtown Cleveland
The architecture, materials, and craftsmanship of The Arcade was superb. Love the marble on the walls. Window suites looking out onto the arcade were all booked for a wedding, but our room was really nice, and the customer service was excellent!
This is a beautiful hotel, near lots of restaurants and a casino. The staff is great, very attentive. Rooms are clean, and the pillows are super soft! Would love to stay here again.
Was here for a wedding. Went back the next day to see what it was like and there was another wedding going on. Aside from chocolate bar and 1890 place seems pretty dead.
Decent bar - not too busy as we stopped by on a Sun afternoon.
Didn't get room we wanted. Still charged for it. Beds compared to super 8. To much light coming in room.
Breakfast with my son who was in town on business. Staff was friendly and food was tasty.
Clean rooms, good service. Expensive parking rates, and no breakfast included but there's room service and a restaurant. Noon checkout could be helpful for some. Very centrally located and a beautiful building.
No warning about the very loud events taking place both nights of my stay. Very annoying. Linens pretty mediocre. Can't connect roku to TV. Overall, very unhappy. Would not recommend to my worst enemy lmao I hate it here.
Set in the beautiful Arcade. Clean, updated rooms. Bar area could use a little TLC.
This is a beautiful venue. We will be having our wedding here next month. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to the convention center. The building is beautiful. Rooms are very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Was a great location for a hotel. Shopping arcade was part of hotel, although several stores were vacant and shops were not busy.
The shops there were closed but it was a beautiful mall strip to walk through that felt like it was a part of the 20's
Comfortable room, great service, great location. Only thing that docks a star is the actual ARCADE - it's just weird.
I was here in attendance of a wedding which is as a beautiful venue and ceremony. The use of the space and repourposing of th we areas worked very well and mad it clear why this was the chosen place or the wedding.
Clean rooms, can have a nice view of the arcade for a fee. No self parking affiliated with the hotel other then valet parking.
I webt for an interview and was blown iwn away by the view
Great location right downtown, easy walk to bars/restaurants/sports. Really cool old architecture.
Great location. Close to many popular restaurants and bars. Rooms are large and nicely decorated.
This is a beautiful hotel, built in 1890. The rooms are high and everything (food, drinks, entertainment) is an easy walk. The staff was great. Parking is reasonable. Two nights there was not enough!
Historic hotel within walking distance of East 4th street in Cleveland (where there are a ton of bars and great restaurants). The Hyatt is absolutely beautiful inside. The rooms are dated but kept clean. I've stayed here many times and will again in the future.
The city is dead. Nothing to do. Everything is close. Parking is expensive. No free parking
I have been to this hotel on several occasions. It is a great location and a beautiful building. During my most recent visit I wasn't staying in the hotel but I did stop by The Chocolate Bar to have dessert with my wife. When I'm in Cleveland to see a comedy show, concert, or sporting event I always stay at the Cleveland Hyatt at the Arcade.
The place was absolutely beautiful. They were really accommodating. Jon-paul took extra care of us. 10 out 10 I would come back.
Just stayed for a night when I was there on a work assignment. I got a free upgrade of room and it was a huge one for one person but kinda had fun. Breakfast was good too. And a shopping centre right in 1st floor
Service was good. Very friendly My time was short but fine and the room was clean.
Always a great location for hosting our annual conference
The hotel is a bit old ... but the rooms are remodeled ... I did not like that I tried to check out early and they wanted to charge me for the day.
Cool .

One of a kind look. Historical and beautiful. Fun indoor shops to stop in at. Amazing location in regards to the sport stadoums and eateries.
Stopped by to see the beautiful building but was not a guest at the hotel
Beautiful and historic! Boney fingers is the way to go!
Always love this hotel. It is beautiful. The people are nice.
Very unique location for a wedding. Good food and service. Cleveland police very rude at the end of the night trying to make people leave.
The Hyatt valet wrecked my vehicle, causing 2k in damages. They said since I drove the vehicle off premise to work before it could be inspected, that they would not pay for any of the damage. A $2,000 stay wasnt what I was hoping for.
Great rooms high ceilings friendly staff and the house of blues is right there if you need a shot of culture
The building is gorgeous. The room was nice, however, the room would randomly shake about every 20 mins. It was rather disconcerting. I was on the top floor. Can't say I expected that. Besides that, it was a nice stay
Stayed in town Saturday night, for Browns game Sunday, nice hotel
Clean, neat, beautiful room in a beautiful building. A great downtown hotel for a great price and the coffee shop on the ground level is AMAZING!
One look inside is all you need. Absolutely gorgeous!
Funky cool hotel in the middle of downtown Cleveland, close to everything!
We stay here for Saint Patrick's Day and it is always a lot of fun.
Location is great great proximity to bars and restaurants.
Very pleasant staff. Anything we needed was taken care of very promptly
It's an overall nice hotel, but having a broken flagpole directly outside our window that banged metal on metal all night was not awesome.
Went for a wedding reception and the food was great and the arcade is gorgeous.
Beautiful building but not a comfortable experience. Front of room opens directly into arcade. Noisy until late due to restaurant and ice cream shop on first floor.
Beautiful historic arcade, Boney Fingers BBQ is fantastic!
Didn't realized that the place was a historical landmark.... Looks meh from the outside but my goodness when night comes and the place is lit up... Pictures don't do it justice.
Wanted to go in at about 7:30 on a Monday night to check out the arcade and we weren t even through the door when some rude security lady was yelling at us for our room key. Apparently you can t look at the historical spots in Cleveland without a reservation. Definitely won t ever stay here in the future. Seriously irritated by how rude she was. If I were a paying guest I d be even more mad being treated like a criminal trespasser when I wasn t even through the door
One of the good choices in Cleveland. Located in downtown, its very Close to the Rock and Roll hall of fame and Lake Erie. Very spacious rooms and good restaurants near by.
We love this place for a downtown stay. Across the street from the 4th street strip, and a lovely old building. If you're coming in on a Saturday, ask for a quiet room off the Arcade, as there are usually wedding receptions in the Arcade space and it can get noisy. Otherwise the arcade rooms are wonderful, as they have separate sitting areas.
