Not clean enough for the price. Uploaded a picture of the mold on the wall in our bathroom for the pictures of this place. I have stayed in Hilton downtown before as well and will definitely stay there again. Much cleaner! Also, I have unsubscribed to the Hyatt promotional emails multiple times and they are still spamming me.
Beautiful hotel with nice rooms in a gorgeous historic location with so much tourist potential. If you are a photographer you will love this space! I visited during the weekend and the arcade shops were closed, however the restaurants were open. I was hoping weekends in downtown Cleveland would be a little more happenin' outside the food, bar, and museum scene. I would have given this place five stars if the arcade shops were open when I visited.

Front dest staff were really nice. We were told queen size beds, but they were more like twin and lumpy. The rooms were clean, but no microwave. Couldn't get room service to call us back, had to go next door to get something to eat. Disappointed all around.

Really cool hotel. Lots of history and character. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean every time I've stayed there. I highly recommend staying in floors 2-4 with views into the arcade. Amazing!

The customer service at this hotel is AWFUL! Our flight was cancelled and the manager berated us for not buying trip insurance and was offended that we asked if we could be refunded for the night we didn't stay. A simple "that's not our policy" would have suited. And then when we asked for a late checkout they offered us an additional 20 min...... this is by far THE worst customer service I've experience at any hotel

Great architecture and building, beautiful high ceilings, Trip was for daughters Birthday, enjoyed the room, hated checkout and the unprofessionalism and difficulty from a staff member, thankfully after she rudely said she couldn't help us, the manager took over and apologized.. Will stay somewhere else next time, like Metro at the 9, never had any problems there.

We came to this hotel on a stop for our honeymoon trip and it was probably the best decision we made. The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful but the staff was what really hit it home for us. Ron checked us in and made us not only feel special because it was our honeymoon but wanted to make sure we were comfortable as guests. he was so cheerful and sweet it was just so nice. The manager on shift was jeff and was just as wonderful and even went to get us glasses from the hotel restaurant so we could drink some wine in our room. They even had chocolate covered strawberries and a congratulations card waiting for us in the room! They made our honeymoon feel so special we cannot thank them enough!
Wow...gorgeous hotel and outstanding staff. I don't usually need much when I travel but was here for a wedding, so small things came up. Every time I approached the staff for assistance they were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The wedding was the most beautiful I've ever been to. I can't recommend this hotel or venue highly enough.
Building was absolutely gorgeous! The Christmas decorations were very nice and welcoming and the stores and food court were also nice!

Overvalued and dirty. The upholstery was so stained and dirty had to cover them with sheets. When I complained, the manager offered me a room next door which was just as dirty!
This hotel is right downtown with tons to do with a short walk 1-5 minutes. Restaurants, casino, and sporting venues. The room was great upscale and large. The inside of the hotel is an older building with tons of great character and architecture. Great price for the location and quality of the room.
The hotel was nice and everything, room was lovely, but as far as an deposit, I never got it back. Going on 3 weeks and no sign of it. Manager kept telling me it's my bank but no sign of it is in my documents. To top it off they also charged my card $40 more than what my hotel total price was. Never again.
Attended a wedding at the Arcade. No AC for an August event made for a miserable evening, only saved because it was such a joyful occasion.

Double check that your reservation is real or you ll end up with a upgraded double bed instead of a king... such a disappointment... Especially considering the room I booked is still listed as available. But atleast the cleaning lady left her cleaning rag as a souvenir.
The Arcade is a great location near a lot of fun places downtown. Highly recommended.
The rooms were very nice with amazing service. Restaurants in the hotel were good and convenient. Concierge was very knowledgeable as was the valet service. I recommend if staying in Cleveland

Absolutely gorgeous. Hyatt corporation treats you so well they have a beautiful facility, friendly staff and know how to host events. It seems every Hyatt is run with class. This venue in particular is absolutely stunning and very grand and it s elaborate design adds value to any affair - if you get married here what a way to begin !!! -it s just gorgeous. The architecture and atmosphere definitely leaves an impression. Very romantic.
Stayed 2 nights in a room on the inside overlooking the middle of the arcade. Very loud at all hours. Public is allowed on the ground level and they like to hear their own echo! Room had a view of parking lot which started around 7am with car noises and alarms going off. Bed was worst I've ever slept on. Was in Cleveland for Cleveland clinic neurologist appointment otherwise I would never go to Cleveland. Streets were filled with homeless begging down 4th where most of the bars are located. Won't stay here again.
This place is huge and it has big rooms and once u walk in you just jaw drop and the staff is amazing
Disappointing. We booked a handicapped room, when we checked in, the clerk asked if we could give it to somebody else, sure, no problem, for our trouble we were charged 12 dollars more. Came back to our room after sight seeing, room was as we left it. I called the desk and asked if the housekeeper could come, he said, "oh, it must not have been communicated to you, we aren't providing housekeeping service because of covid.". Not impressed. And the room was billed as a king. No way is this a king bed. The building itself is beautiful, too bad the rest of the experience wasn't.

I only visited the post office located in the belly of the hotel. I've been there several times. The workers are always very friendly, knowledgeable & quick.

Amazing architecture in the arcade! Rooms are good sized (we got a suite) and decorated well. Bed was a little hard and shower was hot but had low water pressure. Lots of wedding are held here on weekends, typically go until 11pm, and can be heard from each room with an arcade view.

Lackluster is the best word to describe the Cleveland Hyatt Regency. The rooms surround the old arcade giving it a uniqueness unlike any other hotel we've stayed at but that uniqueness came with it's own set of challenges such as the noise generated from the party that was taking place in the arcade. There was a gap around our door allowing the noise from partygoers and passing guests to filter into our room. The room itself had very little light. There was no view as our room was right on top of a parking garage which meant if we left our drapes open everyone could see us. The fact that there was no exterior light coming into the room and that the room itself was decorated in all grays made you feel like you were in a closet. It was very claustrophobic. The bathroom was equally as dark and too small for two people to get ready in at the same time. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but our tv signal kept going in and out while we were there. The dining options on site were appreciated and delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel, great location, and great staff! We could not have been happier with our stay. At first when we pulled up to the hotel, there wasn't anywhere to really go to park for valet, but the valet person came quickly up to our car, welcoming us to the hotel and wisked our car away after retrieving our luggage. Checking in was quick and the person at the front desk was very personable. We reserved a king suite that overlooked the arcade, which was very spacious. I called down to the front desk several times with small incidentals and each time was handled promptly. We were made aware of a function being held at the arcade the first evening and it ended at a decent time (9:30pm). The location is within walking distance of tons of restaurants, casino, stadiums, and the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
Overall good experience. The rooms were clean and the beds we're actually quite comfortable. I will be staying here again in the future

Me and my family had a great time at the Hyatt regency in Cleveland I would recommend this place to anyone that has never been to Cleveland since it is right downtown very affordable and you can get to anywhere downtown and find your way back very easily the staff here is pretty nice the rooms are nice with great views they have a nice restaurant with upscale food that was a little pricey but good they offered us free breakfast free valet parking and every thing week needed was provided. It was within a block downtown where the ice skating rink is located and all the other stores Cleveland is famous for there are restaurants coffee places window shopping this town has a lot of a lot to offer and is a great place to bring the family around Christmas I would definitely recommend the Hyatt regency in Cleveland for anyone looking for a great time with their family thanks.
It is an amazing, old historic hotel. Beautiful spaces to shop and eat. This is a must visit for any trip.

Excellent service. The empty mall being attached was a little spooky. But given the location and staff I would highly recommend it. The rooms and hotel itself are also quite nice.
Perfect location. Walking distance to Quicken Loans Arena. Literally walk out the front door to tons of restaurants. Beautiful detailed architecture!

Very clean rooms, room service was good, beautiful view. Free Wi-Fi was very bad, didn't bother using the paid wifi. TV had poor reception. Brought a Chromecast just Incase but due to how the wifi password works we were unable to connect. Overall it's a great hotel and it's very very beautiful, everything seemed very clean.
